A Texas Department of Agriculture–certified, GO TEXAN member market spotlighted by Explore McAllen. Saturdays year-round bring citrus, greens, eggs, salsas, and artisan goods—direct from RGV producers—with community demos sprinkled in.

First time going to McAllen farmers market today. Very happy with I believe micro greens definitely recommend the watermelon one and the mixed one They were absolutely delicious and very fresh just cut when you buy!!!!!!!!! Absolutely thrilled with the green beans cooking as I’m typing!!!!!! Also happy that I got some dried chamomile. And The really disappointing part when I went to another vendor I bought some Roma tomatoes definitely not local very bland flavored look like they were just shipped from Mexico these tomatoes were also gassed not Vine ripen but with the other items that I bought, I was satisfied with them. Just hoping people would be more honest on local produce.

Love the fresh veggies & fruit I was able to get. All were extremely delicious. By far my favorite were the beets and the nopales. We also purchased a essential massage oil which is amazing.

This farmers market is very small and yet so cute! It is worth the drive.

A nice day for the Farmers market. Ran into a large group of aspiring physicians assistants in the UTRGV Pre-PA Society. Took my blood pressure for free. The vendors were pleasant to converse with. It's nice to have local honey available, plants, & homemade goodies.

Although some vendors were out of samples pretty quickly there was a good selection of vendors to view. There was a variety of Vegan options too. The original artwork and bakery items both was nice, but I liked the Quail Egg presentation the best, and enjoyed the walk through.

First time here. It's a bit hectic with people walking in and out of the public library and finding parking can be difficult. There were approximately 12 booths/tents and some vendors lacked information on what they were selling. One in particular, Cacao RX, was very informative and made a lasting impression on me with their product presentation.

There isn’t a lot of the same things you’ll see everywhere else. My favorite is the mushroom man. Like to combine it with library book sale.
