The absolute rudest manager ever working there!! What the actual hell. I walked in because I live in Beverly Hills and always go to the WeHo location and saw this location which I thought would be cool to check out. DON’T GO IN EVER!! The manager, Brandy she said her name was, but I don’t believe it, goes. “How’s it going?! I go “good thank you” and continue to just look at a few shirts and then she goes “can I help you with anything specific?” I said “no thank you” she then goes immediately “SO YOU ARE JUST LOOKING!?!” In the loudest rudest way possible. I go “oook I can leave” and she goes “YOU DON’T WANT TO BE NICE AND HAVE A REAL CONVERSATION?!” Barking at me nonstop until I got out the door. Why would a brand like this put someone like that in charge of their brands store? They need to send undercover shoppers there immediately or start watching surveillance footage of what’s going on there. Fire this lady asap.

I love Maxfield! Always the best collections, always the best service, always the best news. The boutique has a very positive vibe, it is very good to shop and feel good. Congratulations, everyone! Blessings!

Won’t shop there anymore . . . Multiple incidents they allow multiple people to just come in and steal stuff. If they don’t pay why should we? On top of increasing their prices because of that type of loss.

Get woke go broke. Dont feel bad one bit bout your store getting flash mobbed. You allowed this behavior and now it seriously hurt tour bottom line. Bwahah. Suckas! Blm tho right?!

Love Maxfield Malibu, sales associates are great. Extremely nice and helpful. Deff recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.

Clothing store at the Lumberyard mall. Just walked by didn't go in, don't know why Google thinks I did. Went into the gallery but it didn't ask me about that.

Maxfield Malibu is my favorite store for high end fashion. I've been a loyal customer for a few years and I've always had a great experience with the store. Sarah has gone above and beyond for me many times and she has always supported me when I needed help. Whether it's helping me pick out the right gift for my wife or letting me know the new products available when I pop into the store. I've never had a better customer service experience than the one I get consistently at Maxfield with Sarah.

Great place, such cool stuff! Really nice people too. If you're in Malibu definitely stop by.

This shop must be doing amazingly well. Kudos, those are some great products. I think the staff needs a really comfortable couch so they can lounge on while doing nothing. Perhaps a built-in coffee instillation so they can have lattes while doing absolutely nothing. It would also make sense to just let them all take naps on hammocks outside.

Grossly overpriced clothing of average quality sold by profoundly pretentious salespeople.
