Amazing middle eastern cuisine with a modern twist. The babaganoush offered a balance of sweetness and acidity due to the usage of figs, it pared perfectly with the warm pita bread, which was full of the aroma of wheat. The greasiness of the deep fried cheese was balanced off by the orange syrup. The fish croquettes were crunchy with a combined flavors of saffron and parmigiano, with yogurt sauce to reduce the greasiness. The lamb Kafta was a bit too heavy to my taste, but the creamy texture of tahini matched well with minced lamb, and the flavors were delightful. My personal favorite was the grilled octopus, the flavors of the ocean were well presented and the texture was chewy but tender, the dots of mango amba dressing complemented the sweetness of octopus meat.
The only complaint I had was the spaces among seatings were tiny and the tables were small for sharing plates.
