We had a lovely dinner at Mauby, the service was excellent lovely waitresses and chef! The food was really tasty particularly loved the pumpkin, pork and beans. Delicious cocktails too

Lovely local spot in Brockley! Came here for cocktails and small bites. The cocktails were yummy and costs £10. Didn’t really ordered much but we had the potatoes and smoked sausage. I really enjoyed the sausage

If I could rate them higher I would. We had just the best evening. My friends live locally and have been waiting to try out this restaurant since it was announced and it was worth every moment of waiting for them to open. Instantly as we walked in, it was a beautiful and homely vibe. Very relaxing and welcoming. We ordered the entire menu! Because why not? After we ate we tried to decide what was our favourite dish and all couldn’t agree because everything was so yummy. The service was outstanding, just felt like you’re at home and having some dinner and drinks with friends. It’s just so lovely. Also BANGING playlist, I was eating delicious food and dancing along to Sade.

We went here as a three for dinner on Friday night. Enjoyed two of the beans, two of the pork and one of everything else. It was all very good. Highly recommended and decent value (£53 a head w/a cocktail and a bottle of wine). Service was friendly and efficient. Best restaurant in Brockley.

This place has a friendly, relaxed vibe and was very busy and lively on the Friday night we went. The food was delicious, but as it's served tapas style, comes when it comes, meaning you never get a complete plate. And we really could've used some rice to soak up the stew and sauces. We had a really fun evening though, and were happy to just keep ordering extra okra and piping hot fried agarve - our favourite dishes of the night.

This spot is a hidden gem new to Brockley! The eclectic menu of small plates was perfectly curated, with every dish complementing the next. I especially loved the Bajan cucumber salad paired with stewed black beans and heritage tomatoes—it was fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor. The star of the night, though, was the Mauby cocktail. Its unique flavor was perfect match for the dishes and made for a truly wicked night especially as I had booked as a double date. If you're looking for something modern and exciting without all the faff, this place is a must-visit! Can't wait to return

Nice cocktail bar in Brockley, but even though the choice is limited, cocktails are not great. Food is just ok. I believe the whole concept is very nice though so I hope they will improve. I will try again and update the rate in case.

We are so happy to have spent an evening with the Mauby team tonight, thank you for having us! The food was perhaps the best we’ve had in London in the past year, Daniel has really put himself into the menu. The drinks selection is such good value for money, too. Go now before it becomes difficult to get a table - it’ll be the place to be before you know it ♥️
