Mavericks Coffee

So, I had no idea this was the coffee roaster for a coffee company in Visalia. With that being said, though, you would never have known Ryan was also running a large-scale coffee shop. I moved out here from Virginia for the Navy and struggled to find a quality coffee roaster. This place popped up on my Google search, and with only 22 reviews, I was skeptical, but when I saw the large bins of coffee beans, I figured I would drive 25 miles from Hanford and try it. I could not have been more pleased. I pulled up to an unassuming industrial-looking type complex and walked up the roasting space, where I was greeted by a man who ended up being Ryan.lol. We had a great conversation about coffee and life. His passion for coffee showed, and his willingness to brew up some samples for me to try, albeit a small gesture, made my trip worth it. I purchased a few bags of coffee, and I actually just made a 210-gram water/15-gram coffee bean AeroPress brew as I am typing this review. I wanted to taste this coffee before giving such a glowing review. This coffee is deep, rich, and full of flavor, and I am less bloated than I normally am from drinking coffee. I jumped online this morning and tried to look up the little coffee roaster with only 22 reviews. Of course, all I could find was the coffee shop, which I see is well known and loved. I am glad I found this place by the roasting location. Thank you, Ryan. I will be ordering my coffee from you guys from here on out.

The guys at Mavericks are amazing, personable, and committed to consistently providing the best quality products for your enjoyment. I pick up their daily shipments from their online orders, and one day I went in there and saw that there weren't any orders going out. I jokingly asked was it a slow day and they told me that they had some work done on the roaster and it had changed the end result of the roast. Those guys spent the next several days recalibrating the roaster to achieve an acceptable result. That's a commitment to quality. Keep up the great work guys!

Looking on Amazon for a low acid coffee tried them and loved it. I’ve been ordering for the past year. Great customer service answers all my questions quickly. Randomly they send an extra free single serving flavor, which is fun to try different ones. I recommend you check them out.

We accidentally went to the roastery instead of the coffee shop, but the staff were very welcoming anyways! They invited us in, gave a tour of the facility, and let us sample their coffee (which was awesome). High quality coffee roasted by high quality people. I will definitely visit the shop and am currently ordering more beans.

Absolutely LOVE this coffee! Much more gentle on my stomach, great flavors, and the customer service is above and beyond excellent. This is the only brand I can buy that suits my dietary/medical limitations, I am so excited that they have the variety they do so I can always find the perfect flavor.

My kids and I got to visit Mavericks coffee roastery on a tour with a home school group. It's not a coffee shop, it is more like a coffee roasting factory. They have a huge coffee roaster. They taught us a lot about coffee. We got to watch them roast. It was really cool. I think their coffee is really good. I like that it is organic and low in acid. We will buying their coffee online.

If you're looking for a good coffee that has great taste, flavor low acidity and organic go to Mavericks coffee. It is one of the best coffees you will enjoy. I Highly recommend it.

My favorite place to buy coffee. The low acid is definitely easier on the stomach. The coffee taste great. My favorite is the midnight ride, but I like them all.
