Master Kim's Korean BBQ 2

This was a complete dining experience. The drinks were phenomenal. The food and service were also outstanding. We came here specifically so our friends could dine from the vegan menu which was incredible. Tons of options. On the regular AYCE menu, we ordered from the Option A and had the New York Strip and Spicy Chicken. We also tried about 8 of the side items which were all delicious. The cheesy corn, portabella mushrooms, kimchi pancakes, and dumplings were our favorites. There was a little robot that seated us at our table, which was so fun and a delighter.

I was looking for some Korean food on my trip to Las Vegas a couple weeks ago. The original place I wanted to go to wasn't open until the evening, so I did some looking around and found this place. Decided the reviews looked good enough that I wanted to try it, and I'm SO glad I did. This was my first ever trip to a Korean bbq place like this, so I want sure what to expect. I went with the AYCE menu because I thought it was a great value for $45. The selection of different meats is great, the staff is super friendly and helpful. This was the best meal I had during the 4 days I was in Las Vegas. I'll be back in town in 2026 and I'll definitely be going back.

Had a nice time at Mr. Kim Korean BBQ. The service was great,our server was super friendly and made us feel welcome. I thought it was cute how they had a little “trainee delivery” setup at the side of the table. The menu had good options, though the difference between Option B and C wasn’t super clear. Side dishes were tasty, and overall it was a solid Korean BBQ experience. One thing to note: we got there around 5 PM and ended up waiting about 40 minutes to be seated. Not sure if it was due to limited staff or just the early dinner rush, and I don’t think they take reservations. I’d go back if a friend wanted to, but I’d also be open to exploring other Korean BBQ spots.

AYCE Korean BBQ with a vegan menu upon request! Not a lazily put-together menu either. It offers 7+ meat options and sides like corn cheese for just $29.99 per person. From what I can tell, they seem to use Unlimeat for their "beef" options and Daring for their "chicken" options. By the way, these brands are easily accessible in most grocery stores (especially the upscale ones like Whole Foods) so you can make this at home too. Unfortunately, every time I visit this restaurant, they always seem to be understaffed which diminishes the quality of service. It's very common for us to not receive the orders we place. In every single visit, I've had at least 3-5 items not delivered to our table. The servers & staff truly do seem to try their best and we've had nothing but the kindest and most pleasant servers, but I think more staffing would definitely be an improvement. On top of this, one of the kitchen staff was blatantly staring at my girlfriend during the entire course of our stay, which completely ruined the experience for us. It was more than an occasional glance once or twice. It was continuous staring without an ounce of shame. When we glared back at them, they'd quickly look away, but the instant we turned away, they went right back to staring at her. This was in late-2024 or early-2025 so I'm not sure if this person still works in the kitchen, but this was unacceptable.

Great food and customer service! I was the first person to get catering from this location and extremely satisfied! Juan the manager assisted us with the order we needed which was 30 pounds of 3 different meats and it did not disappoint. He followed up with us the day of our pick up order, to make sure we still wanted to go through with the catering. We also ordered 20 orders of corn cheese and it tasted just like if we ate it at the restaurant. Extremely grateful for them to give us the opportunity to cook their food in our own home and made it such an easy process for us to get what we wanted.

Excellent KBBQ spot just south of the strip proper. They're most expensive selection is less than $50 and has an excellent variety of meats available. The little robot that guides you to your table is awesome! Food comes on a conveyor belt at the end of the table and it comes fairly quickly keep your head up especially on busy nights. Had a great Christmas dinner with my tiny family and will definitely be back! Thanks! Pro tip: make a reservation on Yelp...sa to e yourself the hassle of a surprise 2hr wait that you might get elsewhere.

This is officially the restaurant i beak my 4 year loyalty for. This Kbbq is by far the best in efficientsy and cleanliness. The meat quality is phenomenal. Staff is consistently moving and keeping up well with this HUGE restaurant. Absolutely worth it!!!

Great food and super friendly staff. Samer, our waiter, was awesome! He was very helpful in navigating the menu and prompt with all questions and recommendations. Culinarily this was the highlight of our trip to Vegas! GO HERE!

This is the second time I've been here and both times have been a great experience. Food is fresh and service is awesome. Love the decorations and layout. The robot escort is a nice touch as well. Definitely recommend eating here.

Visiting Vegas and found a great AYCE KBBQ within walking distance of our hotel. Read the reviews and made the walk. Nestled within a shopping center, this place was packed with people! Unfortunately, the other surrounding restaurants appeared to sit vacant. Great sign of good eats to come. This place did not disappoint. Super attentive staff, decent portions and good quality proteins. We had our fair share of variety. The banchan, aka sides were fresh and complimented the proteins well. We chose kimchi, spicy cucumbers, fish cakes, rice paper, daikon radish sheets, fresh sliced jalapeños, sliced garlic, lettuce leafs and ssamjang (soy bean paste). We ordered cheese corn which came out piping hot and had a great cheese pull! Corn was sweet and tender, table favorite. Had the kimchi stew as well. Flavorful, hearty and filling. Tastes great with plain rice. All the proteins were good so it was hard to choose but would absolutely recommend the hanger steak cooked to medium at most. Also the GRILLING CHEESE was so good! Unexpected item of the night. I'll definitely visit again when in Vegas.

I've tried a lot of kbbq places around town but I would have to say this place is my top 2 for sure. We were walked in by a robot that showed us to our table. The resturant was pretty big with lots of seating. I also would like to mention that the music they were playing was top tier kpop songs lol. It also wasn't too loud and just right so that I can still converse with the people im eating with. I got the lowest tier menu which was about $30. The quality is just so good even for the lowest tier menu. Most of the time when I go kbbq the brisket is pretty tough or too thick and is not the best. But master Kim's meat def comes w the quality, thin, tender, and not chewy. Their sides were also really good such as the cold noodles. Our server was great and she explained the menu really well since it was our first time. We ordered with her and the food would come through a conveyor belt directly to us. My experience here was really good. The resturant was efficient and clean. The ventilation was better than most kbbq restaurants. I would def come back!

This was my first time dining at Korean BBQ. There was allot of information thrown at you and service is super quick! So be ready for your food or it'll drive off. We had a variety of items and it was all delicious.

Man, we had such a fun time here. All you can eat me menu. Great options! Great service & the little boat brings your meat hehe We got a nice soju drink to share and lots of sides. Good to come here when you are hungry: great for large groups! Highly recommend making a reservation ahead of time.

If it ain't broke, don't add too many inconsistent and/or poorly thought-out items to the menu. Master Kim's Korean BBQ is arguably a chain of restaurants and not arguably finding sustained success over three locations. This spot is in a plaza just south of Town Square and is neighbors with several other restaurants and one Total Wine & More. I went with a friend for a late dinner, and we were able to be seated almost right away. We quickly agreed to splurge on the AYCE menu C ($44.95 per person) and got down to ordering. Iced green tea (+$2.50) was a low bitterness, smooth green tea that will cleanse your palate and help stave off a food coma. Other nonalcoholic beverages looked pretty affordable too, so don't shy away from grabbing one. Brisket was the first meat on the grill. It cooks up quickly and crisps up well, and it's delicious with just about any of the sauces on the table. The New York Steak (1 per person) was better than when I tried it at their fraternal twin restaurant Mr. Kim's, and I preferred dipping it into the oil and salt. The last part of that first order was lamb bulgogi, one of the new menu items added just last month. It seemed to stick to the grill a lot, but I still enjoyed the charred thin pieces of lightly marinated lamb. The big misstep was the Tenderloin (1 per person), another new menu item. It didn't come out tender, and every piece of it tasted oddly liver-y. The wagyu tri-tip (also new and also 1 per person) was a better choice, with more unctuous character and tenderness. I'd recommend including the tri-tip and not the tenderloin in your order. We eventually realized that the two portions of LA kalbi (1 per person) hadn't come out and probably wouldn't without intervention. Our server agreed that we had no bones on our table or plates and soon sent out the star of the meal. Three of the slabs were thin, moderately marinated, and very tender. The fourth was oddly huge and ended up actually being mostly fat. When the limit on the item is so restrictive, that's still a significant miss. We ended up getting one lamb chop out of curiosity. It is indeed lamb on a stick (i.e. bone), and it's a little too thick to cook efficiently on a hot grill. We eventually managed to get it done, and frankly it was a bit boring without any marinade or spices. They've moved away from preloading the table with banchan, which is understandable for economy/efficiency but a bit disappointing for the experience. Also, they didn't specifically ask if we wanted any additional orders of the sides which we did get, and it was easy to forgot about those when distracted by the grill and by impending food comas. I did enjoy both the standalone kimchi and the kimchi stew quite a bit even though they were challenging in capsaicin level for me. The cilantro salad was also interesting, consisting of mostly cilantro plus some carrot and red cabbage. The regular steamed egg was about as fluffy as expected. Dessert was included for us, and I opted for the pineapple sorbet. It was actually very creamy and had small bits of pineapple dispersed in it. If you like pineapple, then this is a must-try. Our server was attentive. Grill changes were timely and we never seemed to have to wait to place an order. The restaurant space is kinda massive and yet the K-pop music videos on the TV on the far wall were quite visible (and audible). The ventilation is built into the sides of the grill and works well enough. I still like Master Kim's, but the tenderloin issue and some other items weren't as impressive as I would have hoped. I'll just have to fine-tune my ordering the next time I step into one of their establishments.

We visited this location on Aug 2nd at around 10 PM. Our server was a caucasian male with shoulder-length curly hair. There were four people in our party, and we decided to go with the most expensive AYCE they have, so we could have all the options. So we put in our first set of orders, and that's when everything went downhill. The meat we ordered was sent out right away on their conveyor belt. All the meat we ordered arrived on time, but what we started to have issues with were our sides. We asked for multiple items, and half of them didn't come, which is not an issue. The issue was that our server was just continuously disappearing on us. When we did get his attention, he was either forgetting the items we asked for or would act annoyed when he dropped them off. I eventually saw him twice, coming back into the restaurant from the front door. He would disappear and we won't see him again for almost 10 minutes at a time, and when he came back, all the other tables he was serving also needed his attention because he was gone for that long. Honestly, the food was good. The quality of the meat was great, the sides were okay, but the experience was disappointing. From someone visiting from the Bay Area, where we have so much good kbbq, their customer service, especially this server, needs to be retrained. Now, if he was on break or something, that's fine, but please let your table know. I didn't think he was on break since he came back into the restaurant twice. I visit vegas a lot so I will definitely try their other locations.

All kbbqs are pretty much the same here in Vegas, which is pretty disappointing. We went with menu B. The only thing I cared for was the LA Kalbi, but they limit you to 1 order per person. Everything else was so-so. 3 stars items include: Brisket Beef tongue Beef belly Spicy boneless short rib Marinated short rib Salted boneless short rib Steamed egg - needs to be saltier Japchae Kimchi pancake 2 stars items included: Kimchi soup - was too tomato-y... tasted like chef boyardee Rice cakes - way too sweet Squid Odeng - not very enjoyable when it's cut like string

Such a great experience! The food was amazing -- everything was fresh and full of flavor. The meat was perfectly marinated, and the side dishes were so good I kept asking for more. The staff was super nice and kept checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. The vibe was fun and relaxed -- perfect spot to eat with friends or family. I'll definitely be coming back!

tldr; go here if you are vegan/veggie!! Great bang for your buck and a truly unique experience We went here on a cross country road trip. I saw online that they have a vegan all you can eat option and was immoderately high interested as I've never had Korean BBQ before as a vegetarian. We got there right at opening and were seated quickly. The waiter was nice and explained how it worked. Since we got the all you can eat option, he checked on us regularly to see if we wanted more items from their fairly large vegan menu. One fun part was the carts that came straight to you after an order with your food. The food was excellent. The Vegan Corn Cheese and Salad were delicious. The meats were crazy -- they looked meaty and my partner who has eaten meat before said they tasted meaty as well. Lastly, they charge a cheaper price for the veggie option!! Very refreshing.

Made a reservation for 7:00pm on a Weds, for some Birthday Korean BBQ. There were a ton of people waiting when we arrived. Who would have thought so many people were celebrating my bday as well?! Jk Definitely suggest booking that resi via Yelp though. We waited about 10 mins to be seated. It's an all booth restaurant that is clean with a good vibe. The food is delivered to your table by a little conveyor belt making it quick and easy. Great if you want to do it for the gram. The rib eye and premium meats make the most expensive package totally worth it. I think it was around $45/per person. The wait staff was super on the ball. The only down side is, some of the items on the menu have a shellfish warning but they didn't know what exact shellfish it is so just keep that in mind before ordering. We asked for ingredients list but they didn't have them on hand. Our waiter tried to call the Director to no avail. This didn't kill the entire experience but good to note for future reference if you have a similar allergy. Overall the flavors were incredible and the meats were super fresh. I love that there are no over head vents, and the fresh grills are kept in a warmer so you don't have to wait for them to heat up again after they swap them out. I was also surprised to see they have vegan options on the menu. I definitely recommend this place to ayce kbbq lovers that don't want to fight for parking in LV Chinatown. If you get too full just head over to Town Square to walk it off!

Oh Master Kim how I love you. A true blessing to vegans. My biggest sadness with this restaurant is that it's so far away from me. If I lived in the area, there's no doubt in my mind that I would be here AT LEAST twice a week. The food is phenomenal, prices are reasonable, customer service is great, and the restaurant is clean. I first heard about this restaurant on Tiktok in a video where someone was raving about their vegan menu. Growing up in California (kbbq everywhere), I've never been able to join my friends on their kbbq outings, so when I heard "vegan" and "kbbq" in the same sentence, I nearly jumped for joy. Not too long after, my mom and I visited for the first time together and we were oh so impressed with the food. My tongue was in heaven. I could've cried tears of pure happiness. As soon as I left the restaurant, I wanted to go back. This past weekend, my friend invited me to Vegas to see a concert and I kid you not, the first thing that popped in my mind was this restaurant. I immediately said yes - more excited to eat here than I was for the concert. On this visit, I tried more of their vegan "meats" and wow. Wow wow wow wow. I liked it even more than I did the first time I visited. Imagine that. The food was so good, there's honestly not a word that could describe it. My mouth is watering just thinking of it. I visited with 3 meat eaters this time around and they loved it as well. Please visit. Please. Come and remind yourself why we were blessed with tongues. I will be seeing you soon Master Kim. AYCE vegan-friendly KBBQ? Yes please! We arrived at 1:15pm on a Sunday and scored rockstar parking right in front of the door. Upon check-in, the hostess to ask us if we had reservations (we didn't) and she let us know that the wait was 15-20 minutes. Staff was quick to begin taking our banchan order and point out the plant-based banchan. We ordered the Cilantro Salad and the Seaweed Salad. We had practically every protein on the vegan menu! I've been a loyal customer of Master Kim for a long time--since their very first location on Durango opened its doors. Back then, I considered them the best KBBQ in town. Since then, Las Vegas' KBBQ scene has evolved. Master Kim has grown rapidly, opening multiple locations, and new premium competitors have entered the market. Where Master Kim still stands out is variety. From side dishes to drinks to an extensive range of meats, there's always something new to try, making each visit a little different from the last. On this visit, the true highlight was the service. Our server, Rammy, was exceptional. He worked with an energetic attitude, spoke clearly, and was attentive without hovering--respecting our table's conversation. Orders were taken at just the right moments, grills were changed promptly, and every interaction came with a genuine smile. It's rare to see someone who clearly enjoys what they do, and in my seven years of dining at Master Kim, Rammy stands out as the best server I've had. Where the details slipped was in meat consistency. Overall, the meat was tender and juicy, but some cuts were over-marinated to the point of being too salty. A plate of beef tongues arrived still partially frozen, coming out like a block of ice, and one serving of beef short ribs showed browning from extended oxidation. These aren't dealbreakers, but they do mark a noticeable decline from the consistency I once associated with Master Kim. Bottom line: Master Kim remains a strong KBBQ choice in Las Vegas and will always hold a special place in my heart. The meat preparation could be more consistent, but with service like Rammy's, it's still a dining experience worth having.

This is an update of our previous 5 star comment in 2022. Once again, we were taken care of by Rammy, the best waiter there ever. We were so elated to see Rammy still works here, it made our day especially when we were dining to celebrate my husband's birthday. Once again, the service was impeccable, and food is delicious. We gave this establishment definitely 5 stars quality. Please support our local businesses.

This was my first time at this location - I was in awe when I saw they had a conveyor belt bringing out the meat to everyone's table. Super cool to see! We got the most affordable AYCE package which was about $30 per person! We came in with a few children, and if they meet a certain height requirement, they can dine in for free. We ordered the brisket, pork belly, beef belly, steamed egg, corn cheese, and kimchi pancake as the majority of our spread. The quality was great for the price!

I went to Vegas just to eat here again... In all seriousness, Master Kim's is the best value KBBQ you can get. The quality and portion size of the meat and sides are incomparable. Service is amazing. All their locations are pretty much the same, so I recommend going to whichever one is the most convenient.

+.5 for service My friend from Vegas took me here with a couple of my friends after a Golden Knights game, as we were hungry and didn't want to pay for overpriced arena food. She suggested AYCE Korean BBQ as it's generally a safe option to accompany everyone's food choices. The choices here were plentiful, despite us choosing the B option (there are three options, A to C, C being the priciest). We had the proteins come out from a conveyor belt, which was kinda neat. In fact, we had a robot who directed us to our tables; the first time I've had that service. All the meats were excellent cut, and there were a lot of seafood options too, to get that extra value out of the payment. Service was excellent here. Overall a good AYCE Korean BBQ place in the Town Square area.

An AYCE KBBQ, where can you go wrong?! Everything was great for us. Service is not bad, considering majority of the times we've been here we got good service. The raw meat comes in quick with the train thingy. The portions are small, which is good bc you don't want to over order then be charged with an extra fee for not eating everything. There's lots of side options and other entrees to add. 3 different menus to choose from with different pricing.

I was sent here on a recommendation from a coworker and I have to admit it..it's way better than Gen the portion control is amazing! I can never over eat here the food quality? Amazing and so fresh the spicy tofu soup??? I was in HEAVEN the staff was amazing except for one person who looked like he was having a bad day but I suppose we all been there everyone else have been so sweet and Accommodating I'm a bigger gal and the waiter went beyond and made me feel comfortable with my seat choice by moving the seats for me, the atmosphere is awesome the music is great!

Master Kim's is great! They have a lot of great options and have a vegan menu too. My husband is vegetarian, so this is great for us because then we can both partake in a great KBBQ experience. It's something we missed as before he went vegetarian, we used to go to KBBQ a lot. The wait can be long, but it's totally worth it. There are lots of varieties of meats and sides to choose from. My favorite is the beef brisket. We like to order plenty of sides including radish paper, all the banchan, steamed rice, corn cheese, etc. We just found out at our last visit that they also have ssamjang. They also have spray bottles with oil to spray down the grills with to help keep the meat from sticking. I knocked down a star because the ordering is not always consistent. There have been times when we order 5 beef brisket and the kitchen will send a small plate of meat out and other times that they send a huge plate of meat out. Last time we went they were also out of hotteok. I still really enjoy coming here though and the price is great for everything that you can get!

Was pleasantly surprised when I came for lunch on a Saturday and the wait was not too long at all. I did make a reservation through the Yelp app but I don't think I needed it for this particular day. After being checked in by the hostess at the front, we saw a robot that took the menus and escorted guests to their tables! What a cute idea! I loved that! They had 3 options (A, B, & C) for the AYCE menu. Each one had different items depending on what you wanted. My family and I opted for the A menu since it had everything we wanted. I love that there were a ton of side dishes to choose from, including my rice paper and radish paper! They even had romaine with I don't see often at other kbbq places I have been to. The service was amazing! I really wish we got our waiters name because he was awesome! He checked on us often and the dishes came very quickly! Definitely will be back here!

We normally come here when we're in town, usually it's great and quick service. Not sure what happened, but service definitely went down. Came here last night (4/19) with a group of 7. The hostess was great, communicated that we had 15 minute grace before our table was released. The entire night our server was the worst we've ever had. Couldn't really catch his name but I think it was SR or SK. Placed our side dish orders, and drink orders. Took him almost 10 minutes to get the drinks out and it was incorrect, never got our sides. This was the theme of the entire night. We had to ask for the sides at least 4 times and our drinks 3 times before he finally brought out the drinks. As for the sides, he said "let me check" and then came back with it saying "they had it all set already but nobody brought it out to you". Made me question because if he's the server shouldn't he have checked and brought it out without us constantly asking? Also, this was at 9:30pm and it wasn't even busy. Throughout the night he would ignore our table, constantly giving attention to the other tables. We would see tables come after us leave already while we're still trying to even get a round ordered. He seemed very inpatient with us and seemed very rude, and short. The meat is good, and portions could be better especially with a table of 7. We had asked for the steak and it came out super tiny. We had to somehow split a steak with 7 giving 1 piece per person since it was limit 1.

I mean, I'm not a huge Korean bbq person. When I have to go home and shower and wash my clothes from an "aromatic culinary" event, I don't know... plus the food to me was very salted, very very very soy salty. Maybe it's just me, maybe I'm not a Korean bbq type of person.

First of all I highly recommend making a reservation thru Yelp because it can take an hour long wait for a table but that's where the trouble is over. It's smooth sailing after that. We were pleasantly surprised that our hostess is a robot! lol it even talks to us reminding us to take the menu and to enjoy our meals. We were approached by a live server right away who were patience with my friends who are first timers. We get 90 mins to order and eat but who's counting? If they're not too busy they're pretty lenient. I love their side dishes! My favorites are the shredded cuttle fish, the daikon sheets, the blanched broccoli and pickled cucumbers. Of course we can't miss the kimchi. They do rotate the sides weekly so when I went back again they didn't have the cuttle fish or blanched broccoli, fyi They have 3 combos to choose from with different prices and each combos includes several unique items such as shrimps, seafood, beef tongue etc... We typically choose A or B combo since we're not boujie lol They also have more than normal selections of drinks. I love their melon soda and their soju flights, along with the sodas for extra charges. My fav are the lychee cocktails ( soju) We ordered almost everything from kalbi ribs to ribeye steak to pork jowl and beef briskets with side of veggies, spicy kimchi tofu soup, cold noodle soup, corn cheese and spicy rice cakes. Too many goodies to name and they're AYCE!! You do have to cook the meat yourself fyi so bring friends who aren't afraid of cooking and serving themselves. At the end of the meals the server will come by offering you ice cream. Do try the pineapple gelato! It's my new favorite ice cream flavor My normal flavors are vanilla pistachio and green tea. I can't wait to go back once I lose some weight. lol

Food always great here! Staff a little slow and be prepared to still wait a little even when you make reservations.

I cannot say enough good things about Samer! From the moment we sat down, he made the entire dining experience feel seamless and enjoyable. He greeted us with a genuine smile, made excellent recommendations, and anticipated our needs before we even had to ask. What really stood out was Samer's professionalism paired with his warm, approachable personality. He struck the perfect balance between attentive and respectful of our space. Our drinks were always refilled on time, food came out exactly as ordered, and he checked in just the right amount.

there are hundreds of kbbq places in vegas but I always love Master Kim's because of the cold noodle. Usually cold noodle is an extra charge with the AYCE but here it is included with each tier! I can't have kbbq without it. It's always a good and reasonably priced kbbq place!

This is my 3rd time of going here. Everytime my husband I go we highly enjoy the food. I love that you can cook your own food to your liking. They also have vegan options too. We had Anthony as our server tonight and he went above and beyond. Made us laugh, took the time to talk with us. Very friendly and made our night. If you are looking for great food and wonderful service I suggest you come here.

If you're into Korean BBQ, Master Kim's should be high on your list. The service is consistently excellent--servers are friendly, attentive, and keep things moving smoothly. Meats arrive quickly via conveyor belt (as they should, since you're doing the grilling!), which adds a fun twist to the experience. They offer three levels of all-you-can-eat, but my wife and I always go with the base tier--it's more than enough with great variety. The space is clean, modern, and roomy, making it perfect for small groups or date night. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent and you can tell the server who we had love her job. I'm Korean and most Korean bbq sides suck but at this place everything tastes good and like a real Korean person made everything. The meat quality wasn't bad either. The inside is really big and nice modern decoration. Definitely a place we will visit again.

As a vegetarian I've always felt left out whenever my friends suggest to get kbbq. But when I'm in vegas this is not the case! The service here was amazing, they reassured my boyfriend and I that we can switch out the grill whenever we wanted to grill from our vegan menu. Now we can eat together with our friends but also get the same satisfaction of kbbq! Their vegan menu is delicious! I recommend getting their vegan corn cheese, get 2 so you don't have to share LOL I really enjoyed their plant based meats and the case for AYCE is reasonably priced for vegas! Just $25 per person !

AYCE KBBQ dinner for a great price! I like Master Kim's KBBQ for the great food and service at a terrific price. And, they take reservations, which is so nice when you don't have to wait in line for a table. Our party of four dined here last night, seemed with a 6:30pm reservation. We were seated on time, led to our table by one of those robots that we are starting to see more often. The rest of the time, we had a great human server take our orders and check on us often. We got plenty of our favorite KBBQ meats with the basic $29.95 pp option. We had the beef brisket, NY steak, kalbi, and bulgogi, along with the banchan, tofu soup, and rice. We were so full with all that we didn't even have any of the chicken, pork, or seafood options, let alone the ice cream. We definitely got our money's worth again.

This was our first time here. Our server, Angie, was fantastic. Very attentive and friendly, we told her it was our first time there and she thoroughly explained the menu and how the ordering works. This place offers reservations on Yelp which I think is a must and convenient because this place was packed when we arrived. My family and I opted for Option B, which was a good amount of meat. All options are served with a variety of sides that they have a seperate menu for. The experience was pretty cool. From ordering the meat to cooking our own food to the dessert. I loved it! This place is great and was right by our hotel. Just some pointers, this restaurant is shared by a number of other shops. Parking might be hard to find. The time limit is 90 mins, but we had 3 people in our party so we didn't stay the whole time. Thank you for a great experience.

Our new favorite!! We went to Master Kim's for our daughters birthday. Upon entering you could tell how popular the place was, the lobby was packed. Thankfully we had reservations and were seated quite quickly by the robot hostess. I believe all seating is booth style, and our booth was large enough for 6 adults and a 2.5 y.o. toddler. Menu is easy to read and it's a no brainer to get the All You Can Eat for $28.95 though there are plenty of options. Our whole table opted for the ayce brisket and bulgogi to start. The banchan (small side dishes) came out quickly along with the rice. The meats came down a conveyor belt which you take and start cooking on the hot metal grill in the middle of the table. We ordered some side veggies and cheese/corn which came out sizzling hot. We also ordered Kalbi which were huge pieces. My brother and I were laughing saying we were glad we weren't the ones who had to clean the grills with all the caramelized burnt stuff on it. Service was okay, it's pretty hard to hear because of the noise level. We did have to reask for a couple of things. Other than that, the bussers come around to take your empty dishes and to get you a clean grill if needed. There are plenty of other meat options other than beef and many many side dishes to choose from. We brought our own birthday cake which they stored for us and gave us a cake cutter to use. Children under a certain age/heighth eat for free. Reservations highly recommended and go with an empty stomach.

Finally, went to Master Kim's for the first time and also tried their vegan menu for the first time!!! So right off the bat, we waited about 20 mins-half an hour before we got sat down because we thought it was busy, but once we got inside, it was actually about half empty, so we were a bit puzzled about that, but maybe there weren't enough people working, as it was a holiday today. The place itself is huge though! Plenty of seating even for a birthday party that was there. The vegan menu items were delicious -- we essentially tried all the meats, and they were so flavorful! I honestly prefer these meats to regular meat at KBBQ. The corn cheese was yummy but felt a bit slimy. The house salad was really good! One thing I didn't know beforehand was the portion sizes of the vegan meats. They usually came small with about maybe 3-4 pieces on each dish. I would recommend ordering at least two of each meat to really get that AYCE feel. Definitely coming back again!!

Went there midweek and no line! Honestly can say I've never been disappointed getting the meat sweats here. Service is almost always stellar and if it isn't, just drown your sorrow with more meat. The only gripe this trip was the thin brisket quality on first 2 orders were lacking. 3 order is what we are accustomed to getting here. Fig meat slicer got a bad batch or was having a bad day. Mango cream soda. Get it. Pistachio ice cream. Yep.

Master Kim's is the best of the best in Korean all you can eat ! Every time I'm in Las Vegas it's the first place I go to even before checking into any resort .

Our new go to spot for kbbq in Vegas. Love that we can get on waiting list in advance. The staff is amazing, they are kind and attentive. My girls love the robot that brings you to your table. Everything is fresh and so delicious. Cilantro salad x 3747489474, please!

Not only was the food delicious but we had the BEST server, Rammy!! He truly made the experience and ensured we had the very best time. Master Kim's Korean is blessed to have him apart of the staff. Thank you, Rammy!!

I found this place to be extremely well run and could easily handle multiple large groups/parties that wanted KBBQ as a meal. Although our party was split between 3 tables due to the size, the restaurant was still willing to take us in and had extremely fast service. Our server was attentive and quick to grab random items, such as more rice paper, sesame oil, sliced garlic, and any additional orders of meat while we were feasting. A telltale way to determine if a restaurant is willing to spend some money on the customer is the ventilation, and I was really impressed with how well the ventilation inhaled the smoke and made for a pleasant experience (unless former kbbq spots I have been to have just had really bad ventilation units). Coming from CA, the menu pricing is extremely fair and almost quite the value for what you get. AYCE price ranges from $30-40 depending on the tier you select, and even the lowest tier still includes kimchi pancakes! It's also nice that you can opt for a small scoop of ice cream (dessert) after the meal, to help bring it all together. Overall, good service, great food, and awesome selection makes this place a worthwhile stop for KBBQ if you are in the Vegas area.

Against all odds, this may have been the highlight of my trip to Vegas. K-BBQ places are everywhere, so I didn't think I would be blown away or anything--but Master Kim genuinely surprised me. It's rare for K-BBQ places to have vegan options that aren't pretty sad, but the many options here (imitation meats, tofu, etc.) were all delicious and showed thoughtfulness and consideration that went far beyond the usual token afterthought options. It was also so nice of the restaurant to allow me to order the meat menu and my girlfriend to get the vegan menu--I thought we might be charged the meat menu price twice (the vegan one is less expensive) because we're sharing a table, but again, the restaurant is really considerate in this regard and didn't upcharge. Smooth service, nice ambiance, and really delicious options for both meat and vegan menus. If I had one suggestion, it would be adding to the sauce menu, because there weren't many that I liked much--but the flavors are there in the meat and the marinades. Overall, we had an amazing time and will certainly be back next time we vacation to Vegas!

This is by far mine and my husband's favorite place to go to KBBQ. The service is excellent always polite and the food never disappoints.
