McDonald's

The effort put into just one cheeseburger was abysmal. We got four cheeseburgers and not one single one had the correct toppings. One had no mustard, no ketchup and one single pickle WITHOUT cheese. Another was the same way but it actually had mustard and ketchup, still, one pickle. Only one was correct out of FOUR. The Auburn McDonald's used to be the only place in town that could get things right but lately your better off gambling somewhere else.

I’ve come to this McDonald’s for about 15 years and it is a decent one. The staff are helpful, ordering is easy, quick service. I like that you can use the kiosk to order and even modify or change the options. Overall a good McDonald’s to stop at when you are looking for a quick fill up.

I came up here at 4 o’clock in the morning. The system was down. I told them I would wait until it came back up because I am a breakfast person. The system came back up. I ordered a sausage egg and cheese Biscuit sandwich. When I open my bag and open the sandwich up, the biscuit was hard and overcooked, and my sausage was halfway cooked and halfway uncooked to the point before I realized the sausage was uncooked. I had took a bite to find my sausage was cold like it just came out the freezer. I took the top biscuit off to see that half of my sausage was cooked and the other half was uncooked. I called up there to complain and get a refund or a new sandwich and the lady who spoke to me, had called a attitude and told me that it was cooked And that she gave me a cooked sandwich. I told her it is not cooked and would you like for me to bring it up there to show her that it was not all the way cooked and she said well it’s gonna be cold when you bring it up here as if it was not already halfway cold as if it came out the freezer Overall bad customer service and a really bad meal for a pregnant person that is not supposed to eat undercooked meat. This made me very sick.

I don't even know where to start. My food was cold and nasty. They forgot my fish sandwich. I ordered a basket of fries for me and my friends. The basket wasn't even half full of frys. I got a ten piece nugget for my girlfriend and they only gave us 8. my buddy got a McDouble and the bread was hard as a rock. There service is very bad. I had 4 different people look at me and walk away before the took my order. I used to go here every weekend with my friends but I won't be anymore. My experience with them has not been good and I won't be going back

The lobby service absolutely sucks, walked in to order food and both kiosks that accepted cash were closed, they were also closed a few weeks before I got there which wouldn't be a big deal IF THERE WAS ACTUALLY SOMEONE AT THE COUNTER AND YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO WAIT 20 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO SHOW UP AT THE COUNTER. It's very disappointing how much the service has gone down hill since the new remodel, if a order got made wrong before the remodel it was no big deal just walk up to the counter and explain the situation and it was taken care of quickly and you were back in your way, now you wait forever at the front counter and practically have to yell to get someones attention which is a unnecessary. Very disappointed overall in the lobby service, drive thru is always fairly solid on service I just wish they would change something to make the lobby service better

Went thru drive thru 1/17/25. I got the sausage egg mcMuffin meal. On my third bite I bit into a chunk of plastic. I was horrified and did not finish my meal. I'm still hungry and I will not be going back to this location.

Warning! Employees steal monopoly pieces at this location. I almost never get McDonalds but was for monopoly pieces but I’m done now. Nothing on my sandwich containers, fries, or drink as advertised. False advertising, guess I win anyways, in court.

The Auburn McDonald's is probably the worst location I have ever been to. I take my kids to this location about once a week and every single time our service is slow and horrible. Going through the drive through is usually a 15-20 minute process. Yes, it is often because they are busy, but every single time the 3 or 4 cars that are behind me receive their food before I do. Our orders are never large orders, either. Usually only 2 kids meals, sometimes a combo meal as well. Went through again tonight and had another experience of horrible service and long wait time. Won't be going back to this location anymore.

Mc Donald's has a place in my food life and it's 99% for the breakfast. The service was fast on my visit at this location compared to others. I just like the #2 with Coffey. I'm just a sucker for a fresh English muffin, fresh cooked egg, melted American cheese that I top with the hash browns. Bread, protein, cheese and potatoes is just a tasty breakfast.

the woman who answered my phone call approximately @ 4:20 am was completely rude , said i was breaking up when i asked if they were selling burritos still because door dash wasn't showing it , she YELLED at me and told me i was wasting her time and so many more rude things . I DO NOT recommend

The worst burger I've ever had! There was so much salt on it I couldn't eat it. When I asked for one with less salt, the "BIG" manager made fun of me. When ordering the food and paying cash the girl at the counter threw the chance at my husband. The bathroom was disgusting! DEFINITELY NO STARS DESERVED HERE!! (They forced me to put a star or it wouldn't post)

We had a door-dash and sat in the line for 20 mins and the manager answers the phone and I asked what is taking for ever and her answer was like we are trying and she stated I was drunk clearly I am not drunk and sure is not how u speak to a customer at all she should not be a manager if that's the way she gonna speak to people. Customers always comes first iv been a GM for McDonald's over 9 plus years never would I have her as a manager in the store if that's the way she gonna speak to her customers. I will be calling the general manager Tommorw and corporate to make sure this is fixed as McDonalds policy is to make sure ur time are down and OEPE is down as I can see she could not handle the rush and get the customers orders and out the window on appropriate time and fashion

Nope. Did not receive mcchickens. Which is a shame because Olivia did a great job! She was attentive and friendly. She was fast. She just didn't check the order--which I asked her if she did. I paid for them and didn't receive them. MCDONALDS STOLE FROM MY FAMILY! I am still hungry because 40 years of McDonald's has made me morbidly obese. There was a little boy asking for ketchup and there was none because three to four people were not working as they were looking at pictures of a baby on a coworkers phone. They were all standing right in front of me like "everyone should understand that we are not working right now because babies are more import than respecting the customers hard earned money." But when I go to Salsa Grille every person working is a young person and they are striving hard to do a good job (and they also forget my salsa). The restaurant was dirty as was the floor of the kitchen. The chances are if you are reading this review trying to decide if you want to eat here then you also have enough money to eat somewhere else...go there. This place is for poor people that's why a mcchicken is only $1.29-it doesn't matter though they will steal your money and you will be hungry. (See above)

Shanoa wasn't very polite. I'm typically super nice the entire time to fast food employees because I also work in the food industry. But you cannot talk to customers like that. Me: after sitting in front of the radio for a minute after not getting the typical "hi what can I get for you," so I said "hello?" I get a "what do you want?" In response... typically good service here, but yikes!

Waited 30+ minutes in the drive thru for $10 worth of food. Fairly small order for such a large wait. Last time I checked, this is supposed to be a fast food restaurant. I do not recommend this restaurant to anyone who values their time. Workers are rude and the food was mediocre at best. The food was not warm after waiting so long for it. Will never be returning.

What an joke of an establishment. Order two McNugget Happy Meals via the app, considering 90% of the time the drive-through wait is at least 20 minutes. Employee came out with our order; kids opened them to find only fries and apple slices, no McNuggets. How do you forget to put McNuggets in a McNuggets Happy Meal? Went back in to get the missing food, was greeted by a rude adult employee who's response was, "Well, I didn't do the order!" You'd figure after a year and a half of primary drive-through orders they'd figure it out by now. This town might be better off if this place just closed down. Only leaving one star because Yelp won't let me leave zero.

Disgusting! I was there with a group of friends and it took 17 minutes for our order to be taken and trust me when I say there was no friendly may I take your order. We were waiting 30 minutes for our food and the manager walked away as I was paying. When our food arrived we had rotten tomatoes and old ice cream. The tables were sticky and covered with grime as was the floors I saw fries and bags and mud.

I waited 30 mins in drive thru with only 2 customers ahead of me... thanks for making me late for work.

ALWAYS either understaffed or "computer issues" EVERY SINGLE TUESDAY!!!! I go there every work morning and spend a lot of $ on beverages alone and 1. Have to wait for staffing to roll in at 0600 and 2. Hope their computers are "up and running" on Tuesdays, it sucks. Every other day is fine except Tuesdays! PISS POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!

Some times you get a lesson in how a business has been going strong for so long.. Sometimes you are sent to pick up some sausage Mc Muffins and oatmeal from McDonald's... I started to think on my way there... who would buy Oatmeal from McDonald's. Then arrived and there was 2 drive through lines, both backed up to the street! I thought this was going to take forever, but it was quite fast and the service came with a smile! I didn't eat anything but I was the runner, and I spent under 5 bucks for oatmeal and two sausage Mc Muffins. I also dug that they had the calorie count by the items on the drive though and I also thought wow a Sausage Mc Muffin has 400 calories for only a buck.. Thats a deal..

This a very well run restaurant! I was there at noon, and they were handling a huge volume of drive through orders with ease. I went inside, and they took my order an filled it quickly and with kindness. I was struck by the kindness and humor the workers had for each other as well. An enjoyable experience.

I don't understand why one person can clean tables and seat correctly and the next person dont!!!! It's McD's 101 you learn the first day of working 2 towels one for seats and one for tables but yet no one listen and no one does it and it's always a pig pin in here when sherry isn't on now why is this???

Usually good service & food if you go at the right time of day. Lunch time may be busy but the food is usually freshly cooked. Don't go at night on the weekends because service is slow & food quality is not usually any good. Probably doesn't matter if you're drunk & wasted though.

Place is all hip and trendy but they took out half the seating and installed useless hassock type seats and stools. Plus its the same ol McDonald's you can't polish a turd.

Standard McDonald's. Sometimes the service is fast, other times it is miserably slow. The food is edible. Cleanliness is okay. The perks are that this place is open 24/7, including the dining room, and you get decent deals on food if you get the McDonald's app. And it was remodeled/rebuilt in 2015, so it has the trendy, contemporary style. If none of the above matters to you, simply know this: you will be served the same quality McDonald's food for ridiculously low prices like at other McD's restaurant.

Sniff sniff ... Mmmmmmm. One cannot top the McPleasure experienced at the booming auburn location. Upon entering the traditional wood stained doors, the rich scent of mahogany tinged my nostrils, reminding me of the olden days, perhaps an old wooden ship from the Magellan time period. Upon request, the assistant manager kindly whipped up a fresh batch of fancy sauce to my delight, in which I slurped down with my nuggets. The only formidable complaint is the age limit on the play area as they do not condone rumpus time with the youngsters. However, I was kindly redirected to the exhilarating light tables in which I played for hours on end, hissing at any individual attempting to accompany my sweaty presence. Food was satisfying, however I would approve of the addition of creme fresch.
