When we arrived it was a seat yourself. As we chose our seats the blonde ponytail bartender yelled from across the room whatcha drinking. Which was ehhh alright. We were only given one menu to share and as our order was being taken she rudely interrupted my boyfriend to literally yell FRIES before he could say he wanted tots. We were appalled. Then later a different woman took continued taking care of us. The food was good as my boyfriend finished his plate but the nachos being the whole reason we came, came with ballpark nacho cheese which was NOT okay as it used to come with white queso. Overall we won’t be returning due to unacceptable service and mannerisms.

Quiet atmosphere with tasty options. Open late on a Sunday - major bonus after an evening flight from out of town. Julia was a pleasure and had great recommendations. Would definitely come back!

I've been going to Mazzy's for years now and always have a great time. They have some pretty awesome specials throughout the week and great pool tables. Liza, Lisa, Ashley and Sam are always very attentive and offer great service every time. I would absolutely recommend Mazzy's to anyone in Marietta!

Great to sit out on the deck on a Sunday with the light shining on a hot delicious cheese steak sandwich with some fries and a drink.

Love going to mazzys On Wednesdays they have 3 dollar well drinks Bartenders sam and Lisa are awesome and Liza always makes us feel so welcomed Pool and darts are a favorite there as well

I've had some pretty average bar food at Mazzy's in the past, but this time, the burger and fries were absolutely incredible! Must be a new (way better!!) chef or something. It's always been a great spot to hang out with some friends, coworkers, etc., have a beer or whatever, watch sports, talk leagues and standings, etc., but now I'm looking forward to returning for a really amazing dinner, too!

Great food and people. Relatively quiet unless you are there during peak hours. Have been there numerous times and will go back again (at least for their wings and tots 😋). Overall, this a great place for lunch and dinner. Their balcony seating is ideal for large groups, especially for a gathering after work.

Update: Tried Marietta again over the weekend and they've made quite the turnaround in the last few weeks. The Steak bites were much better than last time. Wish I was able to have them medium rare but the sauce was better. Well done Mazzys.

I love going to Mazzy's! They're always kind, fast and efficient pick-up. It's the kind of place that has a local vibe, always a lot of people at the bar and people doing activities together. It gives a sense of community to a location that has historically been very cold and commercial oriented. My favorite thing to do is order food here late at night because they're usually open until 2:00 AM. Nothing compares around here at that hour! And the food is always top notch, delicious. You can't go wrong with Mazzy's. It's a great place to bring your family and friends or alone. Everybody I've had try it has loved it so far.

The food was good, I got the quesadilla and it was huge! The fries were bomb, Caesar salad was exactly what I expected it to be, love that. Vibe was good, service was friendly. We also hit the back room with the pool tables, 10 out of 10 recommend playing the pong game in the corner.

It's a good sports bar. Food wise stick to the pretzel or French fries. Beer selections are good. Our waitress was very cool. They turned on the game we wanted to watch. Would totally go back!

This was my first visit to Mazzy's Sports Bar in Marietta. On the surface, I didn't expect a lot when it came to the service or the food. However, I was pleasantly surprised to find the opposite. First, the service was really good. Our server Lizza was friendly and super attentive. She anticipated our needs and provided refills, extra napkins, and to go containers before we even asked. The food was most definitely the highlight of the experience. Our server recommended a number of items from the menu, but she said that the burgers were probably the most popular. I ordered the Fully Loaded burger cooked medium rare. The burger was super juicy, very flavorful, and cooked perfectly. It came with Swiss, Jack, and American cheese topped with two strips of crispy bacon and a fried egg. this was one of the best burgers I've had in a very long time. Based upon Lizza's friendly and super attentive service combined with the taste and quality of the food, I would definitely consider returning and recommending Mazzy's Sports Bar in Marietta.

I visited this location around noon on a Saturday. It was not busy which was good bc I was hungry. I decided on shrimp and grits bc I was still feeling like breakfast. The way the cheese gave the film texture, I already knew it must've been old. Once I stuck my spoon in my dish i the grits were hard and not creamy. I've uploaded the picture of the hard layer of grits which lit me know this plate was warmed up and not fresh at all. The manager came over to check on us. I informed him about my disappointment he immediately took it back and replace my order with shrimp tacos and onion rings. The rings were crispy and the batter has flavor.

Ambience is chill and relaxed! Service is excellent!!! Love Lisa! Very personable, transparent recommendations, everything delicious!!!

This place is a classic for sure. Service, the food, the drinks are all great. But I can only play a max of 3 games of pool until I'm bored of the music. I don't know who is in charge of the playlist, but please please please invest in touch-tunes!!! It sounds like really loud hiphop or rock elevator music.

My husband was in the restaurant Saturday watching football with my son. I not sure who the manger on duty was but he was So rude and asked my husband to leave. My husband is an attorney and is the easiest going guy. We have a special needs so that was with him. I would not recommend anyone go there ever... there no need to be rude ... he should be fired..

Consistent food quality, great wings, Philly, burgers, etc. Great taps and TVs everywhere. Best of all, fair prices for all!

This is a great sports bar to watch any football game, but if you're a Jets fan this is the place to be. All the TVs in the right section of the restaurant play the Jets game, and you can still see the other games on the TVs by the bar or to the left of the place. If you go during a Jets game you will see all the Jet fans sit on the right to cheer and yell as the Jets play. The waitress is great and we always get the lemon pepper and buffalo wings. This is definitely the best place for Jet fans to watch the Jets play.

Had a wonderful time at Maisie when you come in on Thursdays and Mondays look for Ashley. She's super Duper cool waitress. Great dates but plenty a pool tables. Great atmosphere plenty of parking.. this place is local on Roswell Road Ttop what are you gonna take? It will be the second one not this first one Amos Sister same thing when I was coming down here or you could just go straight here when I was coming down the other day I kept saying like take this left and I was like no no no and I kept going straight and there's another left over here which push you I think it's the ass right here , yeah it's right right I mean yeah this is why I was like. Oh my God oh my God in the right way because I don't wanna be on the highway you know scare it's not it was dark and I knew that if I just ride Roswell Road. I'll hit the big chick and I know my way home from there but this put you right on Delk Road.

Food was ok nothing to write home about, server was pretty good, too many items on the menu for it to be a sports bar! Maybe the time of day we went but wasn't very busy which was great cause we were hungry! But give it a solid three stars place was clean also!

Been here several times. Great place to hang out for drinks and shoot pool on the weekends. Good group of patrons and employees alike. Matt, Tucker, Lisa, Court, Ashley, Sarah, Liza all genuinely care about keeping you around. Food is great. Drinks are cold. Pitchers are very reasonably priced. Highly recommend. Wings are the best in the Roswell Rd area where it's located. In fact, every other item we've had from the menu has been delicious, as well. Great job running and maintaining the place. Can't wait to see the new big screen!!

This is our late night go to place! Grilled chicken club is my favorite and fried chicken club is my other half's. Always fresh, large sandwich, juicy and delicious!!! Our kiddo loves the chicken tenders, which are homemade and delicious. My one recommendation would be to switch to iceberg lettuce for the sandwich! That's just being picky though. Thanks for the great food!!!

Explore the menu thoroughly, but I highly recommend the chicken wings. They come in a variety of delicious flavors. My favorite, as you'll see in the photo, is the sweet chili wings. Lemon pepper also great. If you're going to come here for dinner, I recommend the Hawaiian chicken. Absolutely delectable. Feeling like appetizers? The mozzarella sticks are breathtaking. What I love about this place is, even though it's a sports bar, it's relatively quiet a lot of the time. And it's nice and dark in here. Want more than food? They have darts and billiards here also. The restaurant is separate from the bar and the sports, so it is a good place to bring your family. Good music too! Ask for Jordan. She rocks!

Awful quality for the price. The shrimp pasta got me six shrimp and some noodles and sauce for 16.50. smaller portion. Alfredo sauce was rather bland, it wasn't topped with the parm visibly, after getting 75% of the promised shrimp, they were small and rubbery. Criminal to charge that much. I got this because it was listed under popular items on their online menu- bad choice. My loaded fries were limp. Picked through them and threw the rest away. Ordered on the website and was given a window to pick up my order in and arrived right at my time, but it had been ready for 6-8 minutes just sitting there. Why no text alert?

Very nice bar on roswell road in marietta. Lots of Tv's not too crowded, good food at reasonable prices. They played a nice variety of music. The staff was friendly and courtesy. They have pool tables

I've been here 3 times now, which is enough where I'll leave a review. Wings are decent, Chelsea is the bartender I have seen the past few times and she's kind and attentive. I'm a waiter as well. Kitchen takes a bit sometimes depending on what you order. Overall it's pretty good for late night food when I get off work, and I'd come here to watch a game sometime.

Service was great! I asked the servers for recommendations, she recommended pasta. I was indeed in the mood for pasta. I had the Cajun shrimp pasta... let me tell you about this pasta! It was amazing!!!! It wasn't dry nor hard. The shrimp were cooked to perfection. I didn't need black pepper or salt because the past was great the way it was. We were able to play pool one hour free at that. I had Hennessy margaritas, they were made very well. The only con is the fact that they smoke in the restaurant which makes sense. It's a sports bar but the smoking can be so over powering. Other than that I enjoyed it.

Should be zero stars. Bartender in the pool hall tonight just stared at us while we waited to be able to pay our tab. After while we gave up and decided to walk to the main bar to pay. As soon as we stepped foot off the bar she yelled "YALL HAVE A TAB TO PAY!" After explaining we had been waiting for someone to acknowledge us she said "I was running food" but she was really just sitting at a table of what seemed like her friends and could Have cared less about customer service. Terrible experience and would not recommend. Go to The Wing 2 min down the road and you'll be treated with actual respect.

Today I ordered from this restaurant using Postmates. This was the worst service BY FAR. The order was marked ready on my phone notifications after 20 minutes, which was reasonable. We went to the restaurant and were a little confused in finding it, but once I came inside and asked about the order they let me know that the machine did not notify them, and that they are still preparing it. After the 45 minute mark of waiting, the food was still not ready. They said it was another 5 minutes, but I was already late for work and decided to just cancel the order and try the place another time. I found after leaving that if I were to cancel on my phones app, I would be charged as the order was already marked ready. I called back to ask if Lisa could cancel it for me and her response was "Look, I have other customers okay?" And to hang up the phone on me. I called again assuming it was an accident and when my boyfriend asked if she hung up she said "I cancelled your order already!" And hung up a second time. This prompted both of us to call in late and call Chris while on the way to the restaurant. He said he was the manager and that he was going to handle the situation, and then proceeded to ignore me telling him that cancelling it myself would result in us being charged to yell back at us over the phone that "I need to calm down" and "he sees why she hung up on us". I need not mention we are people of color and the two we were dealing with were white people that disregarded us as we walked in the door. If a racist establishment is what you run here, then I guess everything above is to be expected. But because I had to walk into your kitchen and speak on your phone with Postmates merchant service to get the refund, I do not understand why you are paying two people that are completely incompetent about the way the restaurant works for the job. Two completely unknown angry customers were allowed into the kitchen to handle the situation themselves because as both Chris and Lisa put it, "we have ACTUAL customers". If the color of our skin makes a difference then I hope the review I post everywhere shows anyone that ISNT a racist that this is not a place to frequent. Good day and good luck. (And yes, I heard the n-word whispered multiple times between the patrons at the bar and Lisa, so clearly I am not imagining anything.)

I'd say 3.5 stars is appropriate overall so I'll round up. The wait staff is usually hustling pretty hard, though I can echo other comments that certain tables strategically get more love (which is normal for most places.) haven't played darts here but poker night was popping on Thursday. The Pool area we have gotten table service on drinks which is nice and the price for an hour of billiards is reasonable. The beer prices themselves are ok, but not amazing. The food is generally pretty average. Spicy fried cauliflower was quite good and the mozzarella sticks usually are, too. The burger is fine and popular, my coworker even asked for a veggie burger and said that was good. I've had chicken entree, pasta, and cheesesteak off the top of my head which were all savory when having a lot of beer, but not where I'd bring my wife for a nice date meal.

Consistent, friendly, good food and a great price. With lots of pool tables and dart boards, huge screens to watch the game, and a separate smoking area in the back, this location of Mazzy's has a lot to offer that will surely entertain. The experienced bartenders have the knowledge to help you navigate their well-curated beer list. And the menu offers a wide variety of American fare as well as a rotating list of specials. This place even gives the wing joint that is close by a run for their money. Ask for the "off the menu" sauces - I recommend the medium spiced Nagle's BBQ. Ask for those wings extra crispy and you will be pleased.

Really awful food. Chicken parm was tasteless and my wife would not take a second bite. I was seriously concerned that I would chip a tooth on the wings, and the pasta looked and tasted like it was 3 days old. No - I never wanted 'more' food this bad

Food was fine, waitress was fine, this review is completely based on the playlist. Whoever makes the playlist has to be insane, it is a fever dream of a random cacophony of genres. It's a crazy mixture of everything from mumble rap, to 80s rock, to 90s hip hop, to nu metal, to generic pop all on shuffle. It is a confusing experience, and made me feel like I was losing my mind. I feel like sticking to a genre, or a decade, or any unifying theme shouldn't be too much to ask?

4 or 5 stars for the sports viewing and friendly staff. 2 or 3 stars for the food and length of time it takes to get it. Mazzy's is the best sports bar in the area -- it's where my coworkers and I have been coming for years to watch sports during lunch. I can't tell you how many free lunches I've earned through Mazzy's Lunch Club cards (buy 6 lunches, get 7th free). A whole bunch. The food isn't great here, but it's reasonably priced, especially at lunch. The restaurant is starting to roll out new specials, which are different than the typical bar food they normally churn out. In fact, I was the first person *ever* to try out their new/experimental "Gyro Platter" ($6.95) last week. It was pretty good. They made a gyro wrap complete with gyro meat and Greek tzatziki sauce with a side of tots. OK, tater tots aren't traditionally served with gyros, but it works. It's hard to mess up tots and Mazzy's version is fine. I did try their Grouper Platter ($8.29) the week before last and it was awful. Two of us ordered this and the order came out wrong. Instead of grouper with steamed mixed vegetables over a bed of rice, we got no rice and a few shrimp instead. By the time I was able to notify our server about the mistake, we'd already finished our grouper and veggies. She brought us out plates of rice anyway. This was annoying, but wasn't a huge deal. What was terrible was the grouper itself. It was incredibly salty. So salty to the point of almost being inedible. Sports viewing is still top-notch here. They've been using the same HDTVs and HD projection screens for years now and the images still look bright and crisp. One thing I appreciate is oftentimes you can hear the audio from the TV feed. Most sports bars don't do this or the atmosphere is too loud to be able to hear the sound. Not at Mazzy's. The managers are also amenable to channel change requests. Mazzy's is a spacious and clean sports bar. The chairs aren't very comfortable and the place sometimes has a generic, uninviting feel to it, which is hard to put into words. My coworkers and I are always mystified how this place remains in business since it always seems like we're the only customers during lunch or happy hour (~6pm). We assume they get most of their business at night and on weekends.

I don't drink much in the OTP, but after a dinner in Marietta, this was the next stop along the way. Open late, til 2AM, I believe, the parking lot was packed around 10:30pm on a weeknight (CRAZY). It's very laid back inside, with a central bar with barstools as well as tables littered on either side. TV's all around for easy and convenient sports viewing. We sat down for a bit with one of our good friends who lives less than a mile from the bar. He's a regular here, so all the bartenders recognized him. He didn't need to get carded ("Oh, I know your ID, I don't need to see it") but my dinner companion and I were still carded. We ordered some cheap house cocktails while my friend ordered a draft beer. There are quite a few beers on draft for cheap, although none I prefer. I'm a craft beer girl, myself. After spying the full bar, I ordered a Mai Tai for $5.45 (unheard of!) Even after a full meal less than an hour before arriving at Mazzy's, we talked ourselves into ordering a basket of fries ($2.95) and proceeded to devour the basket quickly. The fries aren't anything special but omg they were good when drenched in ketchup. It really hit the spot. If I'm ever in the area and need a place to get a cheap drink or bite, I'm definitely stopping by here again.

This place is a really cool vibe. don't knock it till ya try it, i like the drinks and they have a lot of pool tables. even a private pool room if you wanna get away from everyone else. their loaded fries are so good & if i didn't think i'd get diabetes i'd eat them everyday. glad there's a place like this near atlanta

Food and drinks are always good. We usually don't come for the food though, we love to go there play darts (for $1 at that and decent boards) in a smoke-free environment and watch sports! Great place to spend some time and be able to hear each talk too. I would give 5 stars but service is usually slow and we have to ask someone for the darts and drinks. If you like to play pool, they have a bunch of tables in the poolroom in the back, with lots of smoking allowed so it has that great bar feel if you like that sort of thing.

While visiting Atlanta me and my husband was looking for somewhere to watch the Alabama game and found this place on Google. This is definitely a MEGA Sports Bar!! The atmosphere was nice and the staff is friendly. Drinks are strong & a GREAT price. I can't say nothing nice about the food :( We started out with the queso & chips, queso was watery, runny cheese and lacking flavor but the chips was fresh. I 1st ordered the shrimp & grits, it was drowned in greasy sauce. Then I ordered The MOAB (cheeseburger) well done. It was burned and dry but I ate 1/2 of it and enjoyed my fries & drinks!! But my husband did enjoy his gyro.

This place has turned into a pool hall. Pool tables are in the back, behind a difficult to find door. The bathrooms are nasty, never have hand towels, never clean. The food is short order type cruisine, burgers are rarely cooked to order, fries are often dropped twice. After 15 yrs of patronage, sending food back to help them get it right, helping mop floors, befriending employees, even knowing the owners by name - I have to revise my review based on newly developed bad habits and hateful employees. With an inscincere or incapable desire to please patrons, service here is zombie like. The employees are rundown, they are untrained, they cant even respond to a complaint without blaming the customer. They literally are more interested in their friends, than anyone else. Its just gone down hill. Everytime this company opens another location, I think "wow, this company is ambitious!", But they fail to look back. Running a restaurant is difficult, running two is exponentially harder, five? They need help. I wont go to this location ever again. I have been to every location to check them out - this location has been left out to dry. Sorry to all my friends who work here, your ship is sinking. Sad.

I decided to order food on Tuesday evening, the 4th of January 2022. I ordered and decided to pick up my food. See the receipt that shows my purchase. First, the date is not even right in their system. Friday, January 4th 2002 is NOT the right date. Thats the first violation/red flag. When I got there, I parked at the curb by the front door. I walked in and was not acknowledged by anyone. I stood there and noticed that no one working there had on a mask. Those that were in the kitchen touching food did not have gloves on. That was the second red flag. I paid for my food with cash before the order came out. I gave her $40. She asked if I needed change back. I decided to be nice and let the server keep the change on a to go order. My order came out, I took it outside to my car, I looked it over and realized the fried fish sandwich was not fried. Aside from that, the quesadilla order was missing. Before I could go back inside the server came outside with the quesadilla. I mentioned to her that the fish order was incorrect. She took the fish order back inside and asked if I was going to wait for it....OF COURSE. What else am I going to do? While I waited, the remaining items I'd ordered were getting cold. Its now 15 minutes later. I decide to be proactive and go back inside. When I walk in it is still NOT busy. There is staff standing around doing nothing. The server then comes out with my fish sandwich order, opens the box and shows me what it looks like which is the picture posted. It was at that point I asked for the now COLD order to be replaced. They refused. I asked for the manager. The person posted here is the supposed cook AND manager. He told me he would not replace my meal. he said he would drop it back in the grease but would NOT replace it fresh as requested. Red flag #3...it is not by code allowed to take food back and reissue it. He suggested otherwise. See the code I posted in the picture. He said it was my fault the food got cold and even tried to indicate that I never ordered it fried. I have proof the person on the phone asked how I wanted it cooked. It was at this point when i realized that the now fried fish was probably recooked and reissued to me with tater tots that were put back in the grease and reissued to me. I then told him that I did not want the balance of my order due to the circumstances. He REFUSED AND DID NOT GIVE ME A REFUND. He refused me a refund on food that was not satisfactory, had left outside the building, come back into the building and was handle by staff that had no gloves and no mask. I gave him several opportunities to do the right thing but he refused to comply. Well, instead of creating a scene I decided to use this platform to warn everyone about the type of service you encounter at this establishment on Roswell Road in Marietta GA. I will use my voice to make a difference and encourage others to do the same.

We wanted to give this place a try since it was located close to our house, but I was disappointed. The whole place is dark , musty and outdated, which gave it a dirty feel. We sat at the bar and had a nice enough bartender but you could tell he wasn't very enthused about having to wait on customers. The food was fine but not good enough to want to come back. Sorry, we were really hoping for a nice neighborhood establishment.

Shout out to Chris and Matt- these guys make Mazzys more than just a typical sports bar. We had booked the private room for opening NFL Sunday and had been looking forward to having 20 of our friends join us for the occasion. Literally every single person cancelled on us the day of due to people overreacting to the hurricane. I figured I was out $120 and needed to find better friends . In comes Matt and Chris with a $120 gift card which is BEYOND what we were expecting. I have been in the restaurant business for 20 years and it's people like this that make a good bar a great bar. Not to mention the sweet chili tenders are DELICIOUS.

Eddie is the man. He always takes such great care of me and my friends. I love that this place has dry county vodka blueberry lemonade on tap.

We have tried to like Mazzy's the meals have been hit and miss. Our first time there we both enjoyed the meals but the experience was so so. You seat yourself which in a place as big as this was bit off putting especial if you miss the sign. So we tried a second time knowing what to expect when we got there and this time the food was still OK but the service was very slow. Going for best of three we agreed to go back again. This time the food wasn't as good and the service had not improved. It a shame as there is something about Mazzy's that I want to like it would be great if they could get it together.

You lookin' for a fight? There are almost always dudes here who'll fight. Open later than most of the other places in the local Marietta area, there's a decent smudge of high school duders hanging around here with their pool sticks and their big cars with subwoofers, ready to take it to the parking lot. Not that it's scary here. It's a sports bar. It's kind of huge. They have a whole wing of dart boards where you can go head to head and drink up on a beer. There have TV screens everywhere so you make sure you see all of your games at once. I like to have 17 American games all broadcast to me at the same time so if there's any minute where I start to get bored when ol' Joe Montana is done chuckin' the pigskin, then I can turn and see good old Orel Hershiser burnin' a slider right across the plate. I want to watch the Steelers and the Bruins and the Sox and the Colts and the Packers and the Cubs all at once. More sports! The main bar room is kind of swanky seeming, or could be, with dim lights and very clean, but no one ever seems to be hanging out in that section. Most of the action is in the back where the pool tables are. They have a lot of tables and usually it's pretty jumpin' after 10. Do you like to shoot billiards? You can shoot billiards here.

The best thing about this place is the prices are cheap. But so is the food quality. Greasy, limp fries and wings. Rubber burger. Stunning noise level. On Saturday night they were out of their specials and other items. It took longer to get our check than to get and eat our (first and last) order.

I'm updating my review since I have visited several more times since my original review and based on my recent visits I think this is a really great sports bar. The best thing about it is the layout and quality of the viewing screens. They also turn on the sound for the games. For major events like NFL playoffs and so forth you'll get a really good crowd here who gets into the game with clapping and cheering, so it's a great atmosphere for sports fans. The food is really decent and they have a good selection. There are options for people who want something that isn't a calorie bomb. I really like their platters that are served with wild rice and steamed vegetables. The bourbon chicken is a specialty and is excellent, with a very tasty sauce. The grilled chicken platter is also really good, with a flame broiled 7 oz chicken breast served on top of wild rice with vegetables. You can add a salad for only $1.99, and the salad is a pretty decent side. The beer selection is not large but it's decent, and the prices on the drafts are below average. One warning is that the appetizers are really large. If you come by yourself and order chips and salsa, you'll get a huge plate of chips. They're really designed for two people. The price to value ratio is really high here. I really recommend coming here if you want to watch a game while you enjoy a meal. Everything about this place is average except the service which was below average. Food was fine, atmosphere was fine, prices are fine. Nothing great, nothing terrible. Probably won't return.

Pretty great surroundings if you're trying to catch a game in marietta and wanted to watch on a big screen. The beers are really good as they have craft beers. Food is decent but not great and a little pricey. Overall customer service is solid. A-
