Food is always made incorrectly. Workers are ignorant and don’t care. Took 4 different times to make my food correctly and at the end of the day all it means was I got 4x the amount of food I even ordered. They need to fire employees who are a part of the problem and hire those who appreciate their jobs.

Like other customers, I had a bad experience dining here before, but in my case, for the past two to three months, I've had a good experience compared to other times. There's a lady here (today she's wearing a blue shirt, so I'm guessing she's the manager). She has brought my food a few times now, and every time she comes to my table, she greets me with a smile and always acts very politely. I just wanted to be fair and publicly thank the lady.

Worst food ever. Fries Were not hot and not salty. Also they were very small in length not long as in almost all advertisements. Double cheese burgers were flat and almost cold and were sloppy and flat. Asked for extra onions and extra cheese and didn't get what I ordered. Past orders were delivered were were getting progressively worse. Probably won't order from there any more.

- "Iconic" McRib yet again! - Yup, they call it iconic as it's on again and off again since 1982. That's over 40 years! Folks love it or hate it and I'm in the like category. I enjoy the change. App- I've used the app exclusively for years along with the drive thru. This visit it worked perfectly, which is routine. I can't remember the last time I had a problem. Ambience- I don't care because I've only used the drive thru for years. Occasionally I pop in to use the bathroom and it's always been clean. Customer Service- The drive thru was quick, the employees smiled and my order was correct. What's not to like! Food- I ordered the McRib and a Medium Fries, and it set me back $8. I skipped the drink as I was bringing it home. The food was still hot and well packed. The fries were typical MickyD's addictive. The McRib was nicely put together and was easy to eat without 50 napkins! It was tasty and overall, a good lunch. Conclusion- Over the years, my MickyD's ratings have been 2-4 stars. There have certainly been some misses. In Yelp, 4 stars means "Good" and they earned that this time!

I stopped in to grab a bottle of Dasani Water and to use the restroom... Observations Restroom was clean Bottled water was cold It's was very noisy The exterior of the restaurant was littered with trash I almost stepped in the guts of a "Big Mac" some one had discarded in the parking lot that was kind of gross but since I was wasn't eating here I thought it was quite humorous - I wish I had snapped a selfie with it, ugh those are the moments you can't get back...

I placed a mobile order and arrived about ten minutes after when I pulled up to window I was immediately greeted with attitude and told to pull into number 4 where 2 cars had just pulled into 2 and 3. we sat for a couple minutes and more cars were being pulled to the parking spots to wait. At this point I went inside to try and speed up the process where I was met with a very rude manager who was being passive aggressive and made it very clear she had no interest in helping me after I calmly asked for my small order. She told me a young lady was just sent out with ALL the food for the 5 drive thru parking spots she had two trays and she was giving the food out from 6-1 instead of 1-6 I did not get upset with the young lady as she's not at fault but the management at this McDonald's is absolutely terrible and I'd advise you to save your money and time!

Consistent.... always bad service and poor quality. New crew every few loathsome because they can't hire management with any skill. RAW hamburger tonight! This place should be shut down!!! We won't even discuss how they don't mark their drinks and ha e no clue what they hand out of the window. RAW food should shut them down!

Ok, this has to be by far one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. We just moved to the area and opened a new business here about a month ago. We have been to this McDonald's quite frequently, alwaysssss giving them the benefit of doubt. Well today was the last straw. EVERY SINGLE VISIT there is something wrong with our order. Burgers have been literally burnt to the point that the meat is rock hard! Chicken nuggets that have been practically raw! We have had many items missing before. It's just ridiculous. The restaurant is always full of people complaining and very little ever gets done. Some thing needs to change at this location ASAP!

Average order through the drive-through takes 20 to 30 minutes. If you're traveling south through Avon Park and thinking of stopping at McDonald's do not stop at this one. Go to the one in North Sebring, they are the fastest in the area. At Avon Park I mobile ordered 20 minutes earlier. And waited another 20 minutes after getting to the establishment. I have gone here a total of 6 times, and have left 4 of said orders because after 20 minutes of not moving I decided to leave. I've tried over several years giving them the benefit of the doubt and am wholly underwhelmed every time I visit. Considering that McDonald's doesn't even have a front counter service anymore you would think that would expedite orders. That is not the case here. If you don't care about the wait, you may or may not come away with your Food. 1 of 2 orders I placed and picked up was incorrect and I know many people that have had the same issue. So if you have time to wait and want to be surprised come to this establishment. Otherwise I would avoid it, it is a complete joke as a business.

in the drive thru- and we saw the car in front of us get her food so we thought then hand the bag back to the worker, automatically knew that was ours. Is it normal to still hand us our food seeing they handed our food to somebody else ?. And almost forgot our McFlurry and it was still the wrong McFlurry. Oreo instead of m&m. Can't get anything right.

Was not impressed with their new ordering system which is 100% by kiosk. Had to find one that was working, several out right closed & a few non functional. Be sure and order everything you need including condiments as these are not available otherwise. All tables were dirty and there was no paper anywhere in the restaurant to clean our table & seat. I did see someone else use the spray & rag on the cleaning cart to clean his table. But really, this is unrealistic. Put napkins out for this purpose. Food was so-so. Coffee was horrible. I will think twice before eating in ever again. Don't do take out much either so looks like Micky-D is now off our list of choices. I think I'd rather support a small business that still offers personal service.

this place is full of sh1t horrible food people came in just to refund and throw it away. Took an hour for me to receive a doordash order and they didn't even have the order written. Terrible management since the group of people waiting for an hour never got attended and were left to just wait. Either shut it down or improve.

The food here is probably THE WORST I have had, the employees are rude & they act like they are doing you a huge favor. Their sign says open 24 hour drive-thru, what a joke!! The employees/ manager closes down when they want. They give new meaning to the word " fast food", they need to drain that swamp ! Do yourself a favor and drive to the next town to get McDonalds!

The worst restaurant experience ever! I went to pick up a late night Doordash order, so had to use the drive thru. There were 3 cars in front of me. After 20 minutes, I made I to the order screen. The crew person, whom I learned was the manager on duty rudely yelled thru the intercom "what you ordering?". I gave my order number and was directed to the second window because the order was not started yet. When I finally got to the second window, the crew person acted like he had never seen my order, which he had not because it still was not started. When he inquired about it, the manager started screaming at him that she told me to go to the third window which she had not. So I went to the third window and waited and waited and waited. After 15 minutes (a total of 40 minutes) and watching 4 more cars from behind me leave with their food I got out of the car and walked back to the second window to see how much longer it would be. My Doordash customer had now been waiting 23 minutes past his expected delivery time. The manager hung her head out the first window and screamed at me to go get back in my car because I could not be in the drive thru out of a car. I told her I had been waiting for over 40 minutes and wanted to know how much longer it would be. She screamed at me again and my husband got out of the car to see if I needed protection. We went back to the car and about 5 minutes later, the manager came and threw the order at me through the window, again screaming at me that she only "politely asked me to return to my car". When is screaming at a customer polite?!? NEVER! So we were there a total of 52 minutes. They didn't have time to give me a general manager or owner name, but I will get it and they will hear from me

If I could give -5 stars I would. I went to get my family's food and they didn't give me half of it and messed up what they did give me and I asked for pure honey not honey mustard which is what they gave me and when I said something the kid said oh well I don't know if we have any and walked away. When I got home most of our food we ordered wasn't there and so i called and they told me I could come back and get it but I live a bit far from that one so I asked if I could go to the one in my town and they said yea just have that manager call me. So we did that and they wouldn't do it. So I went all the way back to Avon park and they gave me what was missing and the hash browns were so hard they just crumbled to pieces and it was all disgusting. I highly recommend that no one goes to this McDonald's especially! Terrible food!

They need to make it a rule that employees should NOT wear long fake acrylic nails...ordered a small vanilla shake and literally watched employee from the drive through window putting whipped cream on my shake while her unsanitary nail trailed along behind the cans nozzle touching the cream the whole time . Also I asked for no whip cream on my iced caramel...I watched as she still added it, again, I'm watching through the window and reading the order screen that specifically says Iced caramel coffee "NO whipped cream. Store manager must really be doing something wrong with his business if his store is at 1 star. SMDH.

Excellent selection of Kid's Meal toys, friendly staff and a cool retro look really makes you feel like you've wandered about 40 years back. They include cookies in the Happy Meals and offer a rewards card for smoothies and coffee and Family Night Tuesdays. Too bad this owner doesn't have a restaurant in Miami...

Not a good experience, was in the take out line for approx 20 min. While giving order was cut off and could not correct the error made. Once at the pay window, corrected the order, cashier was not friendly and was very slow, more waiting. Got to the pick-up window another long wait, the young man was very rude and had a bad attitude. I asked for a new Coke since it had sat at the window too long, ice had melted. He turned and yelled to others "how long has this drink been at the window" I asked again for a new drink and he finally made it after an extended time and he shoved it at me. After a long wait again we got the food, fries were unsalted and the bacon double cheeseburger tasted like it had been prepared for a long time, not fresh. Will bypass this McDonald's in the future due to poor customer service and unfresh, incorrectly prepared food.

No, done with this pathetic excuse for a restaurant... This has to be the worst McDonald's I've ever experienced. The staff is inept (especially the management), they are almost always out of something, the dining area is filthy, and they quite honestly just don't seem to care. I have had several incidents of mistakes, orders wrong, and have even waited inside only to be informed that it was cash only at that time. Tonight they were out of holiday pies, holiday coffees, and ice cream... Right in the middle of the holidays! Will be taking my business elsewhere

I have had the southwest salad several times, excellent salad. However, today at the McDonald's in Avon Park Fl the chicken was weird, not tasting but texture. It was rubbery almost like it was laced with gristle. We took this to go so couldn't take it back as we're traveling.

Been there many before for breakfast. The biscuit was a brick. Thought I would give it another try. Bad mistake! Same crap! Will never return to that place. I would rather drive further down the road. Bad management and terrible employees and rotten food. Couldn't pay me enough to use their bathroom. Would rather use an outhouse!

I stopped by tonight at my local macdonalds and I"m sorry I"ve never had such poor service in my life as this lady was.She was at the line where u pay your money ,right off the bat she was rude to me and she continued even tho I let her know I don't appreciate it,starting it was 8 in night and no lights where on which means yes we couldn't see the menu..she inform me that wasn't her job,so here I am waiting and we are in line for good 20 min or longer when I finally got to see the face to the voice she disappeared which after the lady in front waving at me I blew my horn letting her know theres people behind me to,the lady with the food waving at me told me to come on forward and then she ask me what the problem was..so I told hr first I cant see what you have on the menu then she is rude to me more then twice during this converse then when finally got to front she walks right off.I hear the other employees telling her you cant just walk away from the customers and I heard her say omg im not going wait on anyone that's rude to me...well I beg to diff all I wanted was a hamburger a certain hamburger ..the lady that was waving at me with the food sidel was her name I ask her the ladys name that is having the problem and she told me something like emlinea but when it isn't a normal name who knows ,im sure everyone in that store knew who she was so maybe you could do some back tracking and get rid of the lady or put her somewhere that she isn't dealing with customers...thanks 813-696-9665 and no im not a employee nor ever worked there just a customer yes im a senior and I don't know any senior that deserves having a rude smart alec teenager dealing with the customers actting like that..k.miller

I recently went to the drive thru to get a cheese burger, I am a diabetic and my sugar was getting low real fast. I asked for a cheese burger with a lil bigmac sauce no ketchup. The girl said it would cost $4.00 and some change, I said I will pay .50 cents for the sauce but it is not right to make me pay full bigmac price. She went to go ask the manager again, as my sugar is getting lower, and came back said no the manager said i had to pay full bigmac price..... Well i said I will never be back. and pulled off. All I can say is OMG !!
