Received 3 pounds of bacon by the way of Goldbelly. One package is nicely sliced and arranged as you usually see in a grocery store. The other packages are clumps of bacon like they were intended to be used for seasoning. Very fatty. Must have thrown in anything to make the 3 pounds.

At Masters Puveyors you fine the fines near in the market today. You can't go wrong with Masters Purveyors.

Forever spoiled with great meat! Since the restaurant industry has been hard hit and we miss traveling and dining around the globe, we are so happy that we discovered Goldbelly and through them Master Purveyors. Peter Luger is on our list of restaurants for the next time we're in NYC, and this is one of their suppliers. We wanted something special for Christmas since we'd be spending it at home this year, so we were in the market for dry aged meats. We got tomahawks for the occasion and then added to the order porterhouses, ny strips, ribeyes and some bacon for good measure. Omg - best steaks ever. There is no way we'll be able to go back to supermarket steaks, so we'll just continue to get occasional shipments and keep these in the freezer for the steak craving.

I ordered both the sweet Italian Sausage and burgers via Goldbelly. I have not tried the burgers yet and I will update this review when I do, but that sweet Italian Sausage was absolutely delicious! I cooked mine in my convection toaster oven and the were fantastic. I loved that the sausage was packed, airtight, in individual packages making it so convenient to freeze and use as desired! Prompt shipment and delivery! Carefully packages to protect the contents for perfect arrival! THANK YOU SO MUCH!

This place is a complete rip off. I made a big order through them and only half of it actually showed up. I tried to contact them about it and no one ever responded to me. The meat that did show up did not impress me at all. They charge a premium price which makes you think you are getting a premium product. You aren't. You are just getting ripped off. Find a local butcher that sells usda prime. It will be much better value for the cut of meat.

The best quality and best tasting meat ever. We have had their ribeye & dry aged beef grilled and it was like butter melting in our mouth. Quick delivery to our house too!

I ordered 2 Dry Aged Porterhouse steaks from their website because my husband has been dying to try a dry aged steak. We both love to eat, but I also like to get the best deal. After a little research, Master Purveyors had the best deal on these steaks. I feel like the other places I found were sort of a rip off because they feel they can charge a lot just because they can say it's dry aged steak. Even the shipping was the best deal with Master Purveyors. I placed my order on a Tuesday and the package arrived on a Thursday just like their website states. The steaks were well packaged with ice packs and styrofoam around it. We didn't get to make them right away. About a week later, my husband grilled one of the steaks up, he likes his steaks closer to rare, I'm not a fan of that but I ate some and I must say, it's the best piece of steak I've ever had! I've never had a piece of beef melt in my mouth the way it did. I didn't want to eat such raw meat so even though I didn't want to, I microwaved a few pieces and usually, steak will get hard but this one did not, the same consistency kept even after microwaving it. Also, the taste was so rich in beef flavor. I made a good decision going with Master Purveyors and I will definitely be a returning customer :)

Outside of Pat LaFrieda, im not sure there's a more specialized meat purveyor i. The area. Custom blends, aging for you and whole sides of beef if your incluned? That's crazy but if you want to break down your own animal that's a choice you have. Ever have a steak at Peter Luger's? Youre eating LaFrieda and/or Master Purveyor beef.

The best of the best! They always provide the best quality and superior service to the competition. It's great to support family owned businesses like this one.

I wish I I can give a 0 review. VERY NASTY ATTITUDE, MATT. The supervisor, I've been purchasing from for months, but not frequent. But unnecessarily telling customers that if the order it to small you have to shop at a super market. I wouldn't call if I wanted supermarket quality, I'm a chef and order the amounts that I need, all that was needed to be said if unfortunately we can't do orders this small. Like this isn't the warehouse when speaking to People, these guys have very bad attitudes and cannot articulate things nicely with huffing and puffing. If you hate your line of work, step away and give it to someone who does. I'll never come back here again, and happy not to. What away to make people feel valued MATT!!. Fix your energy when talking to people that has been patronizing. I hope he isn't the owner, it would really be a shame. Get down off your high horse and get back to the nature of service, if you wanna survive a changing industry, I hate establishments like this that turn corporate and invaluably pick and chose what they want to do and say, and feel know one will say a thing. I'll take service over quality any day, I'm sure this isn't what they envision the business. MATT!! Your attitude sucks, and it seems like your staff if very aware of it. And I'm sure they don't like it, but are afraid of saying anything. There's a way of speaking. Seems that this isn't clear to him apparently.

After getting cracked at the local butcher on Long Island for $34/ribeye, I went on a hunt looking for a butcher with fair prices and top quality. Mission accomplished! Not only do they supply the top steakhouses in NYC, but fortunately they also have a retail business to the public where the service is A++. I had ordered 8 steaks and received an email that day from Mark stating the exact delivery date and what I should expect. The package arrived on time and beautifully packaged in ice, but 1 box of steaks was missing. I emailed Mark and the very next day they sent THEIR OWN driver out with the steaks, a box of hamburgers and an apology from the driver!! Total professionals. I highly encourage everyone to give these guys a shot, they are spectacular.
