McDonald's

I always use the rewards app when ever we stop @ this particular McDonald's. Far to often the auto pay feature does not work. Or they are out of something. The service is always good though. The people are friendly and courteous. The food is pretty much on par. It is McDonald's after all.

Everything I ordered besides my nuggets were incorrect. I ordered on the app and I even told the woman at the window “no cheese or anything on my hamburgers besides meat and pickles” there was ketchup cheese mustard onions and everything on all my hamburgers and me and my family are all allergic to cheese. On the app I even took off every condiment and cheese and topping and yet it was still there . Even says it on the receipt !!! And there’s no way to get a refund that’s unacceptable .

I don’t expect a McDonald’s to be fine dining and I understand people make mistakes sometimes, but I believe this restaurant breaks the record for wrong orders. If a very simple order with no modifications is wrong more than 80% of the time you likely have a management issue. 😬

Ive had decent experiences here and horrible ones. The other day, I came to get dinner with my freind here, and the drive through was severely backed up, so we parked and went in. We then noticed that there was a very long line of people, so we ordered at a kiosk. We order five things- a large fry, mcflurry, 2 cookies, 10 pc nugget, and a bigmac. They had all of this in stock. I went to the cashier line for 20+ minutes and decided to sit down and wait for the line to die down. Then, i realized — most of the people in line were asking for refunds because they had been there for over an hour. I peek over at the kitchen, and nearly everyone is on their phone, not even touching any equipment. I was getting pretty upset. After another 20 minutes, i finally got to pay. I sat down and waited for my order to get called — but now i had to wait an HOUR just to leave with a water down coke, a wasted 20$, and empty stomachs. I truly hope this is just a one time thing.

This location prioritizes drive thru over orders that have been placed in the store. The lobby is always full with the kitchen and management completely ignoring the lobby and giving snarky looks when asked about orders. If you can’t run a restaurant without communicating to your guests in the lobby about the wait, just shut the lobby down and focus on drive thru

My order was incorrect. Got 4pcs chicken nuggets happy meal instead of 6pcs and no apple juice. Also, no fries with my combo. We were just passing thru so it sucks for us. Couldn’t go back. Always check ur order first.

This is like the 8th time this location has gotten my order completely wrong or didn’t ring my order in right. It’s not hard to run POS at the drive thru when you have two people on headset. I swear this location is getting worse and worse and at this point, I can’t even blame workers or management. This is why corporate needs to get off their high horses and actually check to make sure their stores are running smoothly. If it isn’t RAW quarter pounders, it’s wrong orders or orders not being rung in properly. I’m sick of it. There is no “do better”. It boils down to losing business and money.

I got curbside service with 40 McNuggets and a bunch of sauces. Eight of them were supposed to be honey packets because my wife likes to dip her nuggets in honey and then hot mustard, especially when trying to blow her head open with a cold (we both caught a cold from our grandson when we were babysitting him all day Saturday). The delivery lady came out with our bag packed with stuff and was so proud of herself, saying, "I made sure all the sauces were right." I thanked her and I went home. When I got home and started unpacking the bag, the McNuggets were still hot, which means they cooked them fresh for us, but then I started digging the sauces out and instead of regular honey I had eight packs of honey mustard. I paid an extra $2 for what ended up being the wrong thing. My wife has a sore throat and the honey would have helped with her sore throat, besides the fact that she likes to dip her McNuggets in honey and then the hot mustard as I said earlier. It tastes different than the honey mustard doing regular honey and then hot mustard and she likes it better. This location needs to pay attention to the order, especially when a customer pays extra, and don't just assume either I made a mistake ordering honey instead of honey mustard or reading "honey" and assuming it's honey mustard. And then don't brag that you made sure the sauces were right when you in fact did NOT make sure the sauces were correct.

Horrible service and no one taking accountability for the poor service. Try saying "sorry for the delay" or anything of the like.

Did a drive thur order. When I got home only had half of the order. Tried calling the store but someone pick the phone up and hung up. Called back a couple of time but it was a busy signal. Called corporate and was told they would let the store owner know I called.

Usual McDonalds food -predictable and hot -we like it fir trips so it doesn't slow us down. Slow service Conveniently located near I-85 exit

Worst place to come if you're hungry...poorly managed, bad, slow service, and food is adequate, at best. Go to chick fil a instead

All I can say is don't eat here. Service sucks!!! They had no ice for drinks. You had to order at the kiosk. Pretty sure this place is almost out of business!

There food is so good they give us what we want and when we need it and when they make mistakes they go get the stuff you asked for and they always please you and their a blessing to us so Mc Donald's thanks

Just don't do it... Keep driving... i've tried to go through the drive-through three times. Waited it out the first time it took about 15 minutes. The second attempt I waited about 10 minutes in line and got impatient and left. Tonight I thought well third times a charm, but it wasn't. I was third in line from the menu for about 10 minutes until the guy in front of me gave up and pulled away and then I was second in line for another five minutes. I eventually drove around to the window and saw one person in there tidying up. So I just drove off and then I decided now I'm going to call. A friendly young woman answered and said they were indeed open but they were busy pressure washing behind the grill. It was 8 o'clock on a Wednesday night so what better time to pressure wash behind the grill I suppose.

Terrible McDonalds. Not only is the Inside filthy, the bun on my Big Mac was dried out so bad the bottom crumbled into pieces. The half gallon on Mac sauce pasted it together. The burgers were burnt black around the outside and the lettuce looked two days old. This pretty much seems to be the standard of McDonald's anymore. Never again. Too many better places.

if i could give them zero stars i would! i ordered and paid for a LARGE 2 cheeseburger meal with no onions add mayo. i was then told to pull up to wait for fresh fries. instead i got a medium meal with onions and freezing cold fries. i then called the establishment twice with no answer. I do not recommend!

Are you kidding? My family knows what I think about McDeath - I was brought a Big Mac as a joke and what a joke it was. Small looking - dressing was nasty gooey not good gooey. Faux meat patties - I threatened the dog w/them. I actually consumed over half of it before giving in. Some dares are not worth it. Disgusting. Buns-lame/ lettuce-old looking and wilted. I don't care how much you try to polish it: A Turd is a Turd. Even the coffee sucks now days. With all the money they have they could do so much yet it's like they don't care about good food at all. They could buy Gordon R's Empire in a sec. Good food went out the window decades ago w/these Grim Reapers.

Extraordinarily dirty. Toilet stopped up. Paper on floor of restroom, broken toilet paper dispenser, so toilet paper was on floor. All garbage cans inside and outside were overflowing.

I have been here 3 times in a row and they have screwed up my order. The first time they spilled a coke in my lap. The second time they forgot my chicken nuggets. This time they said they gave me everything, but I checked and they forgot almost all of my food. They didn't send my fries, my burger, and had a horrible attitude. This McDonald's sucks!!!

We went through the drive through on a sat night, and the girl working the drive through on the intercom was yelling and cursing at the people in the car in front of us. We were scared for our safety, so we left. It was awful!!!! I would not recommend this McDonald's to anyone!!! I am surprised they have not went out of business.

I went to this place after work one day. Went thru drive thru. All I can say is rude. The employees don't greet you with cheerful. I got "McDonald what you want" I was no good afternoon no hello welcome to McDonald? I got was plan rude employees. When I got my food they just handle my food and nothing. Not "have a nice day" or "thank you". I won't be back. I'm letting everyone know rude teenagers!!!

At 10:25 the lights were all on inside and several people hanging out. However the doors were locked. We ended up getting into the drive through line which was right to ten cars deep. We watched several other people try the doors much to their frustration. Finally it was our turn and the attendant announced they were only accepting cash. There was no sign or indication of the issue while we waited in line. When we suggested a sign should be put out they just told us to move on and get out of the way. But we were trapped for another five minutes before the drive though line allowed us to exit.

Wished i could do a zero so many bad experiences last straw go through drive thru nothing said at order speaker they waited til i got to the window (and it says cards only on the order specker) get up to pay they say can't take cards, i say i don't have cash they stood there like I'm speaking in martian. I say again i don't have cash .... Still no response then i say i guess you will have to cancel tge order. Have to be some of the dumbest people on earth. So many times they are nasty and rude. The milkshake machine is always broken. They are lazy and disrespectful to customers

Cleanest McDonald's ever! Fast service and all the staff I met was super nice!! We stopped by for breakfast on our was to Tennessee and the food was hot....not warm!! I was happy with this McDonald's!

Poor service. They messed up my order twice and when I got my bagel they didn't even put cheese in it. Disappointed

I go here very often and my reviews maybe good or bad depending on how the service is. Today I went though the drive thru and the number one thing is you have to ASK for is napkins or any kind of condiments because they will not put it in the bag and that's all the time. Just put some napkins in the bag it is not that hard.

Got down the road and my daughter opened up her 6 count McNuggets from her kids meal to find a scoop full of Big Mac sauce...sorry staff trying to ruin people's meals. Pathetic

Gave me an uncooked burger that made me extremely sick, pink meat all in the inside. Gave me attitude about the burger. I will be calling corporate office tomorrow

We waited 30 minutes in line in the drive-through. Would not have waited but we're stuck and already ordered. Looks like a bunch of kids who don't know what they're doing

Don't go here if you're looking for fast service. They parked me in drive-through for over 10 minutes, and when I turned my vehicle off and went inside they had not even begun preparing the chicken tenders that I was waiting on.Everyone seemed very unconcerned. I Will not be back to this particular establishment.

Very lazy people, took them 30 min for our food, than tells us it'll take 12 min for the grill chicken to cook

This is by far the WORST McDonald's in the history of all McDonald's. Consistently terrible. I have never went there and the order was right. Today was particularly terrible. They couldn't get the order right at the window, and when we pulled over to check the bag, it was still wrong. At the window, some female worker was berating a male worker loudly; when I went in to get the sandwich I was missing, the female worker shoved it at me with no apology whatsoever. Got home, half the food was not even put together, half was cold, and a quarter pounder was pink in the middle. I told my family this was it. I have said I wouldn't go back before but I'm putting my foot down. This place shouldn't even be open. GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE.

Lazy ass people. Slim to none on what the basics of customer service skills are. I walk up ready to order, and the lady looks at me like I'm an idiot and does not greet me at all. She isn't new. It's not rocket science sweetie.

I would never in my life go back to this place. My food was cold and basically unwtapped in the bag. Mcdonalds in commerce/banks county ya'll need to tighten the fuck up. They need to be shut down. If my life depended on this place I'd rather die. Nasty, nasty, nasty. Luckily I was on my way to work because I would've went inside and raised hell, got my money back and went across the street to Burger King. Never again

Whining teen complaining about having to work got a smartass attitude when I wanted a refund for a product that was on the menu, the kiosk let me order and pay for but apparently was no longer available. Update the menu and if you don't want to work go home.

When you go to a McDonald's, the best you can hope for in the food is consistency. I am not a regular at fast food restaurants, so I will not rate the food. What impressed me was this young girl's personality. She is a cashier at this McDonald's off exit 149 heading north on 85 in Commerce, GA. She should be McDonald's ambassador to their customer base. She is what could inspire customer loyalty from the "Starbuck's crowd". We go to places for the ambiance and flavor of a good cup of coffee, not to mention free wifi. She is an added bonus to that, and I don't consistently have such amazing positiveness in employees at Starbucks, or anywhere else for that matter except maybe when I call AT&T. She is very friendly, smiling, and has a genuine willingness to help her customers. I recommend waiting in her line every time, even if it is the longest.

I don't recommended going here unless you want to wait 20-30 minutes in the drive thru just to get the wrong order.

The food is good but the image of employees is horrible.Just left this location and the young lady where you pay has hat turned around backwards.I know this is not the image of McDonalds employees.Has management changed or just don't care about what the public thinks of them and their staff.
