The worst restaurant experience ever! I went to pick up a late night Doordash order, so had to use the drive thru. There were 3 cars in front of me. After 20 minutes, I made I to the order screen. The crew person, whom I learned was the manager on duty rudely yelled thru the intercom "what you ordering?". I gave my order number and was directed to the second window because the order was not started yet. When I finally got to the second window, the crew person acted like he had never seen my order, which he had not because it still was not started. When he inquired about it, the manager started screaming at him that she told me to go to the third window which she had not. So I went to the third window and waited and waited and waited. After 15 minutes (a total of 40 minutes) and watching 4 more cars from behind me leave with their food I got out of the car and walked back to the second window to see how much longer it would be. My Doordash customer had now been waiting 23 minutes past his expected delivery time. The manager hung her head out the first window and screamed at me to go get back in my car because I could not be in the drive thru out of a car. I told her I had been waiting for over 40 minutes and wanted to know how much longer it would be. She screamed at me again and my husband got out of the car to see if I needed protection. We went back to the car and about 5 minutes later, the manager came and threw the order at me through the window, again screaming at me that she only "politely asked me to return to my car". When is screaming at a customer polite?!? NEVER! So we were there a total of 52 minutes. They didn't have time to give me a general manager or owner name, but I will get it and they will hear from me
