Had a great time and food, atmosphere was nice and food too. More like modern Indian but the way they serve and taste of it was really good. I would like to be back and try other items.

My new favorite place. They are new but I have already been there multiple times. They serve absolutely delicious food. I highly recommend their momo (dumplings) and biryani. Moreover, their service is top-notch. Our server, Sajani, is the best. Every time we go there, she greets us with a smile and helps with any menu questions. She made our whole experience exceptional with her attentive service.

We had our nye dinner at masti last night. And the Food and the atmosphere did not disappoint. The food was amazing and really flavour. Our favourite was their pani poori. And our server Jay gave us exceptional service. Had a great time. We will definitely be back.

Great food awesome ambience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely outstanding experience! The food was bursting with authentic Indian flavors — every dish was fresh, perfectly spiced, and beautifully presented. The service was equally impressive: warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. You can truly feel the passion in both the kitchen and the hospitality. The bartender was excellent as well. We own Maya Cuisine, an authentic Nepali restaurant ourselves, and even with high standards, we genuinely enjoyed the dishes here. Highly recommended!

Sajani was wonderful. The food is so rich in flavor and fresh. Although I do not live in the area, the next time I'm here I will come back. I had a very interesting dish consisting of wild boar which I highly recommend. The ambiance, staff, and presentation. Everything is really well done. Highly recommended.

I visited Masti Indian Restaurant to celebrate my mom and aunt, and it was such a lovely experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt genuinely welcomed, and it honestly felt like going back to Nepal. The food was incredible and tasted truly homemade. Everything was comforting, flavorful, and made with care. The staff kept checking on us and made sure we were comfortable. I especially loved how they asked if we wanted extra rice with our chicken curry (which was fantastic, by the way). The service was attentive without being overwhelming, and our order didn’t take too long either. A special shoutout to Sneha and Laxmi as they took amazing care of us and made the experience even more memorable. You could really feel the warmth and hospitality. The only downside was the payment system. The tip options were limited to 3%, 5%, or 7%, and when I tried to add a custom tip, it accidentally added $25 instead of 25% on a $300 bill. Since we were a group of six, i felt bad because the servers were great they deserved more. But since we will be visiting more we will definitely let them know about the payment system. Other than that small issue, everything was wonderful. This place is absolutely a must-try if you’re looking for great food and genuine hospitality. I’ll definitely be back.

If one is celebrating anything this is the best place to come and celebrate bc the food is very celebratory. I recommend anything and everything on that menu.

We initially went to one of our favorite Indian restaurants, luckily they were closed, and now we have a new favorite! 🤩 It was our pleasure to eat at Masti! The salmon momo was the best Indian spiced salmon we’ve ever had! The Chicken Kathi Roll and Seekh Kabab Roll was out of this world—great spice and flavor. And Peshwari Naan, yes please! Sooooo yummy 😋 Thank you!

So glad I tried this place! I think it's in the old Panera and the interior is kinda strange and giving more French brasserie vibes than an Indian place. Also the lights are soooo bright! Being that it is a new restaurant the service had some glitches and they were very slow at times. However the food was excellent! The chicken momo were delicious and so light! The butter chicken was smoky and the chicken meat was tender and rich with flavor. I loved the palak paneer and this dish was not the mashed up spinach but was fresh. Just needed more salt. Didn't love the yellow dal or the naan. Both were on the plainer side. I will come back in a few months for sure.

I genuinely have nothing against mom-and-pop restaurants -- some of my favorite meals have come from tiny kitchens -- but this place is nowhere near the standard you'd expect in Reston Town Center. We were a party of six with a reservation, but apparently that just meant we got to wait 10 minutes in the lobby pretending we weren't starving. From the moment we walked in, everything felt chaotic. Staff were darting around with no system, and while everyone was polite, not one person looked like they had ever worked in a restaurant before. We started with the puri puri, which came out as a soggy shell with a little potato, a bit of egg, and a chutney so cold and dull it could've been straight from the fridge. Then came the fish pakora -- or as I now call it, "The Iceberg." I took one bite and the fish inside was frozen solid. The batter outside was warm-ish, the middle was an arctic expedition. No apology, no manager, nothing. They removed it from the bill but never brought a replacement or checked in. When we finally told them to cancel it, they said, "Yeah, we didn't make another one anyway." Perfect. The entrées didn't help. We ordered chicken vindaloo (2), chicken curry (2), chicken biryani, tandoori chicken, and butter chicken -- and they brought two tiny bowls of white rice for six people. When we asked for more, they reacted like we were asking for gold bullion: "Oh... you want more rice? We can bring more. Don't worry." Very weird. We're Middle Eastern and Asian -- spices are not new to us -- but even the mild dishes came out aggressively spicy, overly salty, and strangely lukewarm. Everything tasted like it had been heated unevenly, hot on the outside and warm or cold in the center. At this point I honestly wasn't convinced there was an actual chef back there. Service? Terrible. No refills, no check-ins, and even the soda tasted off. The menu said Coca-Cola, but what we got was some flat, sugary off-brand that tasted like a childhood birthday party gone wrong. Between the cold food, chaotic service, untrained staff, and the mandatory 20% gratuity, this was a full disappointment. And I still don't know why "wild boar" is on an Indian menu

Service was great. Food was amazing. Great momos as well as really good butter chicken. The tandoori chicken is the best I've had in northern Virginia so far. It looked more formal than I actually was. They were very accommodating for us and our two children although I would say it looks like a restaurant better off to leave the kids at home.

Loved the food, ambiance, service, and overall experience here! This restaurant replaces the old Panera that was a staple in RTC. I'm so glad Masti turned out to be a great replacement. The servers were all really nice and attentive, and even though they accidentally brought out one item we didn't order, they let us keep it and did not give us a hard time. All of the food was cooked really well and I loved the flavors of the Aloo Gobi Mutter, biriyani, and the kale chaat. I will definitely come back here soon!

Fantastic food with outstanding service. It's a beautiful restaurant with an amazing home feel. The customer service and wait staff is one of the best. Masti is one of the most attentive restaurant I've been to. I don't think my water dropped below a quarter of the glass because they were so on it! The curry and naan were fantastic and on point. I really enjoyed the Tikka Masala and a side of garlic naan. Highly recommend!

Delicious food, very well presented. Ambiance is casual but classy. Service is a great - very courteous!! Can't wait to go again.

Absolutely loved the food, ambience, & our server(her recommendations were on point). Food was delicious and flavorful. They did mention fish dish and tandoor dishes take 15-20mins to come out, so plan accordingly. We will go back soon to try all these again plus the jackfruit kofta!!

Glad we tried this new spot in RTC! The service needs some improvement but food was delicious especially their fish Moilee , jackfruit kofta and dumplings . Would definitely visit again expecting a better service next time .
