Hot Chicken Restaurant Hattie B’s Previews Food Before Austin Opening | Eater Austin
"At the McCullough Theatre on the University of Texas at Austin campus, Food — a multi-sensory, interactive dinner-party performance by creator, co-director, and performer Geoff Sobelle that examines dining and food — premiered on Feb. 1 with showtimes running through Feb. 4." - Nadia Chaudhury
I had a lot of fun here, the production of Jesus christ superstar was really good. They encouraged audience feedback, which added to the fun. The performers were all top notch. The theater is not to big, so all seats are a good view of the stage.

A beautiful, intimate performance hall. Acoustics are very good for vocal, choral, and chamber ensembles; I'm not sure about a full size concert band, but it might be okay. Seating is comfortable.
Paid parking is available nearby in the UTA San Jacinto Garage which is accessible from either San Jacinto or Trinity streets

For theater goers, you'll love that you can see the stage clearly from any seat. Parking can be difficult but it's at the UT Campus so plan accordingly.

Excellent theatre overshadowed by Bass Concert Hall. Great place to see live performances.
