When I'm in the area, I always get coffee at Mazama. Especially, the cold brew is amazing. The pasties are always tasty and fresh. The small backyard area with umbrellas, tables, and chairs, is dog friendly, and it's nice to sit down there, relax and enjoy your coffee.

Great little coffee shop! Somewhat busy on a Saturday morning, but there was room for all of us. Coffee was good, and the environment was nice. I got a muffin and a savory croissant, both were delicious and the price was acceptable. Absolutely would come back, especially to visit other small shops in the area. Worth checking out if you've never been!

Mazama Coffee Co is a hidden gem in Dripping Springs. This quaint cafe boasts vintage-inspired wooden furniture, a sweet boutique, and a serene outdoor patio with umbrellas and comfy chairs. Their iced lattes were rich and smooth, paired perfectly with a soft snickerdoodle cookie. A must-visit for coffee lovers seeking a cozy atmosphere and great conversation

Google
Huge thanks to Lori at Mazama Coffee for the warm hospitality and amazing experience! We loved getting a behind-the-scenes look at the roasting process and learning about the seasonal drinks. Lori took the time to walk us through everything and made us feel so welcome. The espresso and cappuccino were outstanding — smooth, rich, and truly made our day. A perfect stop for coffee lovers who appreciate quality and care. Highly recommend!

First time coming to this place and I can honestly say this……. Drink selections are good not great but good but the atmosphere left a bad taste in my mouth it wasn’t just the Frappe but not tryna pull this card I go off vines me being a black male and my wife being white, the treatment I got compared to the other white folk in the building was enough to not want to return but my food wasn’t heated up my drink was barely even sweet but my wife got the same drink as mines and her frappe was on point like we gotta get out of that mentality I call it how I see it and see it as I call it you guys suck! Respectfully ✌🏽

WOW! What a great cup of coffee! And the ginger cookie and chocolate croissant we got were amazing. I'm going back to buy a bag of coffee beans and find out how to order. There place is great too with lots of varied seating.

Google
Over due review here. The coffee, lattes, teas have all been outstanding over the years as is the food. The service is always very helpful and friendly. They have a nice patio outside as well as seating in the main room then an additional more private room (that has several tables) as well. The chicken salad sandwich on a croissant is probably my favorite- it's wonderful. They have lots of pastries as well that we have had and have enjoyed everything we have ever gotten. Food is fresh, coffee and tea delicious.

I recently visited this café with my family and had a wonderful experience. I ordered the hot chocolate, while the rest of my family tried the winter special drinks. Everything we tried was excellent! The cozy indoor seating also makes it a great spot to relax or work. Looking forward to revisiting soon!

Yelp
Great local coffee shop in DS. There's usually a line but it moves fast. I usually get the lattes with oatmilk along with their many different flavors like hazelnut or irish cream. Baked goods are really delicious, especially the morning glory and blueberry muffin, which is vegan! Can't say much about lunch items, I think I had a sandwich once and it was good. Pro tip: try the chagaccino, totally unexpectedly good

Yelp
Great local coffee shop that puts care into every cup. Service is brisk and friendly, and the space is perfect for co-working (they have a side room with a ton of space). Food is limited, but acceptable.

Yelp
Real coffee & bake shop. Maybe the best coffee shop in Texas? #1 delicious coffee #2 amazing bakery items made in house #3 pleasant & competent staff #4 lovely environment to enjoy coffee inside or out #5 not overly hipster - just a touch Love this place

Ivan G.

Yelp
I would have given this a 5 star review but I had asked about a bagel sandwich and was given a ham and cheese croissant.i asked about the bagel sandwich I had ordered and was told they didn't have any; which if it were true then your staff should tell the consumer up front. Because I was up charged 7 dollars for a ham and cheese; not even in Los Angeles does that happen (in terms of miscommunication).

Yelp
Loved this coffee shop! Cute place with plenty of seating inside and out. Service was friendly and quick. My latte with lavender was smooth and delicious. The Brekkie breakfast sandwich was delicious! Definitely I'll go back!

Jacob D.

Yelp
This is probably the only boutique coffee shop in DS, so they do get a bit busy. The only competition is the Starbucks up the road so be prepared for a slight parking crunch on weekends. There's an auxillery seating area inside and outside to go with a couple of bench seats in the main hall. Standard coffe shop vibe with plenty of wood tones and moody lighting. I liked the streamlined menu, there's a chalk board to show seasonal specials and they offer both baked goods that look house made and some other hot items that look tasty. Coffe itself was pleasant, wasn't scalding hot when I got it and the level of caffeine didn't give me the jitters. Went with their house made Cinnamon Brown Sugar Latte in both hot and iced variety for my wife. Loved that it wasn't too sweet either. Definitely would be here weekly or more if I lived in Dripping Springs.

Yelp
Our favorite coffee shop ever! We frequent here a couple times a week and always have good coffee and great service! Also there are 3 adorable cats outside to visit!

Yelp
Great coffee and pastries, cute atmosphere, and great service - highly recommend These guys!

Yelp
THE BIG: In the heart of downtown Dripping Springs. Parking looks plentiful but actually pretty tough to find, not impossible, just tough. Outdoor patio for outdoor talking and indoor seating for working if needed. THE BLACK AND WHITE: The wife and I came here on a tuesday early afternoon and the place was packed! I stood in line to grab a coffee for 15 mins. We had a couple of calls to take around that time and we found Mazama to have a decent quiet room but the noise from the patrons and coffee machines still made their way through. Fortunately, noise-cancelling headphones are the way to go! THE FINAL BAMBOO: Overall great coffee shop if you're looking for a morning to early afternoon buzz. Damage done was ~$7 for a chai latte and a regular brew.

Jennifer W.

Yelp
Loved this cute little coffee shop. Ordered coffees and cookies. Service was quick and the mocha latte was great. They make some of their own syrups - cinnamon brown sugar was so good. Neat little spot to sit down for a few minutes and enjoy the day.

Yelp
Mazama is the first place that I visit whenever I go to Dripping Springs. This place makes my mouth water as soon as I park to go inside. Upon entrance, the aroma of great coffee entrances your sensory. The walls, floors and tables create an old country store vibe. And the service is so friendly that it seems to set the tone for the rest of the customers. I usually always order a vanilla latte with almond milk because it is SO delicious. I wanted to order The Fitzhugh sandwich (please try this) but the kitchen had stopped making food when I got there. So I went for one if there house-made bento boxes and a gluten-free peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. The orders are completed pretty quickly but I always have time to browse their merchandise and selection of coffee which they roast themselves. They have both indoor and outdoor seating areas but I opted to sit indoors and enjoy my food. You definitely want to make this place your first stop in DSTX. They offer gluten-free sandwiches and pastries, which are all fantastic. And the coffee is second to none. Tip: Juniper Tree Market is connected to Mazama and has EVERYTHING from clothing to camping (always my second stop in DSTX).

Yelp
While staying near Dripping Springs for a family wedding, every morning we were in town, my husband and I came to Mazama Coffee to start our day. I loved that the service was always fast, friendly, and engaging. I wish I could say that I tried a variety of their beverages, but once I tried their brown sugar cinnamon latte, I was absolutely hooked. I did try it both hot and iced, with oat milk. Out. Of. This. World. I have to say that I was so tempted to purchase some of their brown sugar cinnamon syrup to take home with me but settled for some other merchandise instead. They do offer other beverages as well, and a nice variety of small bites and pastries. This is your quintessential coffee shop, and I was glad to have supported it while in town.

Alli J.

Yelp
The coffee is great! Lots to look at in the cute coffee shop with plenty of room to sit and spread out.

Lance O.

Yelp
Mazama is locally owned and operated by some really great people. Their coffee and food is perfect for those mornings and afternoons working from a coffee shop. Their pastries are top notch, music isn't too loud and they have an indoor/outdoor seating area that makes working from their a breeze. They also roast their own coffee and sell it by the pound. Mazama is super underrated and everyone should go there if you are stopping through Drip for some great coffee.

Jose D.

Yelp
Today's photo of Mazama Coffee. Always great coffee! Passing through to Austin. Love this quaint coffee shop.

Yelp
Stopped by before we headed back out to Dallas and saw the long line... but that seems to be a good thing usually!! This place was super cute attached to a gift shop and smelled wonderful. A lot of their syrups are house made but I went with my usual, a dirty chai (they make their own chai and omg). It was spicy and sweet with the perfect balance of milk and coffee, I paired it with a molasses cookie and that was unreal. Definitely worth the wait!

Jboy S.

Yelp
Delicious coffee and pastries, great service with friendly staff. Really cool setup inside, chill vibes & good place to get work done.

John A.

Yelp
Great coffee of course, we buy their fresh roasted whole beans a lot. Their food is underrated, can't recommend this shop enough.

Casey M.

Yelp
Mazama is yet to disappoint! We have ordered several things off of their menu and have loved them all! (Drinks and food) Inside where you order is a simple coffee shop vibe, but they have more seating outside and to the side; there is even a connection into a cute shop. You can browse in their while you wait for your order to be ready! The staff is accommodating, quick, and polite. Get your morning fix here!

Vi P.

Yelp
As a Californian visiting Texan coffee shops, I am pleased that it's normal to find 20 oz (iced/hot drinks) across multiple coffee shops. I got the classic iced vanilla latte and the drink was prepared with the right combination of espresso, milk, and syrup. I was also recommended by a sweet older lady behind me to try the llama sugar cookies and they are adorable. Standard sugar cookie taste. The baristas were helpful and the shop has a good amount of seats. I enjoyed the llama plushies for sale and was very tempted to adopt one. Ambiance is nice and cozy. Parking is on the side of the store and pretty limited.

Belle D.

Yelp
The drinks and baked goods are always fabulous! The service is as fast as possible because Mazama is pretty busy in the mornings. Mazama is my favorite coffee place in Dripping Springs and has been for the past ten years. It smells wonderful. I love the smell of coffee in the morning. Mazama is well worth your time and money if you're looking for coffee drinks and/or yummy baked goods.

Megan M.

Yelp
We love Mazama. Great coffee and baked goods! My son loved his latte and the iced cookies were delicious.

Jennifer M.

Yelp
Our favorite coffee spot in the area! They house make syrups that are delicious. Their baked goods never disappoint. There can be a long line (because they're so awesome), but the drinks never take as long as you may expect. The shop it's connected to is a nice place to browse while you wait or after you get your drink. Love their patio space. Friendly folks working there. An all around joy of a small independent coffee shop!

Raecheal T.

Yelp
Wonderful coffee and a great space to watch the world pass by on a lazy morning. I love that they make their own syrups in house.

Stephanie F.

Yelp
Love this coffee shop. They have the best Cowboy cookies, I have to have every time. Cute patio and the staff is so friendly. They have the cutest goat sugar cookies too.

Laura F.

Yelp
I love to stop in this local coffee spot for some delicious brews and tasty bites. They have a wide variety of custom coffees and teas, baked goods and sandwiches. There's seating either outside or inside depending on your preference.

Steve H.

Yelp
Excellent quality and friendly, prompt service. I highly recommend them! The products they serve are of excellent quality.

Alex D.

Yelp
I visit this place every time I'm in town! The drinks and the cookies are delicious and service is always friendly and fast

Janette L.

Yelp
My favorite place to get coffee. My Americano and steamed oak milk with lavender syrup has been a little inconsistent with taste lately, but cones piping hot which I .

Shashikala P.

Yelp
I had bookmarked mazama long time ago, but it's too far for me, so was keep on postponing to try this place, but few weeks back, on our way to Johnson city, went there for breakfast and absolutely loved it, and if it was close by, dunno how many times I would've gone there. It's a cute coffee shop, with decent options of pastries, they have backyard seating and indoor seating. We ordered croissants, morning glory muffin, blueberry muffin and coffee. My husband absolutely loved the morning glory, so as my son his croissant, I got blueberry muffin, and it was so so so good and delicious. Coffee was absolutely perfect, it was not too strong nor too light, just right amount of acidity, bitterness and we loved it. Customer service was good too, and everything is very reasonably priced. Definitely try this place out!!

Lisa H.

Yelp
Super cute coffee shop with very delicious homemade coffee mix in with vanilla and lavender. Very close off main drive with plenty of easy parking and we have a hitched trailer. They also have fresh baked pastries vegan and gluten-free options And if you want there are some cute Main Street little shops to spend 20 minutes and stretch your legs. Go local!!

Terri W.

Yelp
Awesome Coffee and Gluten Free items! Shop and Eat Local! An awesome outdoor patio setting is perfect for a meetup or a quiet morning coffee or tea.

Kaeleigh S.

Yelp
Sadly, pretty disappointed since I first came here. For what they're charging for their coffees and bakery items, you'd expect a lot more. For starters, they couldn't be bothered to actually check if their gluten free pumpkin muffin is dairy free. It was marked GF, whilst other items were GF and vegan. I asked if it had dairy because I recalled having it before and being told it was dairy free. Well the people at the counter just said "I think it has dairy" and left it at that. They didn't go check for certain and it is especially telling that they aren't well-trained when they think dairy is eggs (PSA eggs are NOT dairy). Also their oat milk is not gluten free. Boo. No soy milk either. Double boo. The drinks came out pretty quickly but I was disappointed that they were already watery looking. I had an iced latte with almond milk and it was thin, watery, and tasted mostly like almond milk. Gross. My sister's iced dirty chai was somewhat better but still incredibly watery for a freshly made drink. I don't think I'll be back again. Not worth it.

Yelp
Great coffee!! Love going and grabbing a cup of coffee while walking Mercer St. and checking out the stores.

Sergio V.

Yelp
This local gem was everything. I got the ham, egg, and cheese on a croissant. My wife got the veggie sausage. They both was were amazing. Their vanilla latte with the hippy milk was just as amazing too. Definitely somewhere to enjoy the outdoors while eating good and sipping on good drinks.

Erica G.

Yelp
To the owners of this shop.. please let your staff know to not rush or kick ppl out. My mom was having a bit of trouble walking this day and we came in to get some beverages and a snack to rest. Before they were about to close a young guy walks back and says "just letting yall know that we are closing and we are about to lock up. Not trying to kick yall out or anything but yeah.. and annoyingly laughs" Well yes you were kicking us out, you!!.... anyways.... I waited tables for 7 years as a teen through my 20s and have never/would never have done that to clients. The smoothie was okay and the iced coffee was excellent. Our favorite part were the pastries. Pumpkin bread and cowboy cookie were very good! There was a young lady at the front that was very sweet and helpful as well.

Chris E.

Yelp
What a fun little coffee shop! Great staff, delicious Fratata and Chai. We will be coming back before we head out of town tomorrow!

Chaese J.

Yelp
Love this coffee spot. You can tell it's a local favorite. Every coffee I e had here has been good - I recommend getting the hot drinks Usually wait in line for about 5-10 minutes max when it's busy. Never have waited too long - they have the system down!!

Nicole D.

Yelp
Really good pastries! I would go back for the baked goods. Cold brew was just OK. Customer service was fantastic.

Nicole S.

Yelp
Great Drinks, Yummy food. Cozy atmosphere. The downside is parking can get super tricky around school drop off and pick up times.

Sergio A.

Yelp
Cute little place to quick snack on along our trip. The food is delicious and the coffee is on point. Enough space to eat outside.

Scott D.

Yelp
Great coffee spot in Dripping - nice outdoor area as well as an indoor area. good coffee and Texas shaped cookies..all in a building that's 100+ years old I believe

Gloria F.

Yelp
Yum yum coffee and treats. Mazama is our go to coffee joint after a long bike ride in dripping springs. All the treats are super delicious as well.

Nanisi W.

Yelp
LOVED this hidden gem in dripping springs. That's not our usual area to be in but we were so happy to find this coffee place. So much space to sit and work both indoor and outdoors. Wi-Fi for customers. Cute and comfortable setting. We got the brown sugar and cinnamon latte, the lavender matcha, and a goat cookie. Everything was excellent.

Eric G.

Yelp
5 stars because there's really nothing bad to say! Coffee was on point and made quickly. They even are attached to a boutique with some interesting things to browse as you wait. Also, they have plenty of outdoor space to enjoy, too! On top of that it's in the historic downtown of dripping springs, so plenty of other walkable things to do in the area!

M Q.

Yelp
We are new to the area and we love around here! Even more knowing we can drive not too far for our morning coffee. Coffee lovers! It is a nice and quiet spot. It has been very pleasant to walk in and have a nice and kind young people serving you. I definitely recommend you to give them a trial.

Michelle T.

Yelp
Amazing coffee, delicious food and great vibe! Definitely worth a stop for just a coffee or a breakfast/lunch option!

Raleisha L.

Yelp
Cute coffee place in the middle of downtown dripping springs. Me and hubs came back to town for our anniversary and this was the first coffee place that popped up on my feed. I got the iced lavender latte and hubs got the hot mocha latter. They do make some of their syrups in house including the lavender syrup. However, my iced latte felt flat and lack more syrup and the almond milk looks meh. Like curdly. Not sure if it's the brand they're using but I make my latte and espresso at home and my milk hasn't done that. Hubs said his drink was okay. Also for the homemade cinnamon roll and that was yum! Although kinda wish it was warm before serving. I wasn't given that option when I ordered it. Would I come back? Maybe. But there's other coffee places in town worth checking out.

Cian B.

Yelp
THE best coffee, people, and vibes in the hill country. Could not recommend going enough whether you're a local or just in town. I've lived in Drip for over 15 years and watched this cute shop grow to be a real fixture of the community. I'm leaving for college soon, and I don't think I'll ever be able to find a coffee shop this friendly, cozy, or welcoming. Drink local and remember to tip your baristas, they deserve it!

Jenny G.

Yelp
Love this place! Generally pretty quick even when busy. So cute and has great coffee.
