The best place in White Center to come relax get something to drink something to eat and have a good time. This is my go to is under new ownership and unfortunately I think it’s better now than it was before. The old owner was great but the new owner Max not her real name, but she is great and down to earth!!

My friend bought a house near here last week. We met Linda and one other bartender who were great. Today, I went there for wings and beer. Bartender was great! They happened to have a grease fire and the extinguisher was out. No patrons knew what do do. I ran across to Walgreens and he ignored my request to borrow the extinguisher so I just took it. Bar staff put it out, cleared the pub and asked everyone to close their tab. Kinda funny experience. They handled it well! I'll be back for more hilarious times. 6/24 Update. First time here and I had fun. Played some pool and sang a couple songs. Wasn't planning on staying as long as I did. Small place but full of character.

Home away from home. Bartenders are wonderful! The food is very good also. Karaoke, pool table, clean bathrooms, and delicious Friday night steaks.

I’m a day drinker so I’m particular about the spots I choose to drink at and I tell you what, the little white bartender that goes by Cassie is a doll and made me feel comfortable like I was having a beer with a long time friend. Would definitely recommend.

All those positive reviews are from the previous owner. The new owner with nickel and dime you to death. She also refuses to buy local which is a staple of the hood. I had hopes but they have been dashed by the new owner

Every single time I come here, the food is exceptional, I don't want to eat any where else after this, I'll just be disappointed, the service is personal, they love you without judgment, my favorite all time, and I am super Finicky, good luck matching them, I'm just saying.

Great dive bar with a pool table, fast bartenders and good food

This should go without saying but if you're attempting to drink at a bar without a valid ID then you shouldn't be there in the first place. To then take your time to write a terribly fabricated reviews online afterwards in hopes of turning people away from a great night is embarrassing. The pub is very welcoming to all POC and LGBTQ+ and everyone in between. The Triangle Pub is hands down one of the most beloved spots in White Center, and for good reason. This place has been a neighborhood staple for years, and under the new ownership of Heidi, it's only gotten better. She's done an amazing job keeping the heart of the place alive. Karaoke nights here are some of my favorite nights everyone always gets a chance to sing something. Ray, the karaoke DJ, keeps the vibe fun, making everyone feel like a rockstar whether it's your first time singing or your hundredth. And I have to give a huge shoutout to Cassie, the bartender. She is incredibly kind, professional, always makes sure everyone is taken care of. Whether she's mixing your favorite drink or serving up some cheese sticks. She always makes me feel welcome, and she's a big part of what makes this place so special. The Triangle Pub isn't just a bar it's a community hub filled with great music, great people, and unforgettable nights.

Disgusting costumer service !! I was really disappointed with my experience here. The bartender's attitude was unnecessarily rude and dismissive. My friends and I were just looking to enjoy a fun night of karaoke, but instead, we were met with hostility for no apparent reason other than being young. We all have valid a ID that all of the other bars in the area accepted. I just wish I was spoken to in a better way rather than getting yelled at by not only the bartender but hecklers in the bar.

Came in with 2 of my friends and we were immediately bombarded with the most discriminating, disrespectful, and outlandish service I have ever experienced in my life. First of all, no one was checking ID's at the entrance which is a HUGE red flag. Second of all, every single person in that room was eyeing us up and down. It seems like they has never seen a person of color in their entire lives. The bartender was incredibly rude. Told us to leave with no explanation. Never returning. Not safe for POC/queer folk. Edit: We were not upset that your establishment does not accept vertical IDs, we were upset at how we were treated. My two friends lingered for like 30 seconds because they were waiting for me to come out of the bathroom. When I came out of the bathroom, I was being pointed at by a man so I asked what was going on and your bartender RUDELY raised her voice and told me that if I want to hang out with my "little friend" we need to go somewhere else. Two people seated looked at us and said to "get the fuck out" and in a room full of white people, when the only brown girl in the room is getting spoken to that way... not the best look. We were not rowdy or disrespectful, we were simply three 22/23 year olds looking to do some karaoke but were instead yelled at by your bartender. If writing a review about MY negative experience at your establishment is a crime, LOCK ME UP!

Employees were unnecessarily rude. There was roaches in the bathroom and there was syringes in the trash. As the young queer Latin first gen person in the establishment. The gentrification is showing.I feared for my life and felt unsafe. Placing a call to osha or whoever A S A P

This place is amazing! You walk in and it immediately feels like you're with family. I usually do not participate in karaoke, but I felt at home enough to sing last Friday. Cassie and Michelle were kind, fast , and funny as usual. Excellent customer service! . This place is always a great time.

let me just say--if you haven't been to this karaoke bar yet, what are you even doing with your life? This place is clean (like shockingly clean for a karaoke bar), the energy is great, and it's the perfect mix of chaos and charm. You'll find an incredibly diverse crowd here, which makes the night way more entertaining. One moment someone's nailing Whitney Houston, and the next there's a guy in a cowboy hat butchering Backstreet Boys--and somehow it works. It's the kind of place where literally everyone is welcome, as long as you bring good vibes and your ID. And yes, they will check it. They're not messing around--you need to be 21+ to get in, so leave the fake ID from 2009 at home. Now, let's talk about the staff. They're super friendly, quick with a drink, and they genuinely seem happy to be there (which is rare and beautiful in nightlife). And can we give a round of applause for the new owner, Heidi? She's clearly made it her mission to turn this place into a fun, safe, and seriously enjoyable hangout. You can tell she actually cares about the space and the people in it--plus, she's got great taste in music and even better taste in vibes. Overall, 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a night that's equal parts hilarious, wholesome, and slightly unhinged--in the best way possible.

I was present when the kids that were upset that the id was not accepted. Cassie was very nice the first four times they were told it is not valid and she is not permitted to accept it by the owners. For the record the bathrooms are clean and staff are nice people. It's easy to complain when you're entitled even when totally wrong. As for not accepting people of color or gender that's bull crap we all come here because we are all treated equally. With that said if you act like an ass you will be treated as such, it doesn't change the fact if you are right or wrong rather you accept it or not. Go get a new id your laziness has nothing to do with this place!

Great place to hangout. Friendly people great food and Bar staff is Awesome! It's not a club environment where I'd is checked at the door when bar staff ask for ID people should be ready to show, It's the law! It is just a great neighborhood go to for good food and conversations for people who's lived in the neighborhood for a long time. Heidi and staff masks a sure all is welcome.

This is NOT the same place it used to be. Ownership changed and things have gone downhill fast. Worse food, worse service, and what seems like a disdain for the community it used to support. This used to be my favorite place to hang, but this place is just as bad as the Locker Room now. It is so sad that a place invested in the community has turned into this and did the last KJ dirty who had worked there for over a decade. So sad to see what this place has become. I recommend hitting Lariat or The Blu Grouse instead.

We fucking love this place. It's one of the only pool tables in White Center. Every Wednesday Linda does a "wok" menu which is amazing. Currently grinding on a Bánh mi that is blowing my mind.

Middle of the week lunch, beer and movie or sports game; this is the place to chill out and have a great burger or the reuben sandwich is to die for. The food quality and execution for bar food is exceptional; way better than you would expect. Dropped in for the Friday night steak night and this place was packed and hard to get a place to sit if you come later than 6pm. Sat at the bar, a few drinks and steak was a great deal for $19 with potato, salad and cake. Steak was a bit over seasoned, but hey ended up taking 1/2 home and still finished it up. From my perspective of avoiding crowds a great place for mid-afternoon lunch, but I'd shy away during the evenings unless you're ready to party and socialize with the White Center crowd.

This used to be our absolute favorite neighborhood spot but after the recent ownership change we won't be back. We used to love steak night on Friday nights followed by karaoke. The steak night is cheaper but it's not the same quality of steak, the old owner got it at Meat The Live Butcher across the street. The KJ is not the same Christopher Mychael that we know and love. The place doesn't look too different but the service was super rude and it was overall just a bummer as it used to be a ton of locals who all knew each other and was very community oriented and it doesn't feel that way anymore. If you're looking for community and a friendly atmosphere go to Lariat or Can Bar.

Fabulous ribeye steak and a delicious salad. Consistently great environment at the Triangle Pub! I frequent this bar between 12-5pm and always receive superb service from the staff. The entire menu is homemade, delicious, and priced better than any other business in the area. Highly recommended!

I love Max's triangle. Ashley is the best bartender in White Center! She makes the best martinis, and the owner has this secret recipe for pudding shots that's unmatched! The karaoke is badass, and you have to get the crispy chicken salad if you go for dinner. It is so clean and the vibe is low key and chill.

Personally know all the bartenders and the owner. They have been in the service industry for years and work so hard!! The place is so much cleaner than before the new ownership change, by far the cleanest bathrooms in White Center! If you haven't tried the pudding shots or the wings.... O M G!!!!!! They also have pool and karaoke on the weekends.

Standard Neighborhood dive bar. Triangle pub has great salt and pepper wings, Jell-O shots, trivia, karaoke, good vibes. Friday is steak night. Triangle pub partners with the butcher shop across the street to serve a 3 course meal for $20. Summary, good food, fun times and clean bathrooms.

it is now under new ownership and the owners call the cops on everything like your card was declined (happening a lot there) and will not let you pay another way the cops are annoyed by them calling on things like that. I wish Mac had not retired

Been coming in here for years. Still my favorite place after it sold last year. Went in there today for the final Seahawks game of the season. A table of snacks was spread out for patrons. Had fun bantering with a Green Bay fan at the bar. Listened to great tunes on the juke box once the Hawks were out of the playoffs. A basic, fun neighborhood bar.

Food is so good for a simple bar. Honey/chipotle burger is not necessarily on the menu, but ask for it. And the lemon pepper wings surpass my previous favorite at the Roxbury bowling alley, which is saying a lot. Staff are full of character and meme you feel welcome naturally, without pretense.

Tuesday's they have live music and open mic time. Pretty cool sipping beers and having decent bar food in a small venue enjoying local artists practicing their crafts. Cheers !!

These guys traded jazz night for trivia on Mondays. And their male bartenders are terrible. Been here off and on for many years but tonight is the last time I'll step into this places. Hire better people.

My new local bar. It's a cozy place that I've been officially indoctrinated as a regular. I'm not sure how I feel about that, but that's a conversation between me and the drink special of the night. That said. The bartenders work like hell, serve up a good cheap drink, and good greasy bar food (I'm partial to the Cheesesteak, grilled Reuben, and the Bee's special might be the best thing ever. The unami is great, mix of onions, mushrooms, white wine, and Swiss cheese. It's the tits! I once tried to order a salad. It was on their menu. I was laughed at. It's cool, I accept that that must happen sometimes. The menu has an error--that the owner assures me he's working on remedying--i.e. Adding salads. Also, jazz on Monday and open mic, mostly using the basis of Monday's jazz band is also "the tits," as it were.

This place was awesome! We live just down the street and thought we would check it out! It was a Sunday afternoon so wasn't too busy! There was a guy bartender who also was doing the cooking! He was great with checking in on us while running around doing everything else! I ordered the Ruben and is was BOMB! So so so good! While my husband had their bacon burger and it was delicious as well! Loved their onion rings and hey have their own hot sauce that was SO yummy! We definitely will be returning!

This Pub is my FAVORITE place to karaoke in all of Seattle!!! It's small and intimate, yet kind of a dive-bar all at the same time! They're not fancy, and they make no bones about it. In short, I love, love, love it there. You'll see all kinds at this place. Sometimes there are hipsters, always the regulars, and every once in a while you'll see someone from the VFW. WTH. The best thing at this place is when someone comes in off the street (dressed up on a date) and not really realizing what they're getting in to. The looks on their faces are priceless. The weekend-night bartender, Christine, makes the best drinks, and she even will make you things that stay within your normal price range. She's not afraid to try new things or 'surprise you' with a yummy concoction if you ask. PLUS she sings at karaoke too. What's not to love at this place? I take all out-of-town guests for a night of karaoke at the Triangle Pub, including my parents! LOVE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!! =+)

I've been coming here for Saturday morning brunch and Mac's is becoming a staple for me. The food tastes home cooked and the drinks are poured strong. This bloody mary kicks ass. This spot is charming as heck and I'll be coming for as long as I'm living in Seattle.

Triangle Pub is the bee's knees. By far the best pub in White Center. The food is great and the staff is really nice and chill. They have quality local beers on tap as well as cheap PBR. It's semi hipster but but way less pretentious than Cap Hill. Triangle has jazz some days, trivia on other days, and karaoke on the weekends. Also, you can catch any sports game on the big screen or other TVs. They are open early, serve breakfast on the weekends, and take care of their peoples. Great place. Go check it out.

I love this place so much! I use to delivery amazon packages in that area for 3 years and after my job is done there is nothing better in my life than Mac's special sandwich. Some owners doesn't care about business, they just want money and that is it. But in this place Everything is different. Mac always there. Makes friendly atmosphere and smiling all the time. Also life music is amazing. If you want to feel warm in your soul just try to come and believe me you will have a very good time.

The best neighborhood bar in Seattle. Great for Seahawks games, really enjoy the karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights. The barkeep is always super friendly and makes perfect mixed drinks. Also the food is exceptional bar food. Cheesy tater tots are great. Always have to visit Mac's when I'm in Seattle. Great atmosphere

Great little neighborhood bar with tasty food, good drinks, and friendly service; what more could you ask for?

Mac's now offers karaoke on Friday and Saturday nights starting at 9:00pm. My friend and I ended up here again to a minimal audience and practically no wait time to sing a tune and were also witnesses to someone getting kicked out. I have to give the guy sitting next to us one star on etiquette. You know who you are Mr. Decked Out In Seahawks Gear Post-Season. You don't come to a bar and continuously fart. Take that mess to the bathroom and the way the smell almost burned my nostril hairs off, I'd tell you to check your underwear as well.

I tried to think of a reason not to give the Triangle five stars but couldn't come up with a damn thing. First of all, Erica the bartender is awesome. Not only does she have a mean pour but she's also personable and pretty funny. My first time in, I felt like a regular. Later, I find out the other bartender that works here is her Mom and her Mom just happens to pop in to say hi. Both of them are cool and super down to Earth. Coming straight here from an Elite event at Big Al's, I was pretty stoked about promoting Yelp to the locals in the WC. Gave away some swag, showed off my acquired t-shirt and voila-we had someone looking us up on line as soon as they got home. Then the owner walks in. Not only was he pretty rad himself, he gave us a little history of the joint and continued to get to know us and ask all about Yelp. It was fun. He took a "you've been Yelped" card. Good times. The drinks here do not mess around. They pour em' strong and they don't lighten up as you continue to order throughout the night so be warned. A fellow Yelper (Gina) came in to try out the Big Al they had on tap. Good stuff! Since people were ordering food left and right and I was hungry (surprise, surprise), my gal Abbey and I decided to go for the bacon cheese burger with a side of fries. OMG! I don't know if we were getting special treatment or what but I will come back just to eat the burger again. Yes, it was that good and I don't mess around about burgers. They've got darts, pool and Karaoke. The space is elongated with ample seating and pleasant regulars. Bathrooms are clean and interesting, with signage for all things local and a hook to hang your purse. That may not seem like a big deal but srsly, setting your purse on the bathroom floor is sick.

Livin The Dream In White Center Now I have never had the pleasure of trying what is known as "the best food in White Center" (according to the front of the menus in the Triangle Pub, but have heard tale that they have a killer burger that's one to be reckoned with. I can however attest for their generously poured well drinks and sweet bartender that has a fear of tequila. Not to fear we may have brought her back to the light with the suggestion of a pineapple back. Seriously, try it. You can thank me later. Beyond the cast of usual suspects, I also found my karaoke beacon, that's right, our old friend from the Corner Inn, Christopher Mychael. Not having planned on singing we took a seat at a table with, quite possibly the largest binder of songs I have ever seen. Looking through it we quickly realized that not only does he have more songs than any of his competition but he has the new stuff that you probably sang in your car this morning. This was opportunity staring us in the face once again, so we jotted down a few ditties we don't normally get to perform in our local haunts and sang away. I will spare you the review of my "vocally challenged" end of the performance. The nice thing is in a bar that couldn't fit more than 40 people tops chances are your going to get a turn and your good friend Christopher Mychael will make sure you don't cause permanent damage to the rest of the place. The Triangle Pub has been a local fav for years. There menu has more than the average deep fired fare and even a few vegetarian options (if you don't mind dairy) not to mention a full bar and quite possibly the best slogan around... "Livin The Dream in White Center".

3.5 stars I went to Triangle Pub on Sunday to support my friend's roommate who was performing an acoustic set. We showed up early and hungry so ordered some grub. I got the BLT with fries and a pint of Elliot's Bay amber ale. The food was really satisfying - simple and delicious! And the though I'm a pale ale fan, I really dug the amber ale. The bartender really knew her beers and took the time to explain the different ones on tap. Since most of the brews were from local breweries, she pointed out where they were located. I got some great ideas, if I ever want to plan a brewery tour :-) The place was small but had the necessities: alcohol, food, pool table, darts, and a stage-like area. It was a chill night and though I hadn't heard the greatest things about White Center, I really enjoyed my time at Triangle Pub and will go back if I'm in the area.

The drinks weren't expensive, but tasted pretty watered down. Especially the Jack Daniels on the rocks, which usually has a distinct whiskey taste to it. I would give a 2 star review but the bartender gave free cookies out (probably because it was Christmas Eve) and my car wasn't broken into (it IS White Center after all)

One of those bars where you have to get to know the bartender before you feel welcome. If you're in White Center, you have better be ready to do this almost anywhere you go. Grab a cheap beer and stay away from the not so super nachos. They are not super, it must have been a typo. They must have been accidentally placed the "S" in front of super instead of typing "Fucking small as shit not worth your worthless green paper S". Open mic is good though. There is a new band playing there on an occasional Tuesday or Wednesday evening. I think they are the band with no name at this point. Keep an eye out for those kids, they're pretty awesome.

Great place, with friendly folks working there. Couple of TV screens and lots of cold beer that won't cost you an arm and a leg. A great dive bar in the loins of White Center. I've been in for breakfast on the weekends, and it was great. Decent coffee, too.

Our old band played a few gigs there and had a blast. Some nights they have live acts, or a karaoke night, or select from the juke box. Cheap drinks that are very strong, and good people... the bad get tossed the f$%# out when they start trouble. Awesome spot for a bar, only a few minutes walk from my house, I know not to worry about how I'm getting home. (I'm a light drinker so I've had to water down some of the drinks I got, that's how strong they are! It's awesome!).

Very clean and nice !! I used to work as a delivery guy at those areas for 2 years. When I came first time to Mac's Triangle, it was so good! Live music, a lot of friendly people. Mac did his mac's special sandwich and it was so grate! Now it's one of my favorite places around Seattle

This bar is okay, not bad but not impressive. I saw a cockroach crawling across the back counter by the bottles so I'll wouldn't suggest eating here because who knows how many else there is, overall cleanliness seems pretty okay other than the roach. There's no happy hour just a different special everyday.

Let me clarify that this 1 star review is for the karaoke aspect of the bar only. I have nothing against the drinks or the service at the bar, in fact, I find the bartenders to be very pleasant. The 1 Star (wish it could be 0 to negative stars) was simply because the karaoke dj at this bar is TERRIBLE! If you're not a local or part of a Mariachi band, then you'll never be chosen to sing. My family/friends and I went to the bar last night for my aunt's birthday. We sat around for a good two hours and waited for our names to be called to sing, when the total amount of people in the bar was less than 20 (and keep in mind that not everyone was wanting to sing). After 2 hours and countless locals being called up to the stage (some of whom had already sang 2-3 songs or had just walked into the bar), we decided to leave. There aren't a ton of karaoke places around West Seattle, so I'm very disappointed to cross this bar off of my list. If you're looking for a fun dive bar to sing karaoke, then I would suggest the Lighthouse in Des Moines...it's worth the drive and you'll spend less time driving there, then waiting for your name to be called at the Triangle Pub.

It's a dive - what can I say. I like dives and hole in the walls. Given the clientele that come in (troublemakers, ole fogey regulars, and randoms) it's kind of a skeevy place to be - they get 2 stars because I like the bartenders and their drinks.. that's about it. Wait.. there's more.. the cheeseburger IS pretty tasty - but I still can't get over the fact that the place is just big enough for a couple of bathrooms, a bar, and a pool table. Oh.. and it's within stumbling distance of my house.. yeah.. that's right.. WHITE CENTER BABY!!!!!

I met some pals last night for karaoke at said pub. Triangle has thre most accessible karaoke space I've encountered. OK,what does that mean? The room is far more spacious than ANYbar's karaoke place that invariably is tucked away in a restaurant. The kj brought me the mike...I move slowly. Let's not forget the most extensive song book I've seen. The bar was nice and had Big Al's porter on tap.......killer! Plus parking is easy. Next time,I'll try their food..chlil fries were decent,,,but I'd like a real meal:)

This is a great place to meet some fun people, listen to and/or sing some fun karaoke and eat some YUMMY food. Everything here is VERY reasonably priced for what you get! The karaoke is provided by Kasper Karaoke every Friday and Saturday from 9:30pm to close (2am). The hosts name is Erica and she is a cute, spunky, friendly little redhead who is an awesome singer! Another great thing about this pub is that they serve the WHOLE menu from 11am until 1:30am... so you can get some good food LATE! What a great way to get some in you before you have to drive, huh? You should check it out if you are in the area!

Mac's is the neighborhood bar that White Center needs - it's just friggin' awesome! We went for karaoke night - glad we got there early because the place was packed! Yummy food, Mac at the bar, wonderful karaoke selection. There was one girl who was giving my friend trouble but that's no Mac's fault. My friend just brushed it off so our time was super! Thanks Mac for a great joint!
