Maurices

I visited this store while in the area over the holidays. I purchased an adorable pair of hiking boots, but after wearing them only once the eyelets for the laces began becoming unattached from the boot itself. I had returned home and there was not a Maurice's nearby so I called the store back and explained the situation. I spoke with a few different individuals during this time and each and everyone was absolutely wonderful. They were all so friendly, genuinely wanted to make it right and stayed in touch to keep me updated. They sent me out a brand new replacement pair of boots and said if any issue at all to let them know. Customer service is certainly one of the hardest lines of work to be in and each one of these individuals is to be commended for their wonderful and helpful attitude. I can't recommend this store and management highly enough.

I must say that the women who work there are amazing!! Such hard workers. They even help you when you're looking at purchasing a specific item(s). You can't beat Maurices prices. They always have sales, discounts and coupons. I like it so much that I have their store credit card. Such cute and stylish clothing, shoes and accessories. My new favorite place to shop.

Had the BEST experience here. I never knew about this store until I saw a friend post about it on Facebook. Such a large variety of clothing for regular AND plus sizes (that’s such a rarity in stores) AND for amazing prices. The clearance racks in general had $9.95 jeans and $6.95 tops and jackets. Amazing prices. Additionally the staff were all wonderfully friendly and helpful, without being over bearing. I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

Great Store! Love the layout and it's easy to look at the clothes without knocking everything off onto the floor. Staff is super friendly and not pushy at all. Dressing rooms are roomy and clean. Clothing is of great quality and affordable prices!!

Got a couple outfits but not many nice outfits to me for plus sized women. Also the employees seemed to be watching me like I was gonna steal something even though all it was that I was doing was trying to find stuff I like. They could have at least came and asked if I needed help

There were great markdowns on Christmas clothes, plus shoes and handbags. I got three leggings, a dress, and a shirt for $25!

My fiance could not find nice stylish clothes anywhere that didn't look like western wear except for here. Nice staff and selection of womens apparel.
