Maurices

First time visit to the store & didn’t get a good feel as I walked in. The blonde lady at the register was on her phone. A darker headed lady was putting up clothes & basically ignored me as I walked around the store. I was in there for 15 minutes and not a peep until I came to ask a question to the register. Another lady walked in & she wasn’t acknowledged either. She said that she kind of forced them to say hello to him by saying welcome to the store! Suffice to say, I may not come back to the store or order online.

Y'all!!! First time visit to Tyler and wow! the staff is incredible at this location. Great selection, nice dressing rooms and plenty of deals. Store was neat and clean. Two sales associates Chloe H and Mary provided excellent customer service. Friendly, attentive and so patient. I really appreciated their efforts to help me and my 2 daughters find just what we were looking for.

Mary helped my mother and I this evening and she is absolutely AMAZING. Best customer service I’ve experienced in a very long time. She was patient, caring, attentive and damn good at her job. She helped us make excellent choices that we would have butchered if not for her help. Great selection and big sales on most items but, Mary, she was the cherry on top! We will definitely be returning to see her.

We got great service while the staff helped my wife get a new wardrobe they were very helpful and really listened to what my wife wanted

Thank you so much to Mary and Gracie! I had an amazing experience buying a few pair of jeans from this store and they were absolutely friendly and very attentive to my needs. I shop at many stores and these beautiful women definetly gave me that feeling of that "good old southern hospitality." Will definatly be shopping here again.

The fabric is super soft and not clingy. I have MS and the fabric and fit is super important for me. They have really good sales.

Staff is amazing and the store was clean. Even though they don't have much for my size people it's always worth going in to look because the atmosphere is just bubbly.

I love Maurices, in Canada, and Havre MT. I didn't enjoy the experience I had in this store. I waited at the counter to find where the plus size area was for 10 minutes while the 2 staff members were discussing their personal life and sharing stuff on their phones. A customer helped me out. While I was looking around, my BF, who isn't plus size, was asked immediately if she needed help. Shame really since I was dressed in Maurice clothing top to bottom. I wear almost all their clothing exclusively. For these reasons. 1. Customer service. 2. The quality and incredible line of their plus size clothing. Good thing I don't live in Tyler I wouldn't be shopping Maurices.
