Amazing place! Fish tacos and pizza are fantastic — 10/10. Small beer selection, but always something tasty. Perfect spot to grab a seat at the bar and relax.

Absolutely terrible! We’ve been here several times. Tonight was the worst food especially for the price paid! My fish and chips dinner was burned! They served it to me knowing this and told me they have already started a replacement. Finally got the replacement and it was almost burned, overcooked the same way! I had to try to remove the batter. I wish I would have addressed the issue, but I truly do not like to complain and cause issues. $17 for a pizza that came out lukewarm at best! Looked like a frozen pizza. Not even in the normal round shape. This was a square and very thick, lots of dough. The only decent thing was my Christmas sangria. Spent over $100 for 3 people, which would have been ok if the food warranted it!! Definitely not returning. Each time we’ve been in there it’s get worse between service and food.

The atmosphere is not the kind of place that makes you want to stay for a long period of time. We had a retirement party there on a Friday and everyone was pretty much gone by 8:30. It would be nice to at least have some music. The food was ok, but wouldn't be my first choice.

Just what I needed, marvelous 😋 Ribeye OMG best Downriver. A foodie friend Jesse turned me on to this Steak. Last visit 6 years ago was just good, now a mind blowing 🤣 Ribeye. Cooked medium to perfection, the secret Montreal Steak Seasoning I been using for a couple decades. Talk with the chef, he confirmed that's it. This Ribeye better than Texas Roadhouse, Longhorn and all the other chain restaurants. Truly a must try for you Steak Lover's totally blown away. Also had a marvelous 😋 Korean Spicy Chicken Sandwich, sauce made in house at the top of my heat level. Feel the burn a mega Marinaded Chicken Breast 😋💯 Wowed. Shout out to Sophia a new waitress perfect five star service 😄, your a keeper Thanks. Absolutely fantastic experience and such delicious food. The mash potato, out of everything, was what blew me away. Such a simple side but done completely on point. I was tempted to order another portion for my dessert! Chicken wings in brown sugar bourbon was tasty. My Californian bowl was a right mix of meat and veg. Our waitress, Elizabeth, was a delight. Fun and helpful, nothing was too much. They even put my avocado from the Californian bowl in with his side salad. Everything came out really quickly even though there was a party just before us. Definitely will come here again if we're in the area.

First time at Maverick's. The bar/restaurant is a good size establishment. Very open with good light. I noticed the venue was very clean looking. There is a side room for larger gatherings. There is a bar with many choices. The guys I was with appreciate craft beers and Mavericks was perfect to accommodate their needs. They were all happy with the beer selection. The menu has a good variance of cuisine. Something for even the picky eaters. I order the Korean pot stickers, a Korean chicken sandwich and a nice side salad. All came quickly to our table and hot. Pot stickers were delicious. Prepared expertly with chopped stick onions and a soy dip. They were golden brown with crisp texture to the dumpling. The salad was good and fresh with the blue cheese dressing on the side. The blue cheese was a little off as this was their own recipe. The spicy Korean chicken sandwich was very good. Not to spicy with a little heat. Coleslaw was underneath the chicken and delicious. The whole softball team i was with enjoyed the food, drinks and the relaxing atmosphere.

We have went here several times and it is very good! Unfortunately, we came in yesterday and I ordered a vegetable for the first time instead of fries with my wings. I got the broccoli and it had some concerning black sections. I showed the waitress who offered another one, but thought it was odd she didn't want to show the kitchen or anyone else. Nobody came to see it, and it was removed off our bill. I suggested she take it to show someone to prevent future people from eating it, and she just took the plate. I hope she did, as it appeared to me it was mold or the broccoli was bad and needed to be thrown out. While I understand I was not charged, I did consume a bite or two, and would hope for better quality management of food before serving it to customers. Otherwise my wings were very good and our waitress was nice. We sat on the patio which I like as well.

We drove up from Toledo to check this place out and we're not disappointed. We brought our GSD Tano with us and they supplied her with a bowl of bacon and a water bowl right away. The service was awesome the food was great, if we're ever passing through the area again we will make sure and stop.
