Online said there was a store open to the public, even an exiting employee said I could get a pass but the matronly security guard treated me like I was trying to steal gold. I have never been treated more rudely. You have lost a life long customer

Well it was I was scratching my head when I 1st saw it I saw well dill pickle seasoning it doesn't sound like it's gonna be good but man on vegetables it's like you forgot you were eating vegetables I know you're supposed to eat them but a lot of people don't like them and I'm 1 of them well I do like tomatoes I give you that and corn is pretty good but most of them I don't like so this is really good and it's got pepper in it and I usually don't like that much pepper but it's actually I'll tell you in this I would give this for vegetables.

4th generation in my family to use McCormick products. One favorite is your Coarse Ground Black Pepper 3.12 oz. The lids were changed from 11 small holes to 5 larger ones. Everyone cried “supply chain”. 4 years later and you have yet to return to the original lid. I completely ruined a meal when the black pepper came pouring out all over the prepared meal. I called back In January and the call center person swore all the new packaging was in the stores. Nope, I got a five hole lid. I was issued a coupon and tonight I got another bottle - five holes😡. The customer service line continues to apologize and say that they will pass on the information; but what good does it do when you don’t listen to your customers?

The flavor in their seasons are amazing! I like to cook and better yet I like to eat and entertain, so I do a lot of cooking. Food is what brings everyone together, I can’t imagine not having my spices from McCormick & Company to bring ultimate flavor to my dishes. Also the pay out dividends if you a stock holder, so invest.

We stopped by today under the impression that the company store was open to the public but even though that wasn’t the case, we did not leave empty handed. A very kind employee by the name of Beth overheard us and decided to give us two bags of free samples for coming such a long way to visit.
