FIRST TIME, just opened last June,
...a parrilada here in Malpica.
The Restaurante Materiál is, in my opinion, in the top two, if not the best restaurant in this area. A real dining adventure !!!
Everything we had, from the locally-baked artisan bread served with cute butter balls, paper-thin slices of fine picaña beef, grilled Cabra del Cantu (Rockfish) accompanied with grilled half potatoes and cherry tomatoes to the barbecued Simmental rib-eye with lettuce salad, all fantastic.
But, their food was not all. The attention of the owner couple, very young at 27 (!) presented a really nice ambience for a competely pleasant dining experience.
Definitely, will be many returns to be spoiled again and again....
