The staff was very nice and attentive, but proceeded to explain in detail to me their rules for AYCE despite them first asking me if I was familiar with the concept, and me indicating I was well familiar. The menu is simple, and maybe a bit lacking. They proceeded to bring the 6 or 7 (small plates) of my first round out together, resulting in me waiting 20 minutes before getting any food. I’m not sure why they serve this way. It’s not like I could eat it all at once. The presentation was fine to good. The rice wasn’t very sticky and would fall apart in the nigiri very easily. Some of the rolls were very very tiny pieces of protein, such as this eel roll. The proteins themselves were served strangely warm (eg tuna and salmon) which was off-putting. They were playing elevator pop covers (maybe by the same artist?) which were absolutely terrible versions of the songs. It was quiet and the place was pretty empty. I wished I had just gone to Takumi instead.

This is probably the best AYCE sushi I have had so far in Texas. The quality and flavors of the fish are amazing and unique, especially their yuzu salmon, crispy rice salmon and yellowtail. The tako wasabi appetizer was really good too. There’s a lot of variety on the menu and appetizers and cocktails were also delicious. Well worth the price.

Masuki Sushi Premium AYCE was amazing! The sushi was fresh, high-quality, and beautifully prepared — far better than typical AYCE. The side dishes like fried squid and shishito peppers were also delicious. Definitely feels premium and worth the price!

They brought back all you can eat with improved quality and options. They have soft opening promotion until their grand opening in October. We will definitely be back!

Great new spot! Masuki Sushi has a solid all-you-can-eat selection and everything came out fast and fresh. The lemon salmon was a standout—so good! Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Definitely worth checking out if you’re in the area.

If you’re looking for AYCE high quality and nigiri and sashimi, this place is an absolute dream! Also they offer variety of rolls- everything from classic favorites to unique, creative options! Even the non-sushi items were delicious, making it a great option for anyone in your group who might not be into raw fish. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Orders came out quickly. Will definitely be back!

Stopped by for dinner and I can say that I will definitely be back. Sushi was very fresh and plates were beautiful. Price is also very affordable for the quality. Our server, Rachel, was very attentive and friendly. 100% recommend.

We decided to try a new sushi spot in the area and went in without much thought. I was stunned with the quality of the dishes and the taste exceeded my expectations. On top of that, our servers, Rachel and Alan, were super friendly and attentive, checking up on our table regularly. Safe to say, we will definitely be back!

Yelp
Best all you can eat sushi place ever. Hands down one of the best quality restaurants in Plano. I love sushi and it's always so expensive. But this place is just a good as other premium sushi bar. This restaurant has a beautifully clean and modern interior. And the waiters are so nice and friendly and so helpful. I'd definitely come back to try other menu that I haven't tried. 5 stars!!

Yelp
We were excited to see another AYCE place. It's along the side of the strip mall in the H-Mart complex in Plano. Lots of parking and not difficult to find. The space is small compared to most AYCE places and they seem a bit disorganized. Maybe it's something to work out in their early stages. We went for Mother's Day and they charged us something different than what was advertised. It took a few minutes to get seated although there weren't that many seated tables. We received a printed menu and an order form with a pencil. No explanations and they didn't reiterate any of their rules/guidelines. It took ages for someone to come back around to take our order. They came back a few minutes later and said that it could take up to 30 mins for the sushi portion of our order. We had to ask for our drinks twice, another order form, soy sauce, wasabi, ginger.... The sashimi was plated nicely but we would have preferred less focus on plating for faster service. A few of our dishes never made it out. With so many other options, we likely won't be back.

Yelp
As more and more of these AYCE Japanese restaurants opens in town, you would expect a newcomer to be equally good or better. This was all around disappointing. There was only three kinds of sashimi on the menu (salmon, tuna, and yellowtail.) The beef hibachi was a complete joke. It came with a whole plate of onions and a few morsels of beef. Beef was tough too. Chicken karagee was dry & meat was not marinated well . No mayo to accompany . Miso soup was overly salty Quality of food here is below average. Dessert was not included. The only saving grace was the good service because there were only a few tables. This would be more of a place if you only liked sushis. Our favourite is still Umiya in Frisco & sushi masa in plano.

Yelp
We had a really disappointing experience at Masuki Sushi. When we first arrived, the hostess led us to a dirty table, then told us to go wait by the front door so she could clean it--even though there were plenty of clean, open tables available (only two other groups of customers were present). Once we were finally seated, we were handed an order sheet with zero explanation about how the all-you-can-eat system worked. We later found out (after ordering) that there were limitations, like only one premium appetizer per person, but no one mentioned this upfront. After submitting our order, a server came back and told us we had ordered too much and made us reduce it, which was frustrating. The food came out extremely slowly, EVEN THOUGH THERE WERE ONLY TWO OTHER GROUPS IN THE ENTIRE RESTAURANT. Because of the delays, we only managed to get in three rounds of food--and we didn't order that much. Just as we were trying to place another round, we were told we were over the time limit--again, a rule no one informed us about when we were seated (it turned out to be 75 min order limit and a 90 min sit limit). We were promptly kicked out of the restaurant after paying. On top of all that, we were never offered water until we asked, they forgot one of our sake orders, and then charged us for it anyway (which I had to dispute). The food itself was okay. The yellowtail was especially good--nice and fatty--but the rest was standard all-you-can-eat sushi quality. Unfortunately, the poor service and lack of communication completely ruined the experience. Definitely not coming back.

Yelp
Always excited to try new Asian restaurants especially if it's a buffet and a sushi place. We stopped in for their lunch special AYCE for $19.99 and I thought it was a fair price for what they offer. Started off with miso soup which has a good flavor, calamari ring which is always a a hit for me and shrimp pot stickers that I really didn't care for. The sushi and rolls we had were average at best but for the price I really have nothing to complain about. They look fresh, made to order and have decent rice to fish ratio. I don't know what's the menu difference for lunch and dinner but I might come back again for another odd hour lunch adventure.

Yelp
The menu clearly advertised an "All You Can Eat" option, but at checkout, the bill was calculated based on individual dish prices, however the Menu didn't list individual dish prices, this was misleading and felt dishonest, unhappy and disappointing experience at Masuki Shshi.

Yelp
The sushi was fresh and delicious, and I loved that they have private rooms - it made bringing the kids so easy and comfortable.

Yelp
Nice to have a new AYCE Around this area. Seems like they are in their soft opening stage. We had several choices of sushi and rolls plus a few of their appetizers. Service was prompt and I noticed they have a buzzer at the end of the table for service. $19.95 for lunch is worth it for AYCE in my opinion.

Yelp
Masuki Sushi is seriously one of the best value sushi spots I've found. The quality you get for the price is honestly kind of amazing. Everything was fresh, well-made, and full of flavor ! Like most new places, there were a few small hiccups here and there, but what impressed me was how kind and genuine the staff were! It had nice interior, I would say whether it's a date, a catch-up with friends, or a casual family dinner. It's a perfect spot ! Already looking forward to going back!

Yelp
Great food, high quality sushi and appetizer dishes. The server was able to recommend dishes and they were all good. I personally loved salmon nigiri. It was fresh.

Lucas S.

Yelp
When Masuki was AYCE, it was a great taste for the price point. They had a few riceless rolls, and some serviceable sashimi. Service was always great. Unfortunately, the AYCE was just a way to get people in the door. AYCE is no longer available. There's too many high end places at better price points with better quality of fish than this.

Jung Hyun B.

Yelp
Amazing spot for all you can eat sushi place! They have a variety of choices for sushi and rolls! The quality of food was great with great services! Their Yubu was really good!

Jen P.

Yelp
No rules were explained was told when we sat down. Felt like they expected us to know how they run things. We ordered too much and was told to take some items off. The wait was a bit long for sashimi they also forgot to bring us any ginger and washbi had to ask for that along with water. Was a bit disappointed since we went onan afternoon on mother's Day and there was barely any customers there but a family and a couple. Food wise was decent. But there's better options out there.

Yelp
Driving around Dallas with my girlfriend, we stumbled upon this cute sushi spot called Masuki. We both love sushi, so we decided to give it a try. and I'm so glad we did! The atmosphere was cozy and modern, perfect for a casual date.

Queen K.

Yelp
The staff kindly explained the AYCE menu and the food was good! They have good portion sizes and I love that their hand rolls are fat!! Definitely coming back when I'm feeling up for AYCE :)

Keitii L.

Yelp
Was a delight previously, before AYCE was dropped. Quality great for pricepoint, but nothing notable. Riceless rolls were an afterthought. The cuts of fish for nigiri would vary from batch to batch. I couldn't IMGINE letting these things pass for a higher price point. We had gone at least 4 times for AYCE. Will not be returning.

Howard L.

Yelp
No more ayce. No reasons why and no apologies from the workers there. Not a good place. We decided to just try it and ordered some food. Nothing worth remembering, just plain Japanese style food. This place is not even in a good location. Without some special features like acya and spectacular, interesting Japanese food, too bad this place not gonna make it.

Jamie C.

Yelp
I loved their maki and lemon salmon yubu. the salmon was so fresh! The server was super nice and made the experience even better. I was so hungry I forgot to take pictures, but I'd highly recommend this place for AYCE sushi!
