I’ve had consistently poor service at this location, but my most recent visit was especially frustrating. My order was missing fries, so I went inside to ask for them. The staff seemed visibly annoyed and initially tried to hand me cold, old fries. I politely asked for fresh ones. Even though I said “thank you” twice while leaving, I was completely ignored. To the young employee, Yohan – hang in there. Not everyone treats employees the way those girls treated you. And to the woman in all black – please treat your staff with respect. Yelling and disrespecting your team is unacceptable. You set the tone for customer service. Do better.

We don't go to McDonald's for the best burger in town, you go for the consistency. When I arrived, the two drive-through lines were long and I thought perhaps I made a mistake. However the line moved quickly and I was in and out with no problem.

These ppl are just lazy, they always tell you to park. Even for simple meals, like it’s expected. It’s supposed to be FAST food, not 15-20 minute wait. Sure maybe they are unstaffed, or who knows. But it shouldn’t always be like this. Some staff are actually nice and it’s not their fault for the lack of work their co-workers do. But there will always be someone parked no matter the time frame, or no matter the order. I do not recommend this location.

Tell me, do you think this is acceptable? McDonald viewer, big company nationwide. It is your duty to provide training to your staff in the correct training. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. It is very important for you to think about the safety of your customers. What my mother found in her oatmeal was very unacceptable. A lot of things would have gone wrong if my mom would have finished eating that oatmeal.

Horrible experience every single time. We always have to park and they bring the food out. Employees barely speak English can’t even communicate properly with them. Been coming here for years and it gets worse the more time passes. It’s supposed to be fast food not park 10 mins then we bring you the food.

McDonald’s policy treats DoorDash drivers like background noise. I was told I had to wait in a 30-minute drive-thru for a $4 order, even though I was already at the window on foot. The worker was kind enough to hand it to me, but made it clear policy is to inconvenience drivers no matter how long the line is. It’s corporate disrespect, not her fault. Letting late-night delivery drivers pick up at the window isn’t unreasonable — it’s survival. Please do better.

One star for the food, one star for the entertainment. I'm no burger snob, and will happily eat at a McD's when travelling. Stopped here a while back for a quarter pounder. Saw the reviews here about how bad the drive-thru is so I decided to head in and get it to go. Burgers were room temp when they went in the bag (I checked) and the fries were over-salted. Bleah. One extra star for the entertainment, though. This McD's must be on the edge of a really bad area - I got to see a bunch of cop cars pull up and arrest someone on the frontage road outside the restaurant. Lots of blue and red lights made the meal memorable. This place scores a 2 out of 5 on the 'CTJ Scale', as noted below. 5 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Jesus good. Would be OK passing away after finishing a plate here. 4 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Mary good. Would be OK being seen eating here by Mother Mary. 3 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Joseph good. Would be OK having a beer here with Jesus' Dad. 2 out of 5 stars: Come-to-the-Apostles good. Meh. Wouldn't have my last supper here. 1 out of 5 stars: Come-to-Nobody good. I wouldn't have my penultimate supper here, either.

McDonald's is for my basic b- tendencies. After watching "The Founder", I've grown an appreciation for what it stands for. According to the creators, there is essentially an art to their system and the way they time their fries to create the perfect crisp (8 seconds). Obviously, you are not coming for locally sourced, organic, farm to table, nutrient-rich meals with a "$$$$" attached to it. You are paying for frozen meals cooked and fried, ready in seconds/minutes. Sadly, this McDonald's is not up to par with the original philosophy. Every time I order something, something is awry. The fries are cold, the fries are poorly salted, and I'm pretty sure that's a bb-gun hole that adorns the order screen. But, what irks me the most, THEY DON'T FILL THE SCOOPS TO THE TOP ON THE FRIES. This has happened on multiple occasions and is a prime example of why McDonalds deters me from eating fast food.

The gay guy working the drive thru window at 11:02 needs to be fired. I get to the window to pick up my food and dude hands me a small coke. I said very politely as i always am to people.. (just for reference the window before i smiled and said thank you ma'am have a great night) .. "excuse me sir is this a small?" He replies yes. I said "oh, i ordered a medium"... no attitude or anything.. and he said "NO, YOU DIDN'T YOU ORDERED A SMALL" with so much attitude i was so confused.. like did me telling you u gave me the wrong order offend you so much you had to get snarky with me?? I said no sir i ordered a double quarter pounder meal he said so you aren't LUIS? I said no. He doesn't apologize for being rude a moment ago or anything.. but i'm not one for confrontation inappropriately (theres a way to handle things like a grown up and this is it), so i patiently wait for my food, and 5 min later he hands it to me all rude and with an attitude "here". Thats extremely awful customer service. I'm a 37 year old man that works for the government i was not rude or anything in any way shape or form and here is this gay teenage boy being snarky with me for literally no reason. Like i would literally not be on here typing this if i gave him any reason whatsoever to be the way he was. Unacceptable. Management I highly suggest you get that boys attitude in check, because if I said nothing to disrespect him and he acts like that, imagine how he'd get with less patient/peaceful customers.. its not like this area exactly the beverly hills of austin.

I picked up our dinner in the drive through at this McDonalds tonight and everything went well. They took everyone's orders quickly, and worked through the drive through line at a reasonable pace. The staff was friendly too, and the 10 piece McNuggets with fries plus sweet & sour sauce were delicious!

The workers do not have any knowledge of food handling. Or food allergies, this is my third time ordering beef burger when I get home it a ham burger. When I called the store, I was left on hold for 12 minutes, I was hearing the workers laughing and chatting. I don't know how they even passed the city inspection. Do they even have a food handlers certificate. If there is less than one star review, I would give it to mcdonald's.

I ordered a meal with fries, the fries were hard and cold and I didn't see until I drove away. I called and the manager wants me to come tomorrow for small fries. How about replacing the whole meal since I didn't get what I ordered right the first time. So I'm suppose to go back by tomorrow and just get a small fry order as my compensation. Drive 16 miles to get a small fry. Really?

Today when I got Mc Donald's the line was so long it took me 45 minutes to get my food and when I got my food it's cold and not good for kids and my burger was all smashed in the bag with no sauce or nothing drink's barely had ice and food was very cold don't recommend this business!!

This McDonald's is so horrible. Not only the service but the food.. I went in 7/11/23 and ordered 2 family bundles. One of 40 nuggets with 2 large fries and another of 4 hot and spicy with 20 nuggets and a basket of fries.. already knowing it would take a couple minutes being we had such a large order by the time we finished paying turned around and went to go sit and wait our order was done before we could even sit down when I asked for fresh fries he hesitated and then proceeded to check them and said it would be a moment.. we waited longer for "fresh fries" then for the whole order itself. Everything was very old and cold by the time we took the 10 minute drive back home. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

OK McDonald's, we have to talk! It used to be so simple: Step one place order, step 2 pay for order, step 3 receive order. The end. Now you have these kiosks at this Austin location where you place your order at the kiosk. It then tells you to take your receipt but there is no receipt. Then you wait as your number does not pop up on the screen. You then talk to the human being who tells you they cannot find your order. Why am I taking this 17 extra steps just to have to have a human being fix my irder anyway?

Me and my family are a regular at this McDonald's but the new Spanish lady managers and the cooks in the back are very rude all I ask is for pickles on the side cuz I ordered like 10 burgers and they just give me two pickles and I even got my husband is a GM at a restaurant and he treats his regulars with respect so I think every fast food or restaurant should treat the regulars with respect because of as they get a check

Don't go and if you do please check that the meat is fully cooked. My girlfriend and I got food last night from there and the meat patty where raw and now we both are sick and have food poisoning. And this isn't the first time this has happened. A few months back I had order a burger with jalapeños and when I realized there where none in my burger or bag I went to ask for someone and one of the employees got mad and wanted to fight me.

It literally doesn't matter what time of the day you go here, it is always a bad decision. Incompetence is the literal theme of this location. I know Ronald McDonald is the mascot for this franchise, one would assume they wouldn't require every employee be a literal clown. The franchise owner of this location really needs to look into letting off every single person employed here and starting fresh with people who are capable of fast food work. Orders are consistently wrong, they dont know how to run a drive through line resulting in routine hour long wait times, attitude from multiple members of the staff, and overall poor demeanor. Lots of plces are hiring right now, they dont have to work at mcd's if they dont want to ‍

I cannot stress enough, how much you should find another McDonalds to go to, this location seems to have no respect for the customers, especially when they've made a mistake. I ordered 2 breakfast meals today with a frappe and a sprite, I waited in the curbside parking for nearly 20 minutes, only to have 2 breakfast sandwiches I did order, and a drink I didn't order brought out to me, after only receiving one bag, I told them worker that I was missing two meals, and a sprite, she looked at me like I was making this up and I even showed her my receipt and my mobile order, and she literally WALKS AWAY, I figured she was going to get it taken care of but she didn't come back...... I then took it upon myself to go inside because I didn't receive a straw either lol, and I am mistreated by a man asking me "are you really going to whine about us accidentally giving your order to someone else?" This was beyond disgusting, I can understand that things get busy and mistakes happen, but not only did you give me the wrong items, you didn't even give me the things I asked for, even after I told you what was missing. I ordered two breakfast sandwich meals, which by the way WERENT EVEN IN WRAPPING PAPER THEY WERE HUST PLACED IN THE BAG., I had two sandwiches and no hash brows and then I was given a liquified frappe, it wasn't even frozen in the slightest, it was almost like water with whip cream on top. I don't even want to be given a "free meal" card because that's just me taking another chance to get another wrong order, after the disrespect I faced, I'd personally like my money back, with an apology. This location really needs to think about who they're hiring because it seems like nobody there cares about their job or the paying customers. When I say avoid this McDonald's at all costs, you definitely should the atmosphere there is not worth your time, or money.

Honestly, I wish I could say it is a rare occasion that was less favorable that lead me to abysmal rating, but it isn't. It is almost comical the amount of negative experiences I have had with this specific location. Piss poor service, horrendous attitudes and also not willing to make wrong situations right just name a few of the grievances I have with the people this corporation trusted to run this location. My most recent experience was when I placed an order on the mobile app (which don't get me started on that atrocity of a system) arrived at the drive thru to give them my code and initially the attendant recognized my order number and after a few moments said it didn't go fully through in their computers for some odd reason still unexplained. When I offered to show them both my app showing my order was paid for and my charge on my debit card he said "I can do that if I want, but he's not sure what they can do". After pulling to the window the manager just looked at me as if I was speaking an unknown language and didn't offer any type of assistance in remedying. I'm a huge proponent of not letting a rotten apple spoil the bunch- so I would think and HOPE that every other location in Austin, TX isn't this disconnected from reality and customer service as this location. BEWARE- Don't go here if you can make it to another one! T-R-A-S-H

I had a horrible experience with this branch moments ago. I pulled up to the window and asked if I could redeem a coupon I had for a deal and the lady looked like she was unable to find the scanner in that moment. She looked at me and said sorry we can't use your coupon I cannot find the scanner.. I added a McFlurry last minute due to the Change up of the order and before I could say what kind of McFlurry I wanted she shouted the total price of the order. I asked her if she knew what McFlurry flavor I wanted and in annoyed tone replied "no I don't I just put Oreo flavor, is that fine?" I was given my drinks that were no where near full and with a McFlurry that was half way full. I asked if she could fill my McFlurry to the portion I ordered it. She told me, "that will be extra." How is what i paid for going to be extra? I called her out and told her about my drinks and if she could at least fill my McFlurry up. With a sour attitude she grabbed my McFlurry and put it under the soft serve ice cream with it spewing over the container. I was shocked she gave me my order In that manner. To top it off she did not give me a receipt so I do not know her name. It was some Hispanic lady. Beware of the night time customer service.

If I could give -10 stars I would. The people who work at this location have no work ethic and probably shouldn't work honestly. I know that's harsh but that's reality. I ordered a bacon and cheese biscuit with no bacon. They give me a bacon egg and cheese McGriddle. Two different things. So I go back and ask them to correct it. I tell them again it's a bacon egg and cheese biscuit but no bacon. They then give me a bacon and egg biscuit with no cheese and STILL HAS BACON . I swear I can't make this up. I don't knock anyones hustle cause a job is a job. But if you're gonna work it do it right. Location is worst McDonald's experience I've had in a while. DO. NOT. GO. HERE. You'll regret it like I did.

My son like to collect the toys of mcdonald's, when I asked the cashier "Pedro" that my son wants to choose his toy he said that they just have one toy , that my son already have. I accept, and then when I went to the table to set I saw another guy he works there he came to table beside me and he let the little girl chose her own toy, then I went to the same guy and I asked him to change the toy of my son. He said that don't have, I said but I saw you with 2 toys different right now and the girl she was choosing. He entered to talk with the guy his name Pedro and then he came to me with new toy. I'm very disappointed with this branch they choose for who they wants to give the new toys and never more I will come back there.

This place straight up sucks. The drive though moves at a snails pace. It's fast food not a sit down restaurant. If you are hoping for it to be quick don't come here. The only reason I'd leave a review is maybe McDonalds will come here and help them out with some guidance or something. The service at this location is really poor. When ordering they were very impatient, giving less than 3 seconds to give answers before demanding your answer. Makes it hard to take order for 3 children in the back seat. Don't like being called "ma'am" when it's pushy and insistent.

They charged me 6 times for food until the bank flagged it as fraud! Got my card blocked until I had to spend 15 minutes on the parking lot fixing the issue. Going back in line again, wish me luck!!! UPDATE : NEVER GOING BACK TO THIS PLACE. As I go back in line and start talking to the worker, they still didn't give me my order after me showing all the money removed from my account. Simply, she turns around and starts speaking Spanish to the actual manager , bullshitting about the order! I am fluent in Spanish so I told them everything again in Spanish and finally after having to show my bank App with all the money removed I got one meal out of the price of 6 . Still waiting to get my money back because they did not give me my money !!! DO NOT GO HERE !!
