Was a bit disappointed they didn't have the tongue or chopped liver on the day we visited. Was greatly impressed with the Romanian Pastrami sandwich, the simplicity of it, and the meat was perfectly sliced, a little warmed, and simply melted in your mouth. The half sour and potato salad that came with it were great too. The stuffed cabbage was tasty, the bottom part that is browned is nice and caramelized and a nice flavor addition to the dish.

Overall not the best experience. The service was extremely slow, about 45 minutes from when we ordered to food service. The restaurant was only about 25% filled so not sure what was going on with staff. Seating is pretty open, minimal issues moving around and the atmosphere is comfortable... very much a local place. We had to send a search party for water and coffee refills. The server was slamming doors when moving around and short with our party. She tried being friendly occasionally but it was short lived when it happened. The food was pretty good. The eggs Benedict were actually done very nicely, potatoes cooked to near perfection. The food is consistently good here, just don't come looking for a warm welcome.

I have been going to Maxie’s for years and I think the quality of the food and staff is the lowest it’s ever been. I went in on Sunday for Father’s Day where it seemed like there was a single waitress who was nice enough, but clearly over-worked. My table put in our order and it took about 45 minutes to receive the food. The conversation at surrounding tables was how long they have been waiting for food and service as well. I don’t mind a wait, but the food I got was burnt. I ordered a corned beef benedict and the top portion was burned black and inedible so was the bottom of the english muffin. A 45 minute wait for burnt food is unacceptable. I don’t know what happened to my old “go to” breakfast spot, but I don’t think I will be going back.

2/17/2024 Maxine's Deli is a great place to stop and enjoy breakfast or lunch all day. The atmosphere is well seasoned, but that could be why their prices and their food plated quantities are still at pre-covid prices. This delicatessen had volumes of choices for breakfast, food like omelets, pancakes, and several breakfast specials. The lunch menu also has quite a selection of sandwiches and wraps with a few choices for soup. We enjoyed the mazzaball soup, a meat knish, and a  two meat deli sandwich on marbled rye. Today's find was such a nice surprise. We really enjoyed our food.

Google
Stopped by this past weekend for some take out deli....bought what little they had of tongue and some corned beef. Neither was particularly fresh and the corned beef was awful....very chewy and not very "corned". The tongue was OK, but not great. Overall, very disappointing experience.

Google
Went in Saturday at noon And no one said a word to me and I ordered at counter and was asked if it was to go and said no I'll eat it here and got a snarl because I wanted a pastrami on a plain toasted bagel. Staff is not friendly and this place was suggestion of a friend. Never Again and agree with other customer about race sorry I wasn't Jewish and I'm white also.

Google
Decent Jewish deli. Customer service isn't so great however but the food is pretty tasty. Their deli counter isn't exactly overflowing with mouth-watering items and the decor feels very dated but the menu is pretty extensive and they execute well. Can't go wrong with a classic Reuben.

Yelp
A great townie diner, homey and pleasant with odds and ends for decor. I loved the suit of arms and cat statue in the entrance. The server was pleasant and we were told what area we could sit in and we got our beverages right away. Something was going on with the kitchen. We waited quite some time for our food. They are hiring though - so hopefully it will improve. I got "Steve's special Benedict" which has Romanian pastrami. That was delicious! I have no idea what differentiates this pastrami from others but it was good. My husband got a standard egg and toast breakfast and we split a Belgium waffle with blueberries. He was super pleased with the waffle. They had the deli standards too. Latkes, blintzes, matzoh - we just didn't try them today. They also had pancake wraps (literally food wrapped into a pancake) which I'm pretty intrigued by. All in all, given the other reviews don't go here if you are in a hurry, starving or alone. Go expecting to wait and have a nice chat with your companions over coffee.

Yelp
I am in town here visiting friends. Have eaten here a few times in the last 5 years. Breakfast was terrific today. Not super busy probably because it's the day after St. Paddy's. I got a ham and cheese omelette with marble rye and home fries. Lots of food for the price. Someone at our table had the Benedict, which looked amazing. I enjoy eating at smaller family owned businesses. Understanding that it can get busy on high traffic times is important. I am not there for high end food or service, it's great home cooking and I'll be happy to come back. Support small businesses!

Yelp
First time here. We ordered take out: Nova Benedict, Joyce's Hash Benedict, and Crispy Bacon Benedict. Each Benny came with home fries. The Nova was good, but they left out the capers (even a few would have been fine). The Hash was delicious and the portion of this Benny was larger than the other two. The Crispy Bacon...need I say more? The home fries and English muffins were good but probably better as they got soggy in the take out container. I didn't realize this until I got home, but I was charged an additional Benny. I called Joyce and I thought I would be SOL but she said I could go back and she'd take care of me!

Yelp
Good food, that's about it. Wouldn't go back . The service was very slow. We are still looking for a good deli in the area. I wish them well

Dan S.

Yelp
Last went to Maxie's 10 years ago and recently a good friend said ... go back. I did and for the exact same reason I stopped going happened again. If you are not a regular you might as well wait on yourself. The wait staff is slow and clearly caters to regulars. The food once again was ok. Not bad. Not great. It's a warm Sunday and it would have been nice to have some air conditioning on! I tried it and I will not return
google avatar

Barbara S.

Yelp
The three of us had a marvelous lunch. Kelly, our server was fantastic! She took our order and brought our food promptly. Continually she checked to see if we needed anything. Our lunch was delicious. One of us had the Nova lux platter which was so plentiful that he has another meal. Two of us had the senior luncheon specials which were absolutely delicious. How they keep their prices so low is amazing.

Yelp
First time visiting the town and I must say that I was quite impressed. The place is very homely with a smell that brings me back to the taverns in my home of Brescia, Italy. Following Steve's recommendation, I ordered a delicious Maxie's Reuben: an absolutely brilliant combination of cheese, meat and egg-washed knish (I wouldn't recommend using the side-sauce though). I truly wish we had places like Maxie's in the gastronomical abyss that is Wellesley...

Yelp
Didn't like the waitress who served me today (she had brown hair and was wearing Christmas deer antlers). She was generous and talkative to the other customers but towards me she had that look she wanted me out of there and never gave a smile. She never approached me asking if the food was good or how I'm doing. Heck its Christmas Eve and she didn't even wish me a Merry Christmas or a Thank you. The biggest regret was that I tipped her.

Meg G.

Yelp
Maxie's deli is the perfect place to go to if your missing a nice home cooked meal surrounded by people who will treat you like family. This deli in Stoughton is so rare, offering traditional Jewish dishes made from scratch with decades old recipes. The food and the atmosphere are so authentic and real, with a super kind staff. Would definitely recommend them!

Aedan F.

Yelp
Food was amazing and perfect for lunch! Love this local restaurant and will definitely be coming back!! :)

Pratham G.

Yelp
The food and service is SOOO good here. I will definitely be coming back. The Atmosphere is also great.

Yelp
Had a breakfast wrap. It was very yummy! Staff was really nice and inviting. Overall great!!

Yelp
30 minutes. That's how long I've been sitting here waiting for my breakfast. Waited 15 minutes before I got a proper table setting, 20 minutes for coffee. When I finally get my meal, ( 40 minutes later people!!) I requested butter and got butter loaded with crumbs. (At least I hope they were crumbs.) I've been here twice before and the food is good, but while I was waiting I'm trying to decide if the wait is worth it.

Yelp
Maxie's Deli was the perfect place for a family lunch. From the outside the place looks tiny. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the restraunt once inside. There were an abundance of tables and even though they were busy, we were seated right away. I ordered a tomato and avocado sandwich that came with chips and a pickle spear. The sandwich was quite good. The pickles were delicious and a later regretted not ordering a plate of pickles. My boyfriend coaxed me into trying latkes for the first time. I have to admit that I was not excited at the thought of using Apple sauce as a dipping sauce. However, I really enjoyed the latkes. Service was very friendly and prompt. Great food, atmosphere and price!

Yelp
A dank, smelly, musty, crusty, dirty basement is the PERFECT setting for this place. NOT impressed at all food was fair at best, prices are sky high and the service blows. Old bat behind the counter should NOT be in customer service, could definitely tell we were bothering her. Had a turkey on dark rye, really can't screw up deli turkey I guess, sandwich was ok but absolutely NOT worth the price. My wife had soup and 1/2 sandwich although they charged her for the whole roll, yup charged for the entire roll. Soup was lousy and seafood sandwich was flat out gross. Won't be back THATS for sure. Rather go to freaking subway
google avatar

Yelp
Great legit Kosher deli without the city prices...or the city hassles. I went for a corned beef sandwich and the portion was pretty generous. There was a lot of corned beef, the cissel bread held up nicely, and the mustard had some good kick. The beef was lean, flavorful, and fairly plentiful. For the price, compared to places like Brookline, it's a good value. The potato salad was a bit lacking in flavor and quantity, but the half-sour pickle spear was a nice accompaniment. Service was fine, as the guy doing my sandwich was polite and prompt. The location isn't the sexiest, but it's decent enough to eat in (I do take-out).

Yelp
Great Reuben. Gram loves the cabbage soup. I really like the lady up front when you make a to go area, gruff but soft and friendly if you take the time to talk to her. Dad loves to get breakfast here and I do too. Great establishment.

Sarah C.

Yelp
Waited over an hour for cold food and a raw pancake. We arrived at 12, way past the breakfast rush. Atmosphere was not great either. The only saving grace was that they served coffee immediately and the waitress took off half the bill. Will not be back.
google avatar

Marty S.

Yelp
Terrible atmosphere. Dirty dining room. Corned beef is terrible. Turkey is fake. Prices are ridiculous. Coffee is brutal. Portions are smaller than George's deli in Sharon. Go to Pressers in Randolph for a real deli.

Matt R.

Yelp
I don't understand why anyone would go here twice? It's dirty and disheveled and just looks like it hasn't had any TLC in decades. Yuck! Additionally a small sandwich was $12!! See pic Not to mention they got the order wrong. No cheese or lettuce as I asked for, just came with meat and mustard. Never going back
google avatar

Warren C.

Yelp
Wowwwwwwwwwwwwwwww- if for some reason you find yourself in this town -- this is a must- had the avocado Benedict - and it was the best breakfast item I've had in years. Delicious. Will make it a point to come back and try/share more photos

Yelp
Bad lunch at Maxie's. Came in with my son to get lunch. The waitress "Kerri" spilled hot water on me and the table. She took a teacup filled with hot water (for tea I'd ordered), reached over me and as she put it down, spilled it. It landed on my thigh and the table. She threw napkins down to soak it up, apologized but then never replaced the soaked place mat or the soggy napkins she'd thrown down. We ordered 2 tongue sandwiches on bulky rolls with lettuce and tomato. We ordered a chopped liver appetizer. We were told there was only enough tongue for one of our sandwich orders. We ordered a regular pastrami on bulky, lettuce tomato in lieu of a 2nd tongue. Sandwiches came--no lettuce tomato on the tongue. Pastrami was luke warm, not tasty and that was about ten bucks. The liver app was brought to us as a scoop of liver, good size but then no crackers to put it on. Saltines were provided--yukc. I've never seen that in my years of deli eating. I asked for Ritz or anything. She said they had oyster crackers. Bagel chips or something of that ilk is pretty common......saltines? So --burned with hot water, wet table, messed up orders......not good. Other patrons were grumbling about service. There was a teen male cleaning tables close by, spraying cleaning fluid very close to our and everyone else's meal. I did have this food in the fall at a catered gig and it tasted much much better. I'd not recommend sit-down here. Terri did apologize but we then waited a long time to pay bill, request more tea water. Usually when things start poor, the server and establishment works hard to correct things--this was just like dominoes falling badly one after the other. hit or miss it seems. We missed. I'm sad we were not even comped for the hot tea--w/ 100% honest it was spilled --about 1/4 of the hot water fresh from the dispenser right onto my thigh....

Yelp
Good selection of food. Fair to moderate pricing for breakfast/lunch. Restaurant needs some serious TLC. The hostess, Darlene, could use a personality transplant. After waiting at the door for several minutes she came over and led us to a table, practically throwing the menus down and leaving in a huff. No "your server is.." etc. The way our family saw her treat one of the servers was unacceptable and unprofessional. The shining gem of our visit was our waiter, Andrew. The great service and positive energy that he gave us was excellent. He was always smiling and willing to accommodate our requests. Overall 3 out of 5. Would've rated worse but the service helped.

Scott r.

Yelp
Went in for deli . Person cutting my corned beef raised her voice to me and slammed my corned beef down because I changed my mind and wanted regular corned beef and not extra lien . Spent $40.00 and shouldn't be treated like that . The owner heard her , looked over and did nothing . Bad experience . Won't be back ! Also stopped my order to fill a called in order and made me wait . Then tried to be nice because she new she was rude and unprofessional . Goodbye and good riddance after 26 years . 2 stars only because the food was not bad . Just the attitude and the unfriendly Deli worker .

Yelp
Service is good maybe a little gruff. Food came out quickly, and efficiently. I had a cheese omelette. Large portion good enough for two people. Coffee was decent. The place and the bathroom weren't as clean as I would have liked .... Good enough for a quick bite to eat, not a place for a date.
google avatar

Krystal B.

Yelp
Great neighborhood atmosphere, awesome food and terrific service! Last time I was in I watched our waitress stop and tie a little girl's shoe. Now that's the kind of customer service you don't see these days.

Yelp
We got here and told where to sit by the waitress flinging her arm in a general direction. She waited 10 minutes to take our order after we said we were ready. We then waited 45 minutes for our meals.... scrambled eggs and a club sandwich. The waitress was incredibly rude and had NO business dealing with customers. When my friend asked for more water (which took trying to get her attention 3x), she raised her voice as she walked by telling us to wait a minute after she ignored us the first couple times. Refilling a water glass is a normal thing and shouldn't even be asked... just fine. When she dropped the check, my friend and I each put a card out. Her response, "what do you want me to do with this?" She acted annoyed and incredibly inconvenienced that she had to split the check down the middle. She then proceeded to start clearing our water glasses and placemats because "I've been here since 6 and am ready to go home". I was still chewing my last bite of food... it wasn't like we had been sitting there talking for 2 hours after lunch. It was the WORST service I've ever experienced, and I worked in the industry for 12 years myself. The food was good, but the service was so bad that I will never come back. My friend comes here often and said that she's nice and must just be having a bad day... but I've honestly never seen anyone act so badly to customers and still have a job.
google avatar

Yelp
Got the hand carved turkey sandwich with stuffing and cranberry, basically what others call a Gobbler, and a corned beef sandwich with provolone on a bulkie roll with cottage cheese and pickles. Both were really good Potato latkes and cheesecake are also good here
google avatar

Yelp
We encountered a last minute emergency, and had to order a platter of food from Maxie's Deli to cater a Shiva. We cannot emphasize enough how helpful Steven was in putting some options together, not to mention, working with us to get the food delivered. The attendees really enjoyed the food, and we can't thank Steven and his team enough for accommodating us in such a short amount of time.
google avatar

Yelp
Recently picked up at platter from Maxie's deli in Stoughton. To say it looked like a mess was being kind comments from my 3 adult daughters were. "Thought you were having it made not letting dad do it. And why didn't they cut the pickles. "Though the deli was good it would have embarrassed me to bring it to someone's home. Never again.

Steven B.

Yelp
The server was lovely!! She loves her job. I was sad that this was not a real deli. I always wanted to try it. I live 20 miles away and thought I was going to a deli. I would have been better off going to stop and shop to get boar head sliced cold processed meat since the corned beef was COLD boars head on day old kimmel bread with a dirty mustard squeeze bottle and a fountain bad Diet Pepsi. The place hasn't been updated in 73 years. A Shocking $32 lunch for 2 boars head sandwiches and a horrible jarred picked quarter and 1/2 oz of sticky potato salad. Time to move on. Needed Vaseline when it ended.

Yelp
This place is such a gem, I am so shocked by the negative thoughts here, but it seems as though there has been some positive changes in the past year! Went here for a late breakfast/early lunch on Saturday and had a lovely experience. There is not a ton of room here, tables are a little tight but that doesn't change my experience. I had not been here but this place is a staple in my bf's family, so he brought me. He went with his "go to" with is the Maxie's Reuben, which is corn beef or pastrami on a potato knish w/ sauerkraut and swiss. I went with the Crispy Bacon Benedict (no hollandaise - I do not like it from anywhere). Our food was so good, had great service and enjoyed each other's company without the place being super loud (big plus!). I am happy this place was shared with me and will be back again!

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about this restaurant. We came on a Sunday, A few days after one of the most powerful storms since the blizzard of '78. We had been driving around for an hour an everywhere we went was packed. We came across this place and there was no wait (we showed up at the right time!). Now, service was slow but they were down one server and most people were hangry as hell and were pissed they haven't had heat or hot water in days. Everyone was so damn nice and I loved seeming the whole team pitch in and help each other. I was talking to my husband and mentioned I didn't want to bother anyone but I need to use the bathroom, a nice young waiter runs over and says 'didn't mean to butt in but I heard you need a bathroom, it's right over there!' How nice! As I was waiting in line an amazing busboy runs over and says 'you can use the men's room if you want, let me check it to make sure it's ok!' I am just so blown away at how this restaurant makes it work because they are a team. The food was great too, my French toast was a little cold as were the potato latkes but I didn't give a damn because the staff really stepped up. I wish all restaurants ran like this!! My hubby and I will definitely be back! I know next time I go they will be fully staffed and my food will be on point!

Yelp
Been coming here for a while now, usually for breakfast or lunch. Can't go wrong with the sandwiches. For breakfast I usually order one of the combinations, corned beef hash and eggs. I'm partial to lox as well, so their variety of lox preparation is good. Lox 'n eggs, or getting a platter with bagel. One gripe is that the orange juice is a single serving bottle. The coffee is good. Kind of a local joint, but good none-the-less. There's a reason I keep coming back. It can be crowded at times though, and they close at 3:00 PM M-Sat and on Sunday at 2:00 A good plus is they have Wi-Fi. Side note: it can be odd being the only Asian in this location, but it does not deter from the good food.

Yelp
Man, I love this place! Whatever it may lack in decor, it more than makes up for in the main reasons for going to a restaurant: the food! Here, the owners are great, the food choices simple, but delicious, and the wait staff sweet, engaging and funny as hell! I often bring my daughter or meet my buddy Alan (a fellow massage therapist) there, and have been known to lose track of an hour or more, just meeting and getting to know those at adjacent tables. Really, just a great place to relax over breakfast or lunch. I can't say enough about the place. I highly recommend it to everyone.
google avatar

Wilhelmina G.

Yelp
My boyfriend raves about this place, but that doesn't say much because he will eat corn beef and hash out of the can. (dog food) I was excited to try this place out because the reviews looked great! What a HUGE disappointment! The place was 100 degrees. We both had to stripped down to our t-shirts. (Sweet dripping down our faces) The service was slow and the atmosphere was dull. I felt like I was chilling in someones old basement sitting on their trashy chairs. I ordered scrambled eggs and french toast. Everything was very bland and gross. I can cook better! If your looking for dog food then you have come to the right place!
google avatar

Joe G.

Yelp
Corned beef sandwich and potato salad didn't taste fresh. Couldn't eat my sandwich. Wasn't asked how it was even though I ate less than half of the sandwich.

Yelp
I have changed my rating here because of a great response from the manager/owner. I had a bad experience last week, a fluke experience after many years of great meals- but management contacted me, acknowledged the problem and is correcting it. Thank you!

Yelp
Absolutely terrible. Was there for about 2 hours. Took 20 minutes just to get drinks. Took an hour (literally) for our food to come. There were many parties that arrived after us, ate and left before we even got our food! No apology, no bread to hold us over: nothing. There are much better place in the area to get food. Go elsewhere. This place obviously doesn't care about customer service anymore. Sad to see what once was a good place go downhill.

Mimi B.

Yelp
I would give this establishment zero stars if that were possible! My mother introduced me to it and we have been infrequent customers for many years. Over the years the food has always been good. The service however... highly depends on which waitress you get. There are a couple that are pretty good but there is also a few that are horrendous! Rude and impatient! They have absolutely no business working in the service industry. Which brings me to today. I went in with my mother and had the displeasure of having one of the bad waitresses. I ordered a Black Russian and my mother ordered from the "Senior Lunch Special". Now... the "Senior Lunch Special" is described as follows on their menu: Only one kind of soup per order. No Splitting! Half cold deli sandwich and all the soup you can eat. $4.95 $.50 extra for Tongue. Hot senior specials are an additional $.75 ~No Substitutions~ Now... the waitress said my mother could have any sandwich from the Menu categories: Hot Deli Sandwiches and Meet The Temptations. Fine. My mother ordered the Corned Beef and Chopped Liver. OK... The soup came out without incident. Next, my mothers sandwich was delivered... Corned Beef but no Chopped Liver. The waitress was called over and the sandwich was taken back to have the Chopped Liver added. Fine. The sandwich is delivered and I'm still waiting for my Black Russian. It's a hot sandwich and takes more time. Fine. I get it. My sandwich finally arrives. No pickle. It's supposed to have a pickle. Asked the waitress not once, not twice but, you guessed it, THREE TIMES! I finally got it when I was done eating! Great Job! It wasn't busy at all! Now... the kicker! I get the bill and we are charged an extra $.50 cents for the roll and an additional $.75 for the Chopped Liver! I call the waitress over and ask what these extra charges are all about since there is absolutely no mention of these charges listed on the menu or even verbalized by the waitress. The waitress refuses to argue with me and storms into the back room to get the owner. The owner comes out and I try to make him see that these charges are unfair since they are not listed anywhere on the menu! He proceeds to also tell me that he refuses to argue with me about it and then proceeds to tell me to never darken his doorway again! What a way to treat your customers!!!! Now I will admit that I lost my temper and called him a couple of names that I won't bother to repeat but his attitude was pathetic! Buyer beware, if you like good service AND good food. You will not find it here!

Yelp
Stopped in before visiting Ikea. We like sandwiches so I did a search in the Stoughton area and thought this might be a little different than a DeAngelos. It was. Great sandwiches! Wife had an Egg Salad on Marbled Rye with chips and I had a Romanian Pastrami on Dark Rye with some potato salad. Both were very good. Service adequate. You could tell when regulars came in as they were greeted by name. That's cool. We would come back again if in the area. In a strip mall sort of thing so if we weren't looking for it we most likely would have passed it by. Most likely.

Fifi B.

Yelp
This is a terrible established that served me tainted/expired chocolate milk. The customer service is atrocious and I DO NOT recommend this restaurant. I can guarantee you, you will be disappointed.

Yelp
So far I've been here for about 15 minutes and just a coffee. But, no menu. Waitress has been a little nasty because I didn't know what I wanted without a menu. It's been 10 minutes since I've started this review and out of coffee with no waitress in site. More to come. Ok it's been 10 more minutes and still no more coffee. Waitress is busy talking. And not working. In 2 minutes I am walking out. My breakfast was cold and sucked. Done!!! Never coming here again

Yelp
I was so disappointed in the corned beef. The meat knish was dry and just awful. Good potato salad.

Yelp
First time there. too much sugar used in the cooking-the cabbage soup was sweetened! The stuffed cabbage was bland and the cabbage tough. We will not be back. Too bad. It seemed promising.

The service is blunt and to the point, none of that kiss ass stuff but more or less order up so they can get the food that is legit amazing out to your table as fast as possible.i lived behind this place for three years and never gave it a chance. My mistake. Amazing fast service! Great lunch and breakfast

Yelp
I have been a regular here for many years, I live local and even know a lot of the staff by name. Today I went in and ordered my usual breakfast. My friend ordered eggs Benedict and there was a long piece of black hair in the egg. He didn't notice at first and started to eat it until someone else pointed it out. Disgusted he did send it back and they remade it without a problem (it was obvious it was there from someone other than us considering everyone's hair was either short or blonder we were with). We were nice about it because I do understand these things can happen. When we received the bill I did ask if they did take off the meal for this inconvenience. The waiter said well let me check. The owner came over abruptly and said "why would we take it off? We made another and he ate it!" Not nice or even offering an apology. My friend then texted another local friend about this and they said a similar situation happened to them with hair in their food also and that's why they don't ever go there either! I will not be back there and would recommend you stay away too unless you like your food with hair and rude management!

Yelp
well, I just had the worst breakfast I've ever had. I am relatively new to canton and although my boyfriend and I already have our favorite breakfast places, we were in a rush this morning and decided to give this place another try. the boy was pleased, he got corned beef hash. I, on the other hand, ordered chocolate chip pancakes which came with eggs and home fries. the pancakes were okay, but the POWDERED scrambled eggs were not edible. the home fries were completely burnt and blackened. te boy didn't mind his home fries since he covers them with ketchup, but for someone who doesn't use condiments it was awful. on the upside, the water tasted fine... the service wasn't great either. our waitress seemed very overwhelmed; due to the different type of seating layout, I couldn't tell how many tables she had. her visits were few and far between, and all of the customers around us were either rolling their eyes or debating walking out, since they had waited ridiculously long just to order drinks. one woman, who could have been hostess? maybe shift manager or head waitress? I don't know but she walked by a couple who appeared very irritated and asked them if they'd like more coffee. the woman replied "no thanks, but I would like to order" and the woman simply walked away without acknowledging this customers request. never returning
