This past weekend was such an amazing experience. I was in Tulum at this resort for a company retreat and entire weekend was beyond amazing. Not only was the staff highly professional, the rooms were beautiful and very clean, but the food and drinks were also amazing. Fabiola kept everything running smoothly and very organized, and David went above and beyond to make sure our whole team was happy, comfortable, and taken care of with any request we had! I will definitely be back with my friends!

We didn’t stay here but came up from the beach for beer, food and a sun bed. We were treated to a good welcome and had a few cold beers. The beach is lovely with fine yellow sand but the sea was unusually, a bit rough today. Still, there’s a pool for visitors. The star of our visit was the lunch a cracking burger for me and veggie risotto for the Squeeze. Both good and we happily shared a quinoa salad which was tasty and fresh. We were glad we came. Thank you.

Atmosphere was spectacular. Restaurant Staff is very friendly. Very clean. I had forgotten my shoes at the beach day beds and the staff kept the shoes safe for me and returned them. |The rooms however need more lighting as it is a bit darker than usual in the room. However lovely hotel absolutely beautiful ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They deserve the review, but I secretly want to keep this place on the lowdown ;) This is our second time staying here. It is such a beautiful place, with every detail accounted for. The staff, the food, the presentation, the aesthetic, the cleanliness, the beach, the outside restaurant recs - it’s all a delight. We feel at home here with how comfortable they make you feel and how personable the staff are. We also want to acknowledged those staff that we connected with and were amazing humans who made this experience that much more enjoyable. Jose, Milo, and Fabiola - thank you for everything! In a city full of ripoffs and visitor extortion, this place is a breath of fresh air. We spent two days at the beach club and were treated very well by Leo and the team— with a great beach bed, very kind service, peace and quiet, and delicious food and drinks. It’s pricey— but reasonable compared to the other places in Tulum. If you’re not staying at the hotel, the beach club here is outstanding. Reserve beach club access on their website via WhatsApp. Minimum spend 600 pesos. 👌🏻

My husband and I had the BEST stay at Ma'xanab Hotel. We can't wait to return. The staff, including all the restaurant/beach club staff (Mario, Milo, Jose, Leo...) were incredibly helpful and friendly. What a beautiful place with a terrific restaurant and impeccable hospitality!

Me and my fiancé are in love with this hotel. We were treated excellently from|start to finish by Fabiola, David and their awesome team of hotel staff. The room, food and peaceful ambiance around the resort were excellent — and the location and view of the beach is unmatched. The front desk also helped us plan some touristy activities even prior to our arrival, allowing us to fully enjoy our experience in Tulum.||I really recommend Ma’xanab, and I am looking forward to coming back to this special place in the future.||It is really a gem in the heart of Tulum!
