Very rarely you get your needs met at most McDonald’s but here at grand st there service is amazing and there food omg. Me and my husband have been coming here for a few months now and their food is always fresh and hot. The most important thing when buying McDonald’s. Thank you guys for a great service. Keep up the good work. Love this place.

Update: This location constantly gets my orders wrong. I'm writing this as I sit in front of the building after being told to pull forward and someone would bring me the burger they forgot to ring up. This is the worst location in town. I've been sitting here for twenty minutes. Their fries are always old, the orders are always wrong, the drinks don't taste right, the tables are usually dirty. This will likely be the last time I visit this location. It was convenient due to the proximity to home, but I'd rather drive another ten minutes to a decent location. This location is always kind of meh. The food is usually okay but the drink machine seems to always be just a bit off. The fries are typically stale, but sometimes you'll catch them on a good day. The dine in experience is not recommended at this location, especially during lunch.

I was looking for the K-pop toys in the Happy Meals and the employees there were so sweet and helpful. I was needing the #2 and was looking for over 2 weeks and finally found it. I was so excited. I loved how they took the time to look. They had great customer service and were very nice and I will only come to this McDonalds for now on. I did ask another McDonald's if they help me look for a certain number K-pop toy and they said our manager said we cannot do that. I said then you just lost a customer. So, the McDonalds on Grand, you rock and I totally appreciate everything you did. Thank you! Food was great too.

I remember when I was a kid McDonald’s was a place where kids would be excited to go and eat it was a place where adults loves to take their kids to. & it was a place of pure enjoyment for families. But now it’s just a cold hearted place where nobody really wants to go to. 9 times out of 10 the employees are rude and they really just care about the customers. Most customers just can’t wait to leave McDonald’s after they place an order. McDonald’s do better. Bring back the fun family, friendly place.

I recently ordered a full-sized Oreo McFlurry, but upon receiving it, I noticed it was less than half full. When I inquired about the portion size, two team members looked at each other but did not provide any explanation or response. Instead, they simply stared at me until I left. I found this interaction to be quite unprofessional and disappointing. I hope this matter can be addressed to ensure a better experience for future customers.

I asked for salt and ketchup and the guy gave me two salt packets and two ketchup packets. I didn’t think that would be nearly enough, but I thanked him and drove away. When I pulled my fries out of the bag I saw that they were barely half full and that two ketchup packets would be more than enough. They laid the fries down sideways and at a glance it looked full. Aside from that everything was fine. Just check your bags before driving away.

Horrendous service. Avoid it!!! Do NOT go to this location. We waited 5 minutes to order even though there was only 1 car in front of us. They ran our card without verifying that the order was correct or that we were the right customers. They sent us to wait past the windows. We sat there for over 5 minutes waiting on our order. When someone finally came out, she said that we had been charged for another person's order and not our order so she wanted our credit card back to charge us. Or our card back to give us a refund and refused to give a $2 cash refund. So MULTIPLE employees screwed up and we had already been at this location for 10 minutes. She was apparently the manager and refused to give her name so I've attached pictures. This was from 10 to 10:15 on 12/31. We waited another 5 minutes for her to return the card and she never did so we went through the drive thru AGAIN to get our CC back. They FINALLY had our food ready and wanted to charge our card instead of giving us the refund. The manager name that is listed PUBLICLY is Anita F. (The name is posted publicly but I am not posting the full name).

I don't normally give all five star to McDonald's; however, this location was quite friendly! And our original plan for breakfast I've the campfire didn't pan out because of the wind, so they definitely came in clutch. I ordered my fave Mcd's breakfast, the bacon, egg, cheese McGriddle no syrup. Hubby ordered the two breakfast sausage burritos meal. They didn't give us the pic are sauce but that's alright. Good job! Keep it up

The food was excellent. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the store was immaculately clean. I wish I lived close to this McDonald's. I'm driving out of state on a road trip and stop by this one, but I will be sure to visit it again on the way back. Keep up the great work.

They can't get anything right ordered a 10 pc nugget got a 6 pice then ordered three mcdobles and got two one with cheese and one with nothing on it happens every time I go here. I can't stand it if you don't order in Spanish you won't get your food right and even then you have to be lucky enough the guys running the grill can read English

Worst MacDonalds ever! I gave my receipt to show they gave me the wrong order yet they didn't apologize. The workers kept on saying my order was right but I didn't want to be disturbance to the place so I left after many tries to at least get them to understand. My friends who also order at the same time I did didn't even get their orders right as well. Even after trying to resolve the issue they left us going with the wrong orders, also want to add they touch our food without gloves while trying to see our food on why we was complaining. One of the worst places to visit or even go to get a burger, the workers rude and nasty.

VEGAN OPTIONS - No This location is super grody. While on a road trip, we stopped to use the bathroom and my partner grabbed some grub. Poor service. Food needed to be sent back. The second time was no better. The entire place was filthy. Avoid this location if you can.

The cashier was so Rude! Like really get some customer service skills. You work with the public. Learn how to speak to ppl. The food was okay. They don't serve lunch till 11 a.m. online it says 1030 a.m. Coffee was disgusting. But the flies are all over. Like really! What is the deal. Do something. No one wants flies all over their food.

This is the worst restaurant I've patronized. The service is slow, the food is cold, the employees just lie to your face. I was told last night they were waiting on fries. When I got my food it was barely warm. I waited about 15 minutes at the delivery window. The cashier was at her work station and was very pleasant. But after that teenie bopper lied to my face, the cashier had to deliver my food. The last time I was there I waited 40 minutes for my food. If y'all need a new manager, give me a call. I can turn your restaurant into a money making machine

This place was horrible! 09/20/2020 10:15 am. The manager was horrible, she needs more training. She couldn't take more order, she had my wife pull up to the window and still got the order wrong. I'm disappointed. Before you leave the window. Be sure to check your order. Come on I know you can do better!

I am writing this on behalf of my sister... I left McDonalds and starting eating my cheeseburgers on my way home. I was halfway home when I was about to eat my chicken nuggets and realize my hands were smeared with buffalo sauce that was opened. As I opened the chicken nuggets I see that there was 4 half eaten chicken nuggets in my box and an open container of buffalo sauce! I was disgusted and sick to my stomach knowing someone that was handling my food while eating on the job...especially with Covid19 going on! I made my way back McDonalds and went to the register to file a complaint. I told the Manager on duty that this was unsanitary and disgusting, he came back after a while and handed me a bag....I told him "I do not want free food or extra chicken nuggets! I don't trust who gave that bag to you back there!" He then tried to say he took them out himself.... in which I advised him again that I do not want food from here! I am grossed out. The Manager said, "okay then give me the cheeseburgers." I said, "I told you I ate them already, I only did not eat the chicken nuggets." He asked me again, "where are the cheeseburgers?" I then said once again, "I told you I ate them...I want my money back." He then came back handed me a refund only for the chicken nuggets and said sorry about that and closed the window! If this is they type of business this manger is enabling and supporting that is unacceptable! Employee's could be sick and they are jeopardizing the customers health as well! This is RIDICULOUS!

Gave one start because it wouldn't let me leave it without any. Place was busy took a while to get food even people who came after me got theirs. I got nothing fancy but ordered a smoothie which I waited for more than 20 minutes at the counter for someone to even acknowledge that I needed something. Everyone including manager just stood around and talked. They kept messing up other people's orders. VERY SLOW. Employees need better training on customer perception.
