I actually got pictures of our food this time before we all dug in, which was tough because it all looked so delicious, that I had to tell everyone to WAIT before eating :-D
The Patty Melt sandwich was very good and savory with the side of Thousand Island dressing. Enough to take half of it home, which we did.
Chopped Chicken Liver here is very good. I think it is my favorite. It has a very distinct flavor from others I have had, and I found out it is good to freeze so I took some home.
The GF pizza was very tasty, but... the dough was under cooked :-( and mushy in the middle. We asked to have some of it baked again, but it was still not done. For next time, we will make sure to mention it, but we also don't want it burnt, so update to come on that when we try it again.
I love a good Matzo Ball soup, and this one was good, but I found the broth to be very salty for my taste. I shared half of it with my Mama, and she said it was ok for her. I don't use much salt when I cook, so I may just be sensitive to it.
There are two large screen TVs playing two different channels, both had cooking shows on. They were entertaining, but it would help to have the captions on, so I will ask next time.
We had a problem with one of the recurring commercials for a bug repellent that kept coming on because it was SO visual...made it awkward to eat at times but I wasn't sure if I could ask for the channel to be changed, so that's another question for next time.
We had a great meal, and Lily was kind and attentive to all our questions and requests. Very patient...Thanks .
