I visited the first time a few weeks ago when they had first opened; the line wasn't super long, but after 30 minutes waiting, we decided to try somewhere else and check back once things got more streamlined. Today, we arrived, ordered a quickly, and had our food within 10 minutes. Definitely an improvement!
We both tried an everything bagel with cream cheese (and red onion on mine); we also got a mimosa and a cortado. The bagels were delicious-- recently warmed, and the everything seasoning was the perfect mix of salty and garlicky and crunchy. I love that the cream cheese they give you is super generous; I'm always that person in the US that has to go back and ask for more cream cheese.
They're definitely still working out the kinks of taking orders, getting them ready, and getting people in and out, but considering the popularity of the restaurant within just a month of opening, they're managing the chaos pretty well. For now, my best advice is to arrive early to avoid long waits or sold out bagels!
