McDonald's

In the last 2 months I've visited several McDonald's locations. Why is it so hard to get an order right? The last time, I ordered a meal did not get the sandwich at all and the fries were half empty. . The girl gave me an attitude rather than the food. THIS time I got a big breakfast with hotcakes. Well. I shouldn't have. The bacon was undercooked. The eggs were seriously burned and tasted like rubber, while the "cook" filed the inedible squash. And the biscuit was so hard. I may have broken teeth if I tried. Then we have the half cooked, rubbery ish hotcakes. I paid for a breakfast that was inedible. Again. I didn't even bother with the store after this. I will no longer be frequenting any McDonald's store. I'm tired of giving my money away for free. But let me tell you this. If there were a better option, I feel you'd not stay in business. Since America has so many very driven peoples, that they're just waiting for you to slip up. Don't. Because that's when they pounce. I went here with the boy today after he was promised, *Papa will get you nuggets.* The service was fast and very friendly, both windows. The food was good. I get fast food, maybe two or three times a year, so some things may be the norm now. The McChicken Sandwiches were tiny and mostly no lettuce. Tasted good. The fries I could tell were cooked perfectly. They were just getting old, so they were cooler. The nuggets did not look old at all, but were not super fresh looking. They tasted great, though. The photo doesn't do em justice. We will be in the bathroom the rest of the evening 😆

Honestly everything was good and i’m surprised because usually when I come to this specific location, something is always wrong. My only complaint is that I got a 4 piece with only 2 nuggets and.. I assume everyone knows how to count but like this is kinda crazy😭 like 3? okay but 2 and I JUST left from there too

I just went thru the drive thru! The Big Mac patties on both sandwiches are burnt and dry. Took one bite. The worst Big Mac I have ever had! The chicken nuggets were delicious! This McDonald's is usually the best around!

When on the app and order at the only mcdonalds listed open 24 hours in the area.i proceeded to the drive thru to pick up my order only to be told that they only are serving doordash orders. I had already placed my order on the app. They had taken the money out of my account and I was told I would not be given my order. When asked the employee told me they can't turn off the app. As a person thats worked in the food service industry for a decade this is unacceptable. I was also told that I had to cancel the order and now wount be refunded for 5-7 business days. Definitely wont ever be returning to this mcdonalds.

Decided to try and give McDonalds a try after a very long time of not having it because any tomtrey McDonalds sucks and has ruined my opinion on any McDonald’s overall. Forgot all of the fries that we ordered and messed up 1 of the drinks. The board of decision makers should consider renaming the company “Can’t Get Right”. And why doesn’t the app offer a way to file complaints on orders?? It’s rhetorical, don’t reach out to me, worthless beings.

No one in the drive thru line...around 2 o'clock. I ordered a Big Mac and large fries. Had to park and wait. Finally got my food. Got home and the fries were cool and tasted stale. The buns were definitely stale. Hard. Threw it all away.

i don’t normally leave reviews but this place is a joke. all i asked for was a large fry and for it to be well done/crispy. my fry was not made well done. they didn’t even try! it wasn’t warm or hot, it was cold and the container wasn’t filled. it was more like a medium.. in a large container. also the lady who is taking orders and giving you your food at the window needs to work on her customer service. not polite at all. she sounds miserable and seems that she hates her job.

I waited 20 minutes for my order and when I finally received my order I went home and opened the back to realize they gave me the wrong sandwich so I went back to McDonalds and waited another 15 minutes to make my sandwich that I ordered a hour prior horrible service and very rude staff members

This food is good but gave it this because of the guy at the window and this is because he was on his phone not giving us our drinks or food and did not even know the order and was still on his phone thanks to the manager she helped I would not recommend this McDonalds.

ordered AND paid for a large ice cream and this is what was given to me. i already waited 15 minutes at the drive through waiting for someone to even speak a word to me, then continued to receive attitude. if you don't like your job THEN QUIT. terrible customer service. get these teenagers outta here. would've given zero stars if that was an option.

Terrible service, Dirty as hell, Food isn't even good. I do NOT recommend this place whatsoever.

Place was overly busy, lacking staff and smelled musty and dirty. I went in for breakfast and food from previous night was left on tables and floor.

One of the worst McDonald's on the planet I go through there all the time my orders are always wrong it takes them 20 to 25 minutes to even get your order done may I mention the other day I go through the drive-through one of the girls working back there didn't realize her microphone was still on and I heard them say hurry up girl we got to feed those white people unbelievable and they're not practicing social distancing you pull up to the window they're always on their phone all in all it's just a shitty place to go to i'll never be going there again

I will never be back here again, I stopped coming here a while ago because the workers are rude and cannot make orders correctly and the food and drinks are trash they used to be good but I would say In the last 2 years it has gone downhill. Most of the workers don't want to work so they are rude and don't do the work correctly. I have literally had so many bad experiences here I can't even count them. It's sad because this place is so close to my home and I have to drive further away just to go to a better mcdonalds. Also shout out to the rude older women who works mornings until around lunch time, she is sooooooo rude the worst of them all. She clearly hates her life something serious

This restaurant needs shut down, period. The staff is trash, the food is trash and the service is pathetic. I ordered $37 worth of food today through DoorDash. My dasher dropped off 2 bags. One with my daughters happy meal in it, and the other with 2 drinks that should've went with my two meals. My actual food didn't arrive. I called the store and the manager asked if I was the one with the happy meal, I said yes. She said I sent that order forward because she assumed they checked the bags. Then she proceeded to tell me that I need to send someone down to the store to pick up the rest of my food and that's all she can do. I had it delivered for a reason.. And now, I'm without food and no refund. This store is terrible. How it's still in business is beyond me and many others that have put up with their bs for years now. Avoid this place as much as possible. You want good food? Go to Norton McDonald's. If this place were to close down tomorrow, I'd throw them a going away party. The fact that I can't give them 0 stars irritates me even more because 1 is too much credit.

This McDonald's is about 3 minutes from my house and I tend to drive to another store that is about 15 minutes away from my house because even though the staff is friendly I always wait at least 15-40 minutes for the simplest orders and there will be about 3-5 cars in including me I just don't understand the wait when there isn't a lot of business and then my food is never hot. I waited 25 minutes for 3 burritos a hash brown and a frappe then they gave my order to the wrong car. I'm honestly disappointed and if I could give negative stars I would

If I could give less than one star, I would! THEE WORST fast food restaurant in Barberton, HANDS DOWN. The order is never correct, the food is always cold, the wait is at least 15+ minutes, the staff is rude, AND they just leave your order sitting in the open bag until all of the order is complete (no wonder everything is cold).

DO NOT GO HERE . I would put 0 stars if I could. One of the worst mcdonald's in Northeast , Ohio . So much human indecency I'm blown away . My grandma went through the drive-thru , paid for her happy meal (she is a small 65 year old woman) and gets to the second window to someone asking her for a "code" . Apparently it was a door dash code . The lady behind her was screaming she was from door dash and they continued to threaten to call the cops on my grandma after she had already paid for her food . She ended up leaving bc the woman screaming at her triggered her ptsd and made her feel out of place . After we called and told manager on shift what had happened, she didn't care whatsoever and brushed me off and wouldn't replace her food . Her HAPPY MEAL . Whoever broke their back to hurt my grandma's feelings , karma see's you .

I love this McDonald's. It is so unique to Barberton. It used to have a tile roof like the Piggery but unfortunately they remodeled it. It is surrounded with cherry blossom trees like Lake Anna and I think Chinese elms. It has nice landscaping and they pickup the trash all the time. I take my grandson there for Happy Meals and we park under the trees in the shade. I am going to start doing that now that it is getting nice. He is getting bored and you can follow the 6 foot rules. He lives with me. As far as the food is concerned, it is a fast food place and he loves to go there.

First off I ordered my daughter a kids meal with a 6 piece chicken nugget every single chicken nugget in that meal was hard as a rock and the French fries mine's well should have been frozen they were so hard and nasty thank God I checked my daughter's food before she eats it and today I ordered a cheeseburger and I take a bite out of it and there's no damn Patty in it it was cheese onion ketchup and pickle are you kidding me

worst mcdonalds ever, always cold food and overdone meats. i couldn't imagine the floors in there . wouldn't even let my dog eat the food let alone a human

The Barberton McDonald's is close to me. So, this morning I ran to get a large iced coffee. After paying and receiving my order, I tried a sip. It tasted like syrup and it was obvious there was no coffee in the drink. I said something to the worker and she responded "yeah it came from the machine so it has coffee in it". After assuring her that it does not, she just kind of stared at me. I then drove to the McDonald's in Norton where I ordered the same drink. They got it correctly. I drove BACK to the Barberton McDonald's to get my money back. After sitting at the window for ten minutes, when there was no line, I showed the two drinks to the same lady who gave me my order, before, she again said the machine did it. There is no hospitality at this McDonald's nor do they every get your order right. This was not my first time running into issues here. I will just have to make the drive to Norton I seats and I suggest you do too!

Dollar sodas!! Great location in downtown. Walking distance to beautiful Lake Anna, the movie theater and the new art district. The lines typically move quickly. The associates are polite. And, the french fries....McDonald's has the best french fries. I can't speak to the interior as I have only used the drive thru.

Prob one of the friendliest employees especially morning and afternoon drive thru nothing in the world like McDonald fries

Went to this McDs on a Saturday night at 10:15 and used the take away lane. To say the service was horrendous is an understatement. Waited in line 36 minutes. No way to exit line as you're locked in place by s shrubbery line. 26 minutes before I got to window to pick up food....and it wasn't ready. They told me to pull up and they'd bring the food out to me. Refused, since the last time they told me that they never brought my food out to me. Demanded my money back and asked to speak with the manager, she/he refused to come to the window. The kid at the window disappeared and did not come back for 10 minutes, this time had the food with him (3 items were all I ordered). He basically threw the food at me and slammed the window shut, no apology for the wait. The absolute LAST time I will patronize any McDonald's that is owned by this franchise. If there was a way to leave negative stars for this place I would.
