BBQ chip dust best seasoning I ever had. Mar 4th first order went great. Mar 7th 2nd never received, May 9th 3rd order received Giardiniera seasoning.

Purchased the Chicago Italian PORK Curious how it was going to taste. My entire family totally enjoyed this sandwich. The pork was tender, very tasty….so was the gravy. Absolutely delicious. Something “new” for Chicago to try. I highly recommend it.

I ordered the VIP box and some BBQ dust and it arrived within 48 hours! My friends were so happy and going to start enjoying this weekend. I can't express enough the amazing experience I had with this company. I ordered the cheese steak box with the mild Gardiner and extra Taylor's Cheese Sauce. The box was delivered to the wrong address (UPS error not Mauro Provisions) I was contacted by Emily Mauro (an extremely amazing person) and let her know that the box was delivered to the wrong address. The next morning the neighbor (2 subdivisions over) contacted me that they had the delivery but it had been out all night in South Carolina heat. I alerted Emily that the delivery had been located. She called very concerned that we not consume the meat and immediately issued a new order to be shipped. I didn't even ask for that...the error wasn't theirs and I didn't want a small business to suffer a loss but she insisted. When the meat arrived I have to say it was amazing! Tender and flavor full with the black spice rub, cheese sauce, buns and the mild Gardiner...everything was so worth the price and the fact that they stand behind their product even when the delivery process is out of their control.is nothing short of REMARKABLE these days. I will definitely order again and tell everyone about this amazing company. They just came out with a new pizza option (I wish it came out in smaller portions - there are just 2 of us) but i may have to have a party to try it. The bottom line is PLEASE PLEASE PLEAE support this EXCELLENT company. Thanks again Emily for everything! BTW I also got the BBQ dust and I am obsessed..it is great on everything!

As a transplanted Chicagoan who considers himself somewhat of an Italian Beef snob and has sampled many different Italian Beef sandwiches throughout Chicago in my day, I can tell you that Mauro Provisions Italian Beef is one of, if not THE BEST I’ve ever had! After taking that first bite at my home dining table, I felt like I was transported back to Chitown and sitting at one of my favorite beef stands. Yeah, it’s that good. The Italian Beef kit is proportioned generously with easy to follow instructions and everything needed to make a great Italian Beef at home. The beef, gravy, rolls and Giardiniera (exceptional taste and texture) are all of 1st class quality. Make it a combo by ordering the Italian sausage with the kit…absolutely delicious sausage! If you’re like me who lives out of state (VA) where there are no good Italian Beef sandwiches to be had (oh, looking for a great Giardiniera? Fugeddaboudit!) and needs an Italian Beef sandwich fix, look no further than Mauro’s Provisions. It’s a sandwich kingdom masterpiece!
