Mavens removed my posting on their facebook page so I’m reposting it here. I have been following them for over a year and unfortunately in my recent purchase from Costco in the Bay Area, there is a piece of rubber band in the middle of the durian ice cream. I suspect there are other parts of the same rubber band in the other ice creams on the shelf. Please be aware if you purchased it recently.

Black sesame via Costco two pack. Black sesame ice cream is always worth a buy. This is the best black sesame ice cream I have ever had. This stuff tastes like the ice cream equivalent of torto brand sesame dessert pudding. Being ice cream it is 10x better than even that. Expect sugary black sesame goodness, ice cream tong yuen filling 😍 🤤 and 🤑 but worth the price. I would be broke and 1000lbs...

feeling very disappointed when i opened then package and it had hollow spots when it was filled. the two pack - one wt in at 13 oz the second one wt in at 12 oz. not the 16 oz as advertised on the package. a big loss for a steep pricey ice cream

LOVE LOVE LOVE. Their tea collection is so good. If you like Thai tea, I’m not sure how you could possibly not like Mavens Creamery Thai tea ice cream. All of my friends that tried it have loved it. You really can’t go wrong with any of their flavors.
