Mac donadles need to be compared to Europe. Compared to Europe, it is the biggest and most beautiful restaurant. It also has the biggest menu I've ever seen. The cheeseburger was much drier than its counterpart in cities in Europe. The menu is about 3 times bigger. The desserts turned out to be very sweet. Unfortunately, during rush hour you will have to wait a very long time to order. There are a lot of customers and seating

Probably the fanciest McDonald’s I’ve ever seen.. it's all glass, modern vibes, and a peaceful little water view. There's an outside sitting surrounded with flowers and plants. Food’s the same, but the setting feels way too aesthetic for fast food 😄

This McDonald’s was surprisingly spacious and very well maintained. They served the best nuggets I’ve ever had—crispy and flavorful! The only downside was the milkshake we took home, which had an unpleasant odor when we opened it later. Aside from that, it was a great visit.

Total disaster. They charged extra for ketchup, didn’t provide caps or straws for the beverages, and mistakenly gave my order to someone else. My wife had a sore throat, so we kindly asked to substitute Sprite with water — they refused and charged an additional 2.5 GEL. I’ve visited McDonald’s in many countries, but this was the first time I experienced such unprofessional and rude service.

Complaint Regarding Service at McDonald’s Batumi Hi, I’m writing to report a very disappointing experience I just had at McDonald’s Batumi. I’ve been waiting for my order for almost an hour (about 45 minutes), and despite repeatedly asking the staff, I was met with rude and unhelpful responses. They simply said they didn’t know anything about my order. I had to go down three floors five times to check myself, and still received no proper explanation. Eventually, our food wasn’t even brought to the table — we had to go and get it ourselves, even though we had a table number (45) and an order number (075). This experience was not only frustrating but also embarrassing, especially because I had recommended this place to a guest of mine. I will never come back here again. I strongly suggest conducting a thorough review of your staff and their training, as this level of service is unacceptable.

The quality of the food is classic for fast food. It doesn't impress or offend. The beef in the cheeseburger was fried too much. The chicken burger was good. Two slices of cucumber and a drop of ketchup. It's nice that they bring the food to your table if you want. We like the way this McDonald's looks. The food didn't impress us much, so we go sit in the garden at least with a coffee.

One of the best 9th location of McDonald’s in the world this branch is to be considered, in terms of outside design, landscape & size. 👍👍👍

I’ve visited a lot of countries, and one of my 1st things to do is visit the local McDonalds. Always make an order and go somewhere to eat. I will just attach a pic of Big tasty they brought me, I never felt like a dog before this moment))))) After that, thank you McDonalds I will go try another place, I just must, after this kind of treatment.
