The photo tells the story. The perfect snack to enjoy with a good book. The donuts were too fresh and delicious to wait for a proper picture. DO MOT miss the toffee variety. We also picked up an assorted dozen for the workers at the RV repair shop where we stopped, and the guys loved them. The lady at the counter was super friendly and helpful, adding a handful of donut holes to the box. Bonus points for being open at 5:30am. Well worth a stop.

Google
Donuts are a bit denser than Krispy Kreme’s ones, and some flavors are not as sweet. Despite having some leftovers on day 2, they’re still soft to consume.

I went here and ordered a dozen donuts to go. They had a nice selection. They were out of their donut holes, unfortunately, and plain croissants. I brought these to the So. Hills Hospital ER department as a thank you for helping my husband with his ER visit. These donuts are delicious, and the ER department employees enjoyed receiving the treats.

I recently visited Mazzoa Donuts and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the delicious smell of freshly baked donuts. The staff was friendly and attentive, taking the time to explain the different flavors and varieties they had available. I decided to try a few different donuts and was blown away by the quality and taste. Each donut was perfectly cooked, with a soft and fluffy texture that melted in my mouth. The flavors were rich and satisfying, with a perfect balance of sweetness that wasn't overwhelming. In addition to their incredible donuts, the shop had a cozy and inviting atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The seating area was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable chairs and plenty of natural light. Overall, I highly recommend this donut shop to anyone looking for a delicious treat and a welcoming atmosphere. Whether you're a donut aficionado or just looking for a sweet indulgence, this shop is definitely worth a visit.

Google
Ube donut is wonderful. Ube is in the glaze sweet and yummy! We got a dozen glazed. Ube, cinnamon, chocolate an apple fritter, maple bar and the cronut along with cronut biites. Also a couple custard filled chocolate. All so so good. This will be our go to from now on. Sorry Randy's. Also it's right next to Omings . Dinner and dessert that you can't lose on.

Google
A wonderful variety! The donuts were soft and moist! The worker was helpful and kind! She suggested a few differebt flavors to try- like the blueberry glaze! If youre havibg a donut craving- this could hit that for you!

Google
Felt down and wanted something sweet to bite and had always wanted to try it. Finally did and they had such a selection of donuts that I couldn't pick for a while. Went with a raspberry and ube donut and tasted so much better than the usual donuts I would find normally. Would definitely come back again and even bring home to the family

Google
It looks like a beautiful place inside. It is a beautiful space inside. It’s definitely a take out spot. Friendly service & definitely an overpriced donut for the lack of quality. Sad to hear they don’t make their donuts on site. Not very promising after finding out that piece of information. Croissant, I did not take a photo of it. It was decent. I’d say it was about a 2.5-3. It’s not easy to make a fluffy, tasty, high quality croissant. Their donuts were not great. Way too much sugar on one side. Not evenly distributed. Looks like it was made on purpose like that. Left a terrible aftertaste that is still stuck on my palette. The sugar on all the donuts seemed as if these donuts were made yesterday or late last night. The sugar crumbles as soon as you bite in or grab the donut. Normally that is something that happens several days after the initial purchase. The Bavarian cream was subpar. There was a flavor in the cream that leads me to believe it wasn’t Bavarian cream (the server confirmed it was when I asked). All in all, I’ve been wanting to try this space for quite some time & im disappointed it didn’t live up to the quality I had hoped for it.

Yelp
We popped in to Mazzoa Donuts before a roadtrip a couple of weeks back. We'd honestly been meaning to stop by for ages, and had just never actually made it. Everything was delicious! We ordered a GIANT apple fritter, a giant cinnamon roll, and a chocolate glazed donut with chocolate chips. The lady behind the counter threw in a free glazed donut too!! We will definitely be back!!!
google avatar

Heath S.

Yelp
Really friendly service! We didn't love many of the donuts we tried (the ube didn't taste of ube just sweet. The cherry was only a hint of cherry flavor. I liked the maple flavor in the icing.) One of us enjoyed the heavier dense texture of the donuts and one of us did not (I like a light airy donut). The lady at the counter was very nice!

Yelp
These donuts were good! There is a wide variety to try new things and also good classic ones to choose from. I would definitely return.

Yelp
Craving something sweet. Decided to stop by and get some donuts! Good deal. "Be happy eat donuts" and i was HAPPY

Yelp
These donuts hit differently just like New York bagels, do you know what I mean? Lol I like breakfast here fast and ready to go like me! Let's talk breakfast croissant ham and cheese! They make a Yummy Bear Claw and cold iced coffee so try a variety of items like I did! The donuts are different in a good way, very tasty and doughy. They are nicely iced and generously done which I like. I highly recommend a quickie breakfast morning here! Mmmmm yum yes!

Yelp
No frills classic donut shop. I didn't know this chain even existed. I was driving down Blue Diamond and happened to see it. This was in the late morning, but I did stop to pick up my normal 2 donuts. The 2 girls working inside were great. I asked for what they would recommend and 1 said she was new and really couldn't suggest anything. The other recommended the cinnamon crumb. So I went with that and a maple bacon bar. Both had the taste you want in a real donut. This place isn't too far from another "donut" shop, so there is a little competition. But, this place doesn't need to saturate social media with smoke & mirror posts to sell their product, unlike the other place. I would recommend this place way more than the competition. Give this place a try.

Yelp
This was my first time at this donut shop and might I say it was delicious! My kids loved it and so did I....the ham & cheese croissants were extremely soft and fluffy. The donuts were good but the bottoms were a bit greasy. The cashier was nice and gave me an extra donut to enjoy. It wasn't busy when I went but I assume it gets pretty packed.

Yelp
Jesus and donuts. That's what I got when I visited recently for a morning snack. There was fantastic contemporary Christian music playing on the overhead speakers-a great way to start my day. Regardless of my personal religious beliefs, I can appreciate uplifting music. Especially when it's paired with a good maple bar. We ended up getting a box of donuts to go as well as a few to eat there. My choice was the traditional glazed, my son had a cinnamon roll. They were delicious and filling. One was plenty-although a few more for later would be appreciated when we hit our mid-afternoon lull. The next time I'm in the area, I'll happily check out Mazzoa Donuts.

Yelp
Best fresh donuts in Vegas!!!! Gotta try the fresh croissants, ham Swiss and jalapeño so so good.

Yelp
Amazing donut place! The food is delicious and they are very giving. Great service and very friendly. My go to spot for donuts and more.

Yelp
Mazzoa Donuts are consistently excellent, incredibly fresh, and made with high-quality ingredients. The service is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The location is perfectly accessible. This place is a must-visit.

Yelp
Small but busy donut shop with a great selection of donuts, rolls, and local favorites. We're used to donut shops in KC being empty by 10am but Mazzoa was still going strong!
google avatar

Yelp
It's totally underwhelming and not worth the drive. Basic shop. If i happened to be on that side of town, I would possibly pop in but not a destination like Pinkbox or wicked donuts
google avatar

Yelp
Was in the neighborhood and decided to give Mazzoa Donuts a go. Super friendly staff and a good verity of donuts. I went with the Cinnamon Toast Crunch and a sugar donut. They were both really delicious and super fluffy. If around the areas i definitely recommend Mazzoa

Yelp
I never thought in the 51 years of my life that donuts would be 4 or $5 a piece it's absolutely ridiculous I remember the days you should be able to get 4 donuts for $5 what is this world coming to
google avatar

Yelp
Owned by the folks behind Dee's Donuts, a place visited twice prior with unimpressive outcomes, Thursday saw Mazzoa Donuts fall flat thanks to their Yeast base clearly from a mix beneath cloying Frosting. Once again complimentary of service, the woman behind the counter genuinely pleasant, Mazzoa's low prices are befitting each item's quality whether in the case of overly sweet Maple or marbled purple Frosting that tastes identical to white that receives help from toppings such as Chocolate Chips or Red Velvet Crumble. Lighter than Glaze but more weighty than Pinkbox, the center of each ring flavorless and bready, Old Fashioned Donuts suggest that Mazzoa's frying temperature and duration are better suited to Cake Donuts than those that are raised, but even then the results are below average.
google avatar

Oscar F.

Yelp
Paid $24 for a dozen doughnuts. If you charge a premium, please make sure the doughnuts were not made yesterday. All of them were essentially hard and tasted old. $24 and whatever fee they charged for using a debit card. If you sell old doughnuts, you should sell them at a discount or let us know we are buying old ones in order for us not to waste money. One of their doors is non functional. Would not recommend unless they lower their prices.

Yelp
FOOD Donuts are great. Not overly sweet! Just perfect. There is a more expensive donut place on opposite side of shopping center. They may decorate their donuts but that is what you are paying for. Both are good. These are more affordable and still good.
google avatar

Yelp
Nice little donut place. Vast selection of donuts to choose from for a Monday afternoon. Great service, only 1 person serving and was able to answer all my questions on the types of donuts they had. It would be nice if they had labels to make my selection easier. I only saw 1 label for the Ube donut. In the end I chose the Ube Donut, the icing was a little hard and started to crumble as I bit into it. The dough was soft and melted in your mouth.
google avatar

Jen C.

Yelp
I was to preface this review by saving that I went about a hour before closing. They still had a decent selection of donuts including vanilla glazed, maple glazed, sticks and old fashioned. The cashier was very friendly and went over the options as there were no signs. It's a tiny place which was clean. The donuts were airy but it caused the glaze to crack off and separate from the donut unfortunately. I do like that that glaze was not too sweet which is often an issue with many donuts for me. I will most likely return to check it again closer to opening.
google avatar

Olivia S.

Yelp
This is one of the BEST places in Las Vegas! The staff are super friendly and they always give me an extra donut or two! Very clean and super good and the donuts taste fresh! Definitely recommend!
google avatar

Nazh D.

Yelp
This is one of my favorite donut place, mt favorite here might not be the donut but the ham and cheese croissant. They're so good I can easily eat 2 of them since they are in the smaller side. I also like their pigs in a blanket, its not too salty but just right. Their donuts are good too but better when eaten fresh.
google avatar

Oliver L.

Yelp
Glad I stopped here and tried their donuts! Not only they were good, but the prices are better than pink box. Loved the maple bacon one and the cronuts. I'd go back if I'm around the area. Good and fast service as well.
google avatar

Yelp
BEST CRAVINGS! These donuts are amazing! It is not too sweet and not to heavy. The donuts holes and chocolate sprinkle is my absolute favorite! Definitely affordable and service was incredible! It wasn't too busy when we got it so that was great. A lot of menu/donuts options. If you are ever in the area HIGHLY recommend stopping by!!
google avatar

Yelp
Mazzoa Donuts is the perfect spot for donuts! They have a great selection of donuts, even at 7:30pm. I had a Maple one and it was fresh and delicious. I tried some of my BF's Apple Fritter and wow- loved it! The woman working was super friendly and answered our questions patiently as we tried to decide which tasty donuts to get. The inside is simple and clean. There are a few tables if you choose to enjoy your donuts there. It's in a complex with 3 other food places. I'll definitely be back to support this local business!

Yelp
Don't sleep on Mazzoa Donuts! Best donut shop here in town! So I changed my diet about a week before the New Year because, y'know, New Year. I've been avoiding eating sweets/sugary items and sticking to protein packed healthy foods, but I wanted a donut or two (or twelve). We ordered a dozen assorted donuts - six donuts of my choice and six donuts of my boyfriend's choice. It was late in the evening at the time of our visitation, but they still had lots of donut choices to choose from. We selected the following donuts - two with pink icing and sprinkles, two with chocolate icing and sprinkles, two with chocolate icing and chocolate chips, two with chocolate icing alone, two with vanilla icing alone, and two apple fritters. These donuts were above and beyond amazing! The icing wasn't too sweet and the donuts were very doughy. The customer service was also friendly and very quick. This is a nice little donut shop that sits along Blue Diamond. I don't eat donuts that much, but I'll definitely swing by here next time!

Yelp
It was my hubby's birthday and he's not a fan of cake, so he requested donuts. I was going to get the same old boring name brand donuts, but then I decided to finally stop into this cute little bakery. Due to its location it's a little difficult to get to if you aren't traveling the correct direction on Blue Diamond, so I've been meaning to go for a long time but I seemed to never be on the right side of the road that would make it convenient to stop in. I also don't treat myself to donuts often, but that may change after trying Mazzoa! When I walked in, a nice lady named Cheryl hurried out of the back to greet me. I told her it was my first time in the store, and she was so helpful. The donuts looked fresh and delicious, and were very well presented. They weren't labeled, however, which is a pain for the customer (and workers alike) because I had to ask what every single thing was. It slowed things down a bit and could be resolved with simple signs stating what was what. I selected a half dozen assorted donuts, which included a cronut, a couple of cake donuts, and the rest raised yeast donuts. I had read that the cake donuts were a bit dry, but we didn't think that was the case at all. The raised yeast donuts were by FAR the best. Cheryl said since it was my first time in she wanted me to try her favorites, so she threw in a couple of donuts and cronut holes for free! I thought that was super nice of her. The donuts were a huge hit and tasted great. They are priced competitively with other bakeries and donut shops in the area, but their donuts are much larger. I also liked that they aren't loaded with too many toppings or sweet icing, you can really taste the fluffy, sweet dough. We couldn't eat all of the donuts so I removed the leftovers and put them in a tupperware container. Imagine my surprise when TWO DAYS LATER the donuts were still soft and edible! Mazzoa is a friendly place with a really tasty product. If you are craving donuts, this is the place you're looking for.

Yelp
Can't beat a good 'ole mom and pop donut shop. Service is always great and friendly. The maple bacon is really good and you can't go wrong with their glaze donut either.
google avatar

Yelp
The ladies were very respectful Donuts were good Though a bit pricey and some deals or discounts would lead to a noteble increase in sales
google avatar

Yelp
I love Mazzoa Donuts! When all my family has the same day off, I like stopping by here to bring some home for everyone to share. Donuts are one of my favorite treats and Mazzoa doesn't disappoint. I would definitely recommend coming early to get the most flavor options. Some of my favorites here are the blueberry donut, the coconut, the cronuts, and of course the regular glazed. The staff here is really kind and sometimes they'll even sneak in a little extra donut for us lol
google avatar

Dorian O.

Yelp
Pretty good doubts here. The apple fritter was delicious but the entire dozen was tasty. The only miss was a purple vanilla glazed item that didn't fit, not sure what went on there, but the custard and lemon filled donuts stood out above the rest. Not as good as Randy's but a step above most shops.
google avatar

Kelsey L.

Yelp
Love love love!! The doughnuts are always so fresh! Plenty of selection! The service is always top notch. My kids are Walsh excited to some see and pick out their favorites. The shop is cute inside simple with tables to sit and enjoy your doughnuts.

Lisa W.

Yelp
We love Mazzoa Donuts! Their donut holes are soft and moist. Not dry like some others we've tasted. We always get their donut holes, cinnamon rolls and glazed twists. The taste of their pastries reminds us of a bakery back home in Hawaii. The staff are always friendly and gives great customer service!
google avatar

Yelp
My adult son brought a dozen donuts home for our family to try last week. The donuts were delightful, fresh and delicious. My son reported the employees were friendly, helpful and welcoming. We've driven by this place many times but didn't stop. I am happy my son stopped in this time. I recommend trying this wonderful donut shop. The donuts are addicting as one isn't enough, you'll want to try another one because they are that good. We will definitely return to try more of their wonderful donuts.

A. B.

Yelp
I've purchased many more times since my last review. They are still amazing donuts, recently purchased a delightfully overfilled lemon donut. Please come here for good dough that makes you want more and doesn't overly stuff your gut. Excellent friendly service every time. Tip these hard workers!

Andrea M.

Yelp
So expensive for donuts! I was shocked. The price on their menu didn't match what I was charged either.

Mary O.

Yelp
The doughnuts were old and greasy. I won't be coming back!! Plus expensive for such poor quality.
google avatar

Mark M.

Yelp
I'm surprised by the glowing reviews. This place keeps getting more and more expensive. It's ridiculous. When I first started coming here a dozen was $14. I reviewed this place a year ago and in my review I stated a dozen was now over $18. I just came in here yesterday and a dozen is now $23.45??? Also they charge a 4% fee for using a credit card and they refuse to take bills larger than $20. Negatives: - A dozen donuts is $23.45 $$$$ - 4% fee for using a credit card - Will not accept bills over $20

Yelp
Are you craving savory sweet breakfast pastries that are a donut connoisseur's top choice?! Look no further than Mazzoa Donuts :) I was looking for a donut store after my littles' wanted donuts "Please MOMMMM!" I remembered seeing this little donut shop down Blue Diamond and decided to give it a try. I walked In to a fresh bakery smell and was pleased to see such a nice variety of donuts and additional pastries. I opted to buy a dozen that included glazed, coconut, and frosted donuts. The atmosphere of Mazzoa's was very clean and the employees were more than helpful to make recommendations to Mazzoa first-timers. Looking for delicious donuts near Mountain's Edge? Go get that pink-box from Mazzoa donuts!!

Yelp
The filipino guy. Who has long hair. Was very friendly would come back because of his kindness. Thanks again.

Yelp
Awesome little donut shop. The donuts are beautiful and delicious. Staff was very friend and the place was nice and clean. I did unfortunately get a bad container of milk from the fridge, but they promptly replaced it when I asked. I also had a nice Apple fritter. Will definitely go again!
google avatar

Lien N.

Yelp
Sent my son in to grab just a few donuts enough for the three of us earlier tonight (~8:15pm). The lady that helped my son was friendly and kind to him! Thank you for the hookup. The donuts here are fresh and melt in your mouth delicious! Not too sweet, dry, or overly complicated. The real OGs of donuts with all the flavors you're looking for when you just want a donut without all the fluff.

Felipe C.

Yelp
Love this place. Donuts are delicious and gorgeous. Prices are fair. Service is great. No frills and fuss. Just a great product.
google avatar

Alicia Akane D.

Yelp
Donuts on the south side, just off blue diamond. My son absolutely loves their donuts. Not only do they have sweet, but I love how they have savory. Ham and cheese or pigs in a blanket. All donuts have this doughy and perfect fluff kind of texture. Definitely not a disappointment and to top it off the staff is just as sweet as their donuts I'm pretty sure this is a family owned business and that makes it even more of a reason to support. Definitely recommend!

Jean R.

Yelp
Great donuts that are always fresh! Fast service for when you are making a quick run in before heading into the office, this my offices favorite go to donut shop!
google avatar

Judit C.

Yelp
Who doesn't like a great donut? I certainly can't drive by this shop and not go in when I'm in the area. Always a good selection of donuts are available here! My favorite is the Plain Donut ... and my friend's favorite is the Apple Fritters ... We always getting those from here! The dough is very fresh and puffy. The Apple Fritters are far better than anywhere else in town! They have actual apple pieces and cinnamon in them. Employees are super friendly with a great smile on their faces and they almost always add extra donuts to the top of what we purchased! That's so sweet, it's always making me smile too! Thank you Mazzoa Donuts!
google avatar

franceska l.

Yelp
Great selection, friendly staff! Only knocked down a star because almost all the sprinkled donuts did not have sprinkles throughout the donut. Instead only a sliver of the donut has sprinkles. But I did like how they had such a variety! They had glazed donuts, cake donuts, and even crullers.
google avatar

Danna D.

Yelp
I was craving donuts early afternoon and decided to go to Mazzoa since they have great reviews. Not sure if it was just later in the day but almost half of the donuts I ordered were dry and stale. Overall, the space looks great and somewhat instagrammable but it was a bit in random places. For example, the neon sign was above a doorway of a hallway, it might be better somewhere isolated so people can take pictures without hovering over those ordering. The lady who helped me was really nice and answered my questions. A bit bummed out that I didn't get to try their cronuts since they ran out early, but that's my mistake! I ordered a dozen donuts and they were: Glazed buttermilk bar - the driest of them all Maple buttermilk bar - pretty dry Chocolate old fashion - pretty good, but it was a bit dry as well Glazed old fashion - same as the chocolate Vanilla maple drizzle donut (yeast based) - pretty good, not too sweet which I prefer Chocolate cake donut - mom enjoyed it but also a bit dense Regular glaze - nothing fancy, but nice and pully Cinnamon glaze - light on the cinnamon but appreciate it not being too sweet Blueberry donut - light on the sweetness but once again dense I think I would give this place another try but I'll come earlier. In the same token, I think quality should be consistent any time of the day. Overall, friendly service, nice space, just dry and dense donuts (for the most part).
