I don’t usually write reviews, but the brunch pasta dish was truly exceptional. The egg yolk sauce was perfectly balanced with the chimichurri spice, which subtly reminded me of the depth you find in certain Asian stew spices. The egg yolk itself was cooked to an ideal texture, rich yet never heavy.
At first, I thought the portion size might be too small, but I was surprisingly full before I even finished the dish. The grilled cheese waffle and the French toast were equally impressive, with complex, well-developed flavors that showcased the quality of the ingredients.
I did not expect this level of culinary execution in a small city. The food here surpasses that of many high-end restaurants I’ve visited. The chef is clearly both talented and deeply passionate about her craft—you can genuinely feel the care and effort she puts into every dish to create a memorable experience for her guests. I have tremendous respect for her work and am very grateful for this experience.
