"Jamie Grey’s gallery-like design store carries exquisite furniture, lighting, and homewares from a mix of today’s most cutting-edge industrial designers. You’ll find pieces from Rich Brilliant Willing and Bec Brittain, and many exclusive collaborations. Though the aesthetic that runs through the space is extremely minimal, they make an effort to make home-like displays, which makes every visit inspiring."

Extremely poor customer service. Daniella is so apathetic you’d think she hates her job.

We don’t have a great experience with this store. We ordered for our project a marble lamp, not cheap one. The lamp lead time was around 7 months (from all home, this arrived the latest but oh well), it also arrived DAMAGED as it was packed poorly and had a very low quality switch that it eventually stopped to work completely. Their feedback I suppose I had to give to our client, I assume, was to “straighten” the lamp manually , and purchase the new switches ourselves. (Truly embarrassing to start with). It took 2 people to fix the lamp but not completely, and switches had to be done by electrician). The lamp cost us another thousand of dollars and the company did not take any responsibility. The company offered unknown discount for next order but to be frankly honest, it does not seem to me as resolution and resolution to our client (who will not benefit with any future purchase). They clearly left everything on us, and it shows irresponsible business, if you do not offer return or replacement for damaged items. This company needs whether to sell better quality products or have a quality control and resolution center… not just resell someone’s products. I truly didn’t appreciate this business.

I placed an order December 2021. I expected processing and shipment delays because of the pandemic, but when I started checking back in by e-mail six months later, I got no response x 3 emails. I then called and instead of addressing my problem, the person on the phone blamed a former employee who no longer works there and said her colleague would call me back. That was earlier this week and I can’t get anyone to pick up the phone when I call. There is still no resolution in sight. Will not attempt any business with them in the future once this is resolved.

Very unprofessional staff! After buzzing me in they left me waiting in the hallway for 15 min, when the woman finally let me in she provided no explanation and it was obvious from how small the space is that there is no way she didn’t hear me knocking. After letting me in she immediately walked away and sat at her desk completely ignoring me, even though i made an appointment to discuss a specific piece of furniture. She pointed at it and walked away offering no product info or service of any kind. When I approached her to ask for a quote she responded that she has my email so she will email me if needed. I asked for swatches and she offered no help. I was dumbfounded. Thankfully, I found this furniture somewhere else and will never deal with this place again!
