"This bistro is run by a group of restaurateurs and entrepreneurs who have been instrumental in introducing West Asian street food in Stockholm. The menu features hummus and baba ghanoush with pita from Dåndimpen’s bakery; jibni Arabia and fried Swedish cheeses with filo and orange syrup; mujaddara made from heirloom pulses and caramelized onions; and musakhan with roast chicken, sumac, and onion confit.
