McDonald's

I started doordashing a week ago and go into this McDonalds often. No matter how busy they are the staff is always so calm and so curious to the customers. I always have a pleasant experience here. Also, me and my daughter often stop there to eat ourselves before heading home from doordashing and the food is always hot and delicious!

Don't even want to give them even 1 star, Had to wait 45 mins for 2 happy meals and a cheeseburger meal. Even after waiting 45 mins still had not received food went inside to see how much longer and they couldn't tell me, so I asked for a refund. This place has gone downhill, bad service, cold food, rude staff. If it weren't for my kids I would never eat here again. Please get your restaurant and staff together and do better.

I usually don’t eat at McDonald’s, but my son convinced me to get the adult Minecraft Meal for him and his friend. I ordered the meals on the kiosk and when I got my order I was informed they were out of the toys that come with the meal. Arme Jean is a manager there and she apologized for the mistake since they didn’t remove the option off the kiosk, and promised me she would get me the toys that I ordered. She came through and went through so much trouble for us to get the toys! She is a fantastic employee at this location. She deserves the best! I truly adore her and the rest of the staff were also really friendly and helpful. I mentioned I rarely eat at McDonald’s, but just because Arme Jean is there, I will certainly return! Thank you! ❤️

Don’t do a mobile order for pickup. It is t any faster and for some reason actually takes longer to fill. It took 50 minutes to get two cheeseburgers, a hot and spicy and some McNuggets

This place always has rude employees and constantly closing the drive thru early. Can’t count how many times I have tried to go after 11, which it says drive thru open til 12am and they already have closed and left. I understand being slower sometimes but your hours posted should be followed.

Completely fucjing digesting me and my husband have food poisoning. They manager constantly kept telling me there's nothing wrong with thier food but yet why does thier burgers look like they have mold on the top

Don't come here at 6 and expect any kind of service. Bih at the window had me waiting ten minutes before she asked me to pull forward and says "She's opening up the gravy now" This is the second time too, last time I just waiting for 10 minutes with no service. This place sucks, and needs new managment

This is supposed to be a sausage egg McMuffin. Theres no sausage. And it took me 30 of sitting in the drive thru to get it.

Went through the drive thru to grab a quick breakfast before heading out of town. I've been waiting for more than 30 minutes for 4 regular menu items ... the concept of "fast food" is lost at this location. Save yourself time and go sit down and have breakfast somewhere other than here.

I was literally just there - ordered at 9:23PM and didn't receive my order until 9:50PM. No big deal expect I get home and am ready to eat my burger just to find out that it's RAW. I just don't understand and it's not even like I had a complicated order (#2a meal with Dr Pepper and fries and some ketchup packets for the fries - which I didn't get either). Extremely disappointing.

They missed all my food pretty much . Gave me random stuff and when I complained the lady working said she didn't care. Most of the food was cold and my chicken was wet. They even messed up our drinks, didn't know that was possible. Also chargers us extra. I hope everybody working dies

Employees have a bad attitude, slow drive-through line. One of the worst McDonald's I ever been to. I do not recommend going to this place especially if you're trying to get in and out through the drive-through. They mess up my order, especially when I told them I only want a one item. When I told him I wanted a refund for my order the manager came out and had a really bad attitude complaining why the drive-through was so long , all I asked was for a refund. I did not do anything that she made her have an attitude with me.

This review is for the transit road location in clarence ny . Surprised by the price of a quarter pounder value meal on the moving menu boards! Easier to just go to the dollar menu board to figure out what to order. Mcdonald's knows this. Don't get me started!

Horrible service and nasty food. Rude co workers and a child for a manager Nuggets were stale and had black shit in the middle of them. Forgot my French fries.

Waited for 15 minutes at the speaker for someone to take my order absolutely the worst Mcdonald's experience I have ever had. I would have left if I wasn't blocked in avoid this location at all cost!

Fricking horrible. Three visits in a row. First visit. Whole order screwed up total cost $35! Next visit zero fries with any value meal and no chicken nuggets in one of the happy meals and the other had no fries or apple slices. Total cost $42 Third visit. Breakfast. I sit there for 25 min in the I'm special parking spot and finally get my food. 2 medium $4 iced coffees cause they are not smart enough to know how to used the coffee machine. The workers words. It just don't like us today! Well screw that. You all SUCK. GEEZ. BREAKFAST COLD AND MELTED COFFEE. $25. So. 3 trips over $100 spent and 3 reviews left different places. I'd LOVE Meet up with the owners and the managers and explain to them that employees shouldn't put their hands on customers and that what the customer pays for is what they are legally entitled to receive! Seriously WORST PLACE EVER TO BE IN BARTLESVILLE. NEXT TIME I NEED CHEAP SUPPOSEDLY QUICK FOOD ILL GO TO LONG JOHNS, at least their I know I'm most likely gonna get sick

One star is very generous!!! The service is slow, the food is cold, the restaurant is very dirty and the employees are rude!

Rude customers service. Would not visit this location again. Let's face it, McDonald's is trash food anyways. I was in a hurry.

One star is too many. Ordered wuarter pounder with cheese at 12:11 and got the food at 12:24. Lettuce was wilted, big surprise. Stay away.

This is one to avoid. I hate to be so negative but the person hiring here did a poor job. the employees were unresponsive when I walked in and stood at the register for 10 minutes. 20 minutes after I ordered they still had not given me any food. I asked for a refund and the manager was very rude. I will never go to this location again. Avoid at all costs!!!

Yuck the restaurant was very filthy and when I got my drink I looked away and when I looked back a black thing fell into my drink I wish I could give it 0 stars but yelp won't let me

These ppl I swear need to check orders they always seem to short us on door dash and my wife got us food and no sweet and sour minus a chicken sandwich never getting my business again

At this point these people are intentionally messing up my order. Six times in a row now, this is the last time I'll go to this dump, they have forgotten something or put the wrong items in there. Let's be honest, this is a high school kid job and these adults cannot manage to do it. Management doesn't seem to care when you tell them in person. The worse run establishment I have ever seen... worst!!!!!!!!

Waited 20 minutes after I paid to find out the coffee machine was "broke", I was pulled after I payed. I got my hash browns but never got my coke or coffee. I had to leave because I didn't expect it to take so long. This location used to be good, I don't know what happened but I won't be back to this one.

Really McDonald's. No napkins. I know we are all feeling the pinch of the Coronavirus but how about a couple napkins with my order.

Ordered big breakfast with hotcakes in drive through, when I got home there was no hasbrowns or syrup. It not rocket science to fill a fast food order.

I love the meal i had (10 piece chicken nuggets). The only thing that made me give it 4 was the soggy fries that would pop up every once in awhile

Takes to long to serve, when they are not even that busy, I almost felt ignored, I don't think I'll be coming back here, thankfully there is plenty of McDonald's to go to

My McD's double-cheeseburgers smelled like they had spoiled, like putrid cheese. The two tasted the same, okay, they just had a bad odor. The cup of water had the same dirty smell. The whole experience reminded me of the SpongeBob cartoon where the hamburgers were made of extruded chum. Unfortunately that will most likely be my last visit to any McD's. Unless I forget that stinch and require an additional lesson.Though I should add that I didn't get sick, and I did force them down.

i got food for my girls and there was a horse in the back getting chopped up for food but 10/10 get the nugget

Terrible service- slow then burgers were cold . Flies everywhere- dead and alive. Limp off color fries.

Gave order at drive-thru pulled up to pay and they lady messed up the order. 5mins later in drive-thru by the way it was fixed. Got a sausage biscuit, breakfast burrito and a large diet dr. pepper. The Sausage biscuit was cold, biscuit was over cooked. The breakfast burrito had no sausage and very little filling was mostly tortilla. They also raised most of the price and i am guessing its because of the new menu roll out.

I go to McDonalds for some nuggets right? All my childhood I've always enjoyed the amazing sauce they provide in every single one of my kid meals, but now that I'm an adult in expected to eat 10 nuggets with NO SAUCE? come on I even ordered it with it dude

Service was terrible bought a strawberry banana smoothie and waited about eight minutes, just for smoothie. Server didn't even say Hello or thank you!
