The atmosphere is amazing! Nice and chill atmosphere. The staff is super friendly and helpful, this really brings me back to when I would go by my grandmothers house and she was always so warming and loving. The food is seriously out of this world, everything is always fresh and very well seasoned. If you haven’t been here yet! You have to visit atleast once!

Stopped by the new location in Ocean Springs inside the new Crave Food Hall. Pleasantly surprised as I didn't have the highest expectations for pupusas from a bougie hipster food hall. Pupusas are huge and on the thinner side, less dense which I found easier to eat. So good. One order included two huge pupusas, and it was a nice, filling, but not overwhelming snack. Got the chicken and cheese, which had a puréed filling. I think food is made to order, and while we waited, we saw someone making them from scratch. You can taste the love in it! Staff was friendly and helped us decide what to order. Would definitely come again.

When you walk in, order at the counter, take your order number, and enter through another door to get into the dining room area. Someone will bring the order to you, and there'll be an area with condiments and a bucket for you to place your plates when done. In my opinion, the birria tacos were ok. I was disappointed. I've definitely had better but to all their own. The chicken quesidillas were plentiful but were also just ok, nothing too special to note. I thought it was odd that they didn't have any homemade sauces available but instead had hot sauce bottles, even one from Buccees..Or maybe they did have some but you have to request for it. They do sell other things like snacks and such, too. There were plenty of parking spaces, but the lot itself is tight when it gets crowded.

The food here is really good and you can tell it's made with care. Very flavorful, yet not salty or overbearing. We had the birria nachos (without pico or beans) and the pupa fritas - both were exceptional. The hibiscus aqua fresca was really refreshing and not overly sweet. The staff is really nice and welcoming. The place is quaint with just a few tables, so ordering to go is a good option.

Local business trying to survive so 5 stars from me just for that. Visited off of a youtube review that I watched. The food was great, and the staff was friendly. Nothing fancy. There is nothing extra, just decent food.

I happened to hear the review on the place on the radio and decided to try it. I’m happy that I did. I ordered the Yuca Con Chicharron and chicken tamale. The first dish was larger than I thought, but it was delicious. I haven’t eaten the tamale yet, since I was full from the first dish. But I look forward to doing so later. I got to meet and talk with the father of the business, and it was very pleasant, as he gave me samples of certain foods and informed about why his tortitas are different than others. It was very informative. One of his sons was a chef at Emeril’s, and a New York magazine rated Mawi as a top ten best restaurants in New Orleans. Im looking forward to another visit

Never again will I go there. I walked in they dont say anything to me they just looked at me. Then I ask them for tortillas this one girl gave them to me and then she charged me, so I was paying and she had pressed a button to where the screen said keep payment or cancel payment so I pressed keep payment and some other lady just comes and turns the monitor away from me while I was pressing keep payment and did the transaction again. She was so rude. So I asked her what she was doing ans she said oh it's cuz it said cancel payment. If they knew how to read they would know that they can press where it says keep payment nd not cancel the transaction when that happens. She really made me mad cuz she just so rudely turned the monitor away from me..... no stars for this business!

I’ve been wanting to try the birria tacos and I always feel I need to try more than one thing when going somewhere new...so I greedily ordered the birria tacos and birria nachos. I called ahead of time and was told my order would be ready in 10 minutes. I arrived 8 minutes later and they were wrapping up my order...perfect timing! I had an 18 minute drive home and didn’t want to risk the food getting cold and soggy, so I ate in the parking lot lol! The birria nachos were definitely the star of the show. The flavors were great and the cheese had a distinct taste that I loved. There is nothing stingy about Mawi. The birria tacos were full of meat but I would have liked more cheese inside. The accompanying pico de gallo was the best I’ve ever had. The restaurant is small and there is some seating. It looked very clean inside and the guy that did my order was really nice. I was won on the customer service alone. Overall, my entire experience was good! I’d definitely like to return to try the pupusas and some of the other items.

Got a lot of food: shrimp quesadillas, pupusas, Honduran birra tacos, and plantains. The service was fast and efficient. If I remember correctly the dining area used to be a tanning salon. As I've seen businesses here (since daiquiri bay used to be Short stop po-boys, and a head shop before that). If you know where you're going it pretty fly, but these rounded brick arches almost hide the businesses at this particular. One good thing is that Ramsey's jewelers used to be in a 400 sf shop and now has relocated to where the money is-70005&70006. Or 1/2 way in between. This place is promising for the pupusas, and the plantains. The "gulf shrimp" were not very, and the birra tacos were more like flautas. They were definitely alright in the midnight of the next day. Real Mexican Coke and the berry tea were awesome...

As always the food is delicious! Todays special drink is a strawberry-pineapple aqua fresca and it was so good! Very refreshing! We came for breakfast so tacos were a must! The salsa accompanying my tacos was very good. They had a special dish called plantain pirouqe, it was very delicious! Perfectly cooked, not too mushy as some places have it. Over all everything was amazing. The service is always top tier as well. Very friendly and welcoming.

This place was absolutely amazing! It was out first time there but we'd heard about it in social media. We didn't set out to eat there that particular day, but instead we were planing to dine at a nearby restaurant. When we pulled in the parking lot, we remembered it was there so I said let's give it a shot. Upon entering, the cashier greeted us, explained the menu and that we could place our order with her, have a seat and it would be brought to our table. Atmosphere was inviting, clean, and great for dining in or take out. They also have a small store like case where they sell drinks and some of their other popular items such as the infamous homemade tortillas they're known for. It took us a while to order since we were indecisive and wasn't quite sure what we wanted. We were torn between breakfast and lunch. I decided to order the shrimp ceviche and the 4 fried tacos topped with cabbage, salsa, and grated cheese, which was the perfect mix of hot, crispy, and fresh. I had 2 chicken and 2 beef. My companion had two shredded beef tacos, which were also amazing. The food, service, and atmosphere were amazing. We love Mexican cuisine and will definitely be back!

I just like everything from Mawi, But the best are the crusty Birria tacos! They also sell flour tortillas, different types of cheese and very fresh chicharrones!!!

This is a quaint, clean and well run establishment. Gloria is the kind lady at the cash register taking orders, making sure everything is to your liking and delivering to the dining room. The other ladies are working their equally as important magic in the kitchen. Our food was really delicious. Doña Gloria helped us with our Spanish too. Really nice sized portions, at a fair price. It's the kind of place where you tip big, because hugging the staff for such good vibes may seem just a little weird. At any rate, everything was cooked while you wait briefly, with all fresh ingredients and homemade sauces. Their yuca fries are way better than mine lol. Plenty of free parking in the front facing lot. Definite new neighborhood go to for fresh and delicious.

Small latin restaurant with lots of flavor! Went to Mawi for the second time and shared a couple of plates with my friend. The owner gave us a couple of recommendations. We got: - Pork Tamale: yummy! - Birria Tacos: very flavorful and delicious to dip in the broth - Chicharron and Queso Pupusa, Spinach and Cheese Pupusa: these were both good but I preferred the chicharron ones! Both good with the slaw and red sauce it comes with - Horchata: so good I finished it quickly They have a fridge full of stuff to go. I got the shrimp ceviche and tres leches. I've had better but they were both fresh and good quality. Need to go back asap!

After hearing Ian McNulty talk about the story behind this family father & sons' business, I knew I had to experience it for myself. It's in a part of town I don't frequent, but not difficult to find, and plenty of free parking. We were warmly greeted and offered an explanation of the menu offerings. Unfortunately, we found them out of chicken the afternoon we visited, but the barbacoa quesadilla was excellent, as were the Honduran tacos. Perfect chips and salsa, too. We dined in the new dining room, which was spotlessly clean. Our server checked on us a couple times to ensure we were enjoying our lunch. Ideally, I'd like a cold beer with my meal, but this is more of a family/working person's lunch establishment, so I get the lack of beer availability. If I lived closer, I'd be ordering for pickup on a regular basis.

This morning I enjoyed breakfast at Mawi Tortillerias. The impetus behind my visit was a NY Times article naming Mawi Tortillerias one of 25 best restaurants in NOLA (link at bottom). The article is highly accurate. I asked the young lady taking my order for a recommendation and ordered the El Salvadoreno. It was awesome! This is now my favorite breakfast spot in the GNO area. I will definitely return for another El Salvadoreno and to order other things from the menu. The portions are big, almost throwbacks to what most restaurants served until recently. The parking lot is narrow and crowded but easy enough to navigate if you go slow. The entry is the painted blue door, not the glass doors, for those of you concerned about looking cool (I found this out for you). Order at the front counter and then choose a table. Please note that the staff either speaks ESL or very little, so show some consideration when ordering (unlike the angry lady who informed them they were in Metairie and should speak English). The guacamole, baleadas with eggs, breakfast tacos, nachos at any speed, birria & consommé burrito, Honduran chicken tacos, Gulf shrimp quesadillas...will all delight you. Take a trip to Metairieland and you will be rewarded!

My family came in for lunch on a Saturday. With three little kids, it can be very hard to get in a nice lunch without feeling like a noise nuisance wherever you go. From the moment, we walked into Mawi the staff were excellent and accommodating. The owner came over to make sure we were comfortable and explained pretty much everything on the menu as this was our first visit. We usually take pictures of the food but #1 we had a wild bunch of kids #2 it was just that good. We ordered the nacho fries to start and the kids devoured them. Soooooo good. It comes with birria but we only got the queso and bacon for the kids. And it was still amazing. We also had the corn special (can't remember the name) but it was described as similar street style corn. It was off of the cob and flavors were phenomenal. I will be back for the Yuca con Chicharrón. It was amazing! The pork with the yuca and the slaw. Wow!!! And although we were quite stuffed we also took a few bites of the papusas trio. Our favorites were the bean and cheese and the crawfish. The best papusas we've ever had. I have to get back to get the crawfish before the season is over!!!! Oh and I almost forgot, the aqua fresca! Get the hibiscus and pineapple/ mango mix. BEST SIP!!!!

Delicious food and friendly service! Counter service. The food was absolutely amazing and so flavorful! Everything is freshly made in-house!

The food here is simple just like home cooking. The nachos are worth the trip by itself. They use the shredded beef instead of ground beef. It's things like that that makes this place stand out. They have opened a good size dining room which adds a nice touch to the experience

Food is excellent, I ordered a tray of Birria Tacos for a party, everyone enjoyed them. They were made fresh just before pickup time. Will definitely be back.

Everything we got was delicious! The birria tacos and quesadillas were on point and the pupusas were great too! My husband got the pork tacos and said they were great also. We will definitely be back soon!

Oh my birria!! My partner and I love birria and the birria at Mawi is next level. The meat was tender and juicy as ever. The consumme was *chefs kiss*. The cheese was gooey and rich and the little salsa on the side brought a pop of freshness and acidity to cut through the richness of the birria. But the best part honestly was the tortilla. Yes, you heard that right. I've had some really delicious birria tacos before, but these are 110% the best tortillas I've ever had. So crunchy and the flavor was somehow both light and packed a punch at the same time. Really words don't do this justice - you just need to go and try it yourself. I was also really in the mood for some tres leche, so we were so sad when they told us they ran out. But the world was on our side that day because the new delivery came in just as we were wrapping up dinner. The owner came out immediately and gave us a slice! And told us he was glad we hadn't left yet. If it's not already obvious, we are huge fans of this place. Top notch food and friendly service! We will be coming back here ASAP. I love Mawi! I have had their tortillas around town (they sell to a variety of restaurants so you may have had them too and not known it) and they are great, but I always wanted to try their prepared foods too which they only sell at their shop in Metairie. So I headed out there one day to try the birria tacos and some of the pupusas. Y'all, the birria tacos are VERY popular. Out of all the people there when I was there, literally everyone got an order of these. And I get it, they are delicious!! They also sell pupusas, 3 for $9, and you can mix and match flavors. I got the crawfish, spinach and artichoke, and beans and cheese. It's hard to pick a favorite out of those, but I think I liked the crawfish one best. It is a small menu but you really can't go wrong! There are a few small tables inside and a few outside but not much space so you might want to plan ahead to bring it home if you have a bunch of people. It's also not a bad idea to call ahead and place your order because it's a small staff here so you might wait if you wait until you get there to place your order. Go, you'll love it!

I finally got to visit Mawi! I have heard such great things. My husband and I ordered the Mexican corn, bean and cheese pupusas, yuca fries, and Birria tacos. The good: the Birria was so so good. Flavorful and perfect texture. The yuca fries were good as well. The not so good: the pupusas were fry and lacking filling. They seemed as if they had not been cooked on a hot surface- no cheese crust and very few crispy spots. And there was barely any filling. The corn was not for me. The cheese they coated it with had such an incredibly strong and sour taste, it was too overpowering. I will definitely come back, to try some other things and definitely the Birria tacos again!

The food is incredible!! Definitely my favorite place to get pupusas. Not a super long wait time and the service is great! It's got a cozy atmosphere and chill vibes. I definitely recommend Mawi to everyone I know and have gotten every person I recommend it to on the same page that this place is amazing!!!

My family LOVES Mawi Tortillas. Delicious authentic dishes made fresh and daily. One of the best tasting ceviche I've ever tasted. The last time we were there , the owner was in. He was so kind and helpful. Looking forward to going back soon. Baleada,Shrimp Ceviche,Yuca- just a few items we have tried.

I was excited to try this restaurant but I was very disappointed, first of all is a very limited menu, I think a food truck has more options Tasteless food, got a baleada and I got store bought tortilla.... pupusas have no taste will Not be returning anytime soon I don't recommend How do you called yourself tortilla and your baleada flour tortila is not made from scratch.

Mawi for the win!!! This place is like a little slice of heaven for me and reminds me so much of my hometown, El Paso. Like a specialty little shop, they knock it out of the park for tortillas, tostadas, tostada chips, salsas, and a few other items. Will and his family are the absolute sweetest. Y'all, I have no problem driving from Uptown to Metairie for their food products. Every time my friends have a cookout (pre-COVID) or were doing a taco night, I told them I was in charge of chips/salsas/tortillas because I will not have store bought. Everything is made fresh in-house, and let's be honest... home made just takes way better. You can snag a dozen tortillas for like $2 and change and order as many as you want. IT'S THE BEST. If you haven't been here and you're a self proclaimed foodie, well.. I'm judging you. They now serve birria tacos, pupusas, and a few other items to hold you down btw!

Located in Metairie they are in a strip mall, so parking is easy to find! About this place, it's just everything! You walk into see the open kitchen and staff cooking everything made fresh my gosh it tingled all my senses. My order consisted of birria tacos, pupusas, tacos hondurenos, and tamales! You won't be disappointed, your taste buds thanking you, your stomach hugging you, and your appetite ready for more. I just can't say enough of how much I enjoyed their food!! Pupusas yummy, cheeses bean bread pockets so good that it makes Me want to cry. Those dang Birria A1 QUALITY with all the fixing sheesh. My fave it Ms though were these hondureno tacos from the shell to the filling and the cheese like I was transported inside of someone kitchen and just smothering my soul with this goodness made me so happy. 10/10 someone bring me 2 plates please.

I really love how they made the best out of this cute space. You walk in and there are maybe 3 small tables with 2 or 3 chairs at each table. It is not a dine in restaurant but it is so quaint. The decorations inside are so welcoming and warm, I enjoyed waiting there for my food soaking in all the fun details. The inside of the door is painted tealish blue and each pane in the window is utilized with signages. It reminded me a small town restaurant in a Hallmark movie, which I loved, and I know it is the Fall and its decorated as such, but it just made me smile. So, I have been dying to try their birria tacos, but they were not available the day I went. I went with the pupusa which I heard was also terribly good. There are about six different types and you can pick and choose 3 for $9. A very good deal! I ordered the spinach and artichoke, the mixta (chicharron and cheese), and the beans and cheese. I absolutely LOVED the spinach and artichoke, the other two were good but that spinach one was a stand out for sure. I also ordered a sencilla belleada and it was just ok. I did not love it but man those pupusas are where it is at! Also, the man behind the counter were so friendly he was as warm as the atmosphere inside the restaurant. It is such a cute place and I follow them on facebook for their specials. I need to try those tacos next time!

WOWZA hidden gem in Metairie serving a limited menu every day. Check out their IG for the daily menu. We finished our errands for the day except one: groceries. And everyone knows not to go into a store hungry. So we decided on Mawi. It's been on my list but it wasn't hard to convince the group. So we pull up and it's a small shop with a few tables outside and inside. You had to order to-go but the owner let us eat there. On the menu on Tuesday, they had birria tacos, pupusas in many different ways (beans, cheese, spinach). We order two orders of birria tacos - comes 3 to an order - and one order each of mixta and revuelta. There was definitely a pronunciation test with the owner, Will, who is the sweet soul. He brought us some cuajada which was everything and more. And topped it off with brownies! It was probably the best meal and service ever.

Great food. Reminds me of my trip to Honduras! The birria tacos are worth the trip on its own. Their carry out chips and dips shame about any restaurant in the area.

Swordfish tacos with pineapple salsa - beyond delicious. Boudin pupusa . Creative & delicious also . Tamales , one could be a meal- we liked the chicken better than the pork just because of the meat to masa ratio. Both tasty . Plaintains- cooked to perfection, served with cream & a small portion of refried beans.

I love this hole in the wall spot! Literally walked in and left within 5 minutes!!!! I had been dying to try the pupusas and we walked in at the right time, I got the one with chorizo, beans and cheese (revuelta) if i'm not mistaken AND a king cake tres leche! Unfortunately at the time they didn't have any big ones left which I think is a good thing because I probably would've eaten it all. I Also ended up getting a tamale but I didn't really care for it. To me there could've been a little bit more meat, but hey that's just my opinion! Overall service was great, food was delicious, and the prices were very reasonable! I cannot wait to come back here!!!

The food was fantastic. This was our first visit and definitely won't be the last. Everyone had the Barria tacos and we shared some guacamole and cheese dip as an appetizer. The atmosphere was very casual. Our only complaint was it was a little warm in the dining area. The staff was very attentive and explained the menu to us.

This was really good. We got the Birria and quesadilla and it was delicious. It looked super greasy but surprising very light on the stomach. We weren't bloated and ready to eat more. Drop some of the pico into the leftover consume and it was perfect.

First time visit today, and definitely will not be the last! We were warmly greeted, and offered the amazing holiday menu, which all sounded great. We ordered the breakfast tacos and birria quesadilla, we enjoyed it so much, we have gathered all of the makings from the chef to make more of their wonderful food at home. They have to-go freshly made salsa, queso, beans, and chips etc. Do no miss their agua frescas, we had hibiscus and pineapple- seasonal/special of the day. Love it so much, would totally recommend, and can't wait to go again!!!:)

I LOVE this restaurant. Everyone is so friendly and inviting. The authenticity of this spot really takes the cake. The food is always fresh, tasty, and simply AMAZING. I literally can't get enough of the birria quesadilla and pork nachos. The service is quick and the prices are GREAT! I love that you can call in to place an order or walk in and the wait time is still less than 10 minutes. I can go on and on about this great establishment. I'm so happy we have this spot in the city because there is none like it.

I'm so glad I dragged my friend to Metairie to try this place with me! I had heard good things but it surpassed expectations. You walk in to this small tortilla bakery and they're cooking all the food right there next to the cash register so you immediately smell all the amazingness you will soon be eating. The staff was super nice and patient as we tried to pronounce the papusas and tacos we were ordering Seating is very limited - just two small tables right outside the door looking out on the parking lot but we were lucky enough to snag one. I think most people get their food from here to-go. Everything was so fresh and made to order. The flavors were fantastic and the stringy cheese with every bite made for some hilarious pictures. The homemade fresco was super sweet, which I loved! All in all we got 2 tacos, 3 papusas, and 2 frescos for like $20. So it's delightful, authentic food at a great price! Don't sleep on this place!

World class Chefs don't leave the limelight of some of the greatest restaurants New Orleans has to offer, but Chef Will did and boy is it paying dividends! His Complex flavors within his home style dishes proves that talent does control taste . You walk in and see a truly small place that is turning and burning ... it's almost like watching an orchestra play because Chef and his staff aren't messing around but they are putting out some of the best Latin food around! To all the folks that follow and comment on my culinary quests please make this a must stop!! WITHOUT A DOUBT HE WILL OUT GROW THIS PLACE SOON!!!!!

I love this place like it's one of my favorite places in the area. The service is great. I do recommend takeout if you're eating with more than two people and also if you need cold air conditioning. It's warm inside but I personally don't mind. The food, yum! I just love this place so much. The nachos are absolutely delicious. The bean and Cheese Papusas as well. I also love queso. The food is also "light" to me. I also love getting the fruit drinks here. Every drink is bottled or canned as they don't have fountain drinks. You can also buy cheeses there and other things such a pico in the coolers. I definitely recommend going because it's just so good.

The meat was super tender and the beef broth was just SAVORY. The empanadas were made with the same meat and it was delicious. Oh my gawd! Why have I never been here before? Now I'm addicted. I think about it all day and when I'm laying in bed just thinking about what I should eat tomorrow. No lie. I did that last night. It's like a little market that sells food and usually has a limited menu but the stuff on the menu is to die for! We got their homemade chips which I now need in my life everyday. All other tortilla chips are garbage! We got the ceviche!!!! WHAT is this! It's WONDERFUL! Their salsa which is so fresh and lovely. And not to mention like 5 different pupusas! Including crawfish. I LOVED it along with my Latin husband! He thought everything was amazing. It's so close to our house. This will now have to be a regular place to get takeout from! Put it on your list.

I've come here a couple of times for Birria tacos and quesadillas and they are delicious! I really need to branch out and try other items but they are just too good! Even though this place is close to me in my neighborhood I never knew about it until 2020 when they became more of a restaurant and less of a supplier. Very limited seating, so grab some food and eat outside or dine at home

Mawi Wawi! hehe. This spot was delicious! After seeing them pop up multiple times from friend's social media (specifically @eatenpathnola) and in Where NOLA Eats, I had to try Mawi Tortillerias. This spot is in a little shopping mall in Metairie, but don't judge a book by its cover. Inside, the "restaurant" itself is small, with a couple tables for you to wait at if you're dining there, some grocery items you can buy like bagged beans, fresh cheeses. You can see them cook your food all right there. There are some tables outside too. I specifically came for the Birria Tacos that everyone has raved about, which they only serve on Tuesday/Thursday. The tacos were stuffed with cheese and pork, and the tortillas were crispy and delicious. Definitely one of the best tacos I have ever had. The pico that came with it balanced the hot flavors, and was super fresh. The Papusas, which came in a variety of flavors including some rotating ones they have been introducing weekly - like spinach and artichoke!!!, were also tasty and savory goodness. Def recommend adding this spot in the rotation when craving a taco. Give them a call to place your order!

My father in law has picked up fresh, hot tortillas here for years. He brings them straight to my son to eat while still warm. I saw on fb that they have food, so I went to try. You've got to go get these birria tacos! Warm and full of meat and cheese, crispy on the outside and the dip is great. The best Ive had yet. I also tried the tacos Honuranian. These were my husband's favorite! The only thing that could have made this experience better is a chicken baleada lol But that's not on the menu yet. Authentic food at a great price. We LOVE it!

I was so excited as I pressed Write Review that my internal monologue shifted into over-excited Valley girl. And that's for a reason. I started following them on Facebook after a friend reposted one of their posts of their birria tacos. If you have not seen that, go bless your eyes, please. This led me down a little rabbit hole, where I discovered that Mawi also makes the tortillas found in many restaurants across town. I was already super excited. I called in to place an order of those iconic birria tacos, but was informed they only sell them on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Boo! I instead ordered two pupusas revueltas, the shrimp ceviche, and a pork tamale. Those pupusas were the best I've ever had before. The ceviche was good, though far from a favorite. The pork tamale was good as well. The next day, I decided to call in an order of the birria tacos. You guys. Holy crap. Those things are AMAZING. I mean....just pure deliciousness. I also thoroughly appreciated how helpful and nice the staff are. Both days, I saw a different young man at the register, and both days they were awesome. I feel like they genuinely exude happiness - and if they're happy to work there and can help me get some fantaaaaaaastic food, then I'm a sucker. Cannot wait to go back.

Yelp seems to think this place is closed for some reason, but that would be news to the guy I bought my tortillas from there. Fear not, corn connoisseurs, this place does indeed exist. Their business is quite literally corn tortillas, either fresh or in chip form, nothing else. I was simply asked how much I wanted by weight, which was priced at a nice round number making it easy to pay in cash. The freshness and texture are much better than what you'd get at a grocery store, and the tortilla chips I was allowed to sample were pretty delicious too. I'd find it easier to justify a trip if they had more on offer besides just tortillas, but if tortillas is what you want, this seems like a good place to get them.

This is a hidden gem in Metairie. All their food is delicious and made to order. You can even purchase fresh tortillas by the pound and they still warm. They make the chips and salsa. Be sure to ask for the chips not sure if the multi colored ones in case are made there. Over all great place. A lot of food for a great price.

OH-MY-GOODNESS. We got a variety of food from here - the birria tacos, chicken quesadilla, revuelta pupusas, and the watermelon agua fresca. Okay - so the pupusas on their own were good - but were kind of plain - until you add the sauce on the side - delish! The quesadilla was perfectly crispy, cheesy and filled with a ton of chicken. I don't know which we loved the most - the birria tacos, or the watermelon agua fresca. Okay so the tacos, crispy, cheesy, meaty, and the consomme on the side - perfection. The watermelon agua fresca - you can taste the love and freshness in it. We came home, and added some chamoy and tajin to the rim - made it even better if you could imagine. Cannot recommend enough - and already excited to go back!
