I’ve had a great experience living at Matador Apartments. The community is well maintained, quiet, and feels safe, which is very important to me and my family. The apartments are spacious and comfortable, and the grounds are always kept clean. The management and staff are friendly, professional, and responsive whenever an issue comes up. Maintenance requests are handled in a timely manner, and communication has always been clear and helpful. Overall, Matador Apartments has been a wonderful place to live, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed community.

Honestly! The property is gorgeous! The staff is so friendly and attentive. Special shout out to the Community Manager- Liliana for making sure that move in was seamless from start to finish- even with construction happening in other areas of the building. Now that it’s finished it’s peaceful and pretty! I love the cabinetry and how spacious the apartment is. I highly recommend Matador!

Melissa was also wonderful to work with — friendly, responsive, and super helpful throughout the touring and leasing process. She answered all of my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. The community itself is beautiful, modern, and well-maintained, and the overall vibe is exactly what you want in a place to call home. This is a wonderful place to live. The manager is amazing and always goes above and beyond to help residents. Everything is handled professionally, and you can really tell they care. The location is perfect, and the pricing is fair and affordable compared to other complexes nearby. I’m so happy with my new home!!!

I recently moved into this apartment complex, and I was assigned an apartment that I didn't choose the day I applied with the property manager. I complained that I wasn't happy with the apartment, and they assured me they would move me to the other apartment I had chosen, keeping the same promotional rate. However, today I went to the office, and the manager told me I have to pay a $1,000 deposit to move to the other apartment. They offered me options that only benefit them, without considering the inconvenience to their tenants. The management is terrible, and the communication is nonexistent. I would strongly advise anyone considering applying here to carefully inspect the apartment they will be assigned so they don't get lied to like I did. They don't even take into account that I have an 11-month-old baby who will be very uncomfortable in this apartment. In my opinion, I would never rent here again.

No matter how big or small my concern was, they took the time to explain clearly and make sure I understood. The apartment itself was beautiful, but what really stood out was the service. Touring a new place can be overwhelming, especially when you want to make sure it’s the right fit, but the leasing agent never made me feel rushed or bothersome. Instead, they made me feel welcomed and reassured. I highly recommend taking a tour.
