PRODUCT: These are the most robust tents I’ve used. For demo activations we bring along our product team, including the engineers and they even commented on how well built and thoughtful the design touches are on these tents. If you’ve met or interacted with an engineer, you’d know the weight that carries. 😉 We used a brand called Strike before this season, and those tents are not in this league of quality. We had an event early this Spring in Oklahoma where the event was shut down due to 60mph gusts. These tents didn’t flinch. At shows where we display our bikes, we’re getting just as much attention and compliments on the tent from the other industry folks. CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: This team was great to work with. I’m a needy designer type and the back and forth with the team was smooth and fast. The tent designer interface and renderings were a big plus in me getting the budget approval to order the tents. Allowing those that approve the spend to see a quality rendering of the product was important and helped me. It’s a premium product and it may cost a little more than some other tents. But you’re getting more and getting a product that will last longer and is more serviceable in the event wear and tear eventually takes its toll. I appreciate that reparability quality, as it keeps the tent in service and out of a landfill.

Everything arrived and just wanted to complement how great of a product this is! Very easy to set up, very easy to tear down, and it all fits perfectly in our auto detail trailer as planned 😎 It is completely out of the way when it isn't needed, and easily accessible when coverage is needed. This is going to work so perfectly for our auto detailing, now being able to bring out the tents for vehicle coverage, from small Mini's to Large Trucks & SUV's, we are fully covered. We can now even work in the rain and return the vehicle to the customer's garage. We can't wait to see how it heats up in the winter too. My 1st order with this company and I couldn't be more pleased. Exceptional quality, well built and very good looking. Have a small leak in my shop that I can't find and this tent will save my computer keyboard for my plasma table. The different sizes the company makes made it easy for me to make a decision. We had an amazing time working with Shane and his team as we were blown away with this tent! After one time putting it up and taking down, we learned we could quickly get this thing up in minutes, as it covers so much space! The customization on it is next level, as we have gotten a ton of compliments off one show!

We ordered a 10x20 series 1 canopy tent, with a custom printed canopy and two thick peak flags with double sided printing. We also got the weights and stakes (as we do a lot of shows at wineries, which seem to have some pretty high winds). The quality of the tent and the print is amazing. We have already been at shows with 30+mph wind gusts, and using only the weights, it hasn’t even BUDGED, while other vendors are holding onto their weighted tents. We also were up against a tight deadline to receive the tent, and MasterTent went above and beyond to make sure we had the tent in time for our season openers. We worked with Shane Booth - excellent customer service and communication. I ask a lot of questions, and he worked with me to ensure that we were able to get exactly what we needed. We are working on ordering additional accessories now, as we have found everything so far has been well worth the expense. We have gotten comments about the quality from vendors and customers alike, and inquiries about the process from fellow vendors. If you are looking for a quality tent, highly recommend going with Mastertent!
