Ghastly. I was dumped into a dark dingy shared room which appeared to be a broom cupboard with no privacy two metres from the bed beside me occupied by a person who snored. Probably the most dehumanising experience I've ever encountered given the antibiotic treatment caused severe diarrhoea and I was not able to access the bathroom at times and had to run out to the public toilet. I left before the treatment ended. No spare toilet paper or bath towels. Private hospital is not an accurate description

Three months ago, I sent an email regarding Nurse Danica's attitude and her failure to fulfill the responsibilities of a nurse. You mentioned that you would contact me, but I have yet to receive any correspondence about this matter. I would like a consequences for her issue an apology. I hope this issue can be resolved as soon as possible.

What is going on at level 5 further to my complaint earlier after another visit why is an elderly man recovering from gastro woken up in the dark early morning to be dressed and sat in a chair...????cruel

Excellent institution and medical care here for the people of Queensland that need the care. Attended Mater Mother's as a family member needed care and there was only positive experiences from the professionalism and attentive care that the members of the ward gave us

Very impressed with this hospital. I was seen pretty well instantly which was a relief. Admitted to the ward and all the staff are very friendly and catering to your needs. I’ll never go anywhere else

Just had a minor operation performed and I can honestly say that I have never been to a hospital where all of the staff were so lovely. From the voluntary staff at the greeting desk to the surgeons, they introduced themselves and explained the process, always with a smile. I explained to the anesthetist that I had experienced difficulties from past procedures and was delighted that I actually woke up refreshed from this op. Well done guys, keep up the great work - you all deserve medals for what you do for the community.

I was seen quickly but by staff with no bedside manner. I was discharged without diagnosis even though I was unable to walk. I am 6 weeks pregnant and was in pain and no abdominal checks were done. Discharge letter says no motor weakness yet had to be wheeled out as I couldn't walk. Worst place I have ever been
