Mcchickwn straps arr old and nasty tasting fries were cold and soggy. Asked for extra pickles and only got 1 pickle on the sandwich. Ordered at kiosk no receipt print then stood at counter for a few minutes and had to yell to get a team members attention to wait us. It is a clean facility but staffing sucks and so does the food will not recommend to anyone 😕

By far one of the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to. First, why is there a PIN code on the bathrooms? One of few that still has a play place. My kid(s) are working on potty training and was inconvenienced with having to try and get an employees attention to get the code. Secondly, our deluxe double quarter was NOT GOLD STANDARD. It wasn’t even in the box when smashed closed the pickles were off to the side. Awful. It was a self order situation, but then I was forced to pay at the counter anyway where I received my cup. But their drink station had ZERO straw available. My coke tasted like garbage anyway.. my order was placed on a tray however the other person in my group that place a ‘for here’ order got hers in a bag. Fries barely warm, 9 nuggets in one of my boxes. And to wrap things up, my son ran into the edge of the tray I was carrying, and actually scratched his cheek enough to bleed.

My order was entirely incorrect, so I went inside to correct the issue and use the restroom. I was immediately disgusted. Clearly putting code locks on the bathrooms are working. It was so unsanitary in the restaurant that I left my food and walked out. Maybe if the employee's were busy working and not playing on there phones they would have more time to do there jobs.

Bathrooms are always blocked an hour after they are open. Why can't you clean the bathrooms before you open? You wait an extra hour to open your lobby but never have the bathrooms clean and ready. That's Unacceptable. Also I'm a regular and spend money here everyday so why am I constantly being treated poorly?

Got one tiny piece of lettuce and that was the piece they gave me. Could you image if I actually ate that?! 100% would of gotten me sick. Like come on man. Posting this because I don’t want a free one. just want other people to know not to come here after 10.Or even for pm crew. Mess my order up fine but this is a different level of bad. Won’t ever come back to this location I’ll drive across town if I really want McDonalds at this point. Just crazy.

It is frequently such a frustrating experience at this location, as a food delivery driver and as a customer. It'll take 5 minutes and 20 judgmental stares before you get help at the counter, even if they're aware you just need the restroom code. Food is often stale or has been sitting when you get it:( I always look forward to enjoying my McDonald's breakfast and the comfortable environment, but this is a location I try to avoid.

I never expect good service from fast food.. however this was beyond me. We went to pick up a DoorDash order through the drive through (because inside was closed) not only did it take 15 minutes for the employees to even open the window (even though they were right in front of us… watching us!!) but when they did attend us, they threw the bag through the window of our car and lied when we asked if the mc flurry that was part of the order was in the bag. We were missing two items and when we tried to communicate that they shut the window , even though we were clearly signaling we were missing something and continued to play around with each other. Another 5 minutes passed while they watched us, laughed in our direction, threw boxes at each other, and just completely dismissed us. I just think these three should be held accountable because they held up a huge line and it affected the timelines for our order. Overall I just hope they get held accountable because regardless of it being “fast food” they completely neglected they’re job.

Can this place be any worse? First, the drive through set up is crazy. You pull in line and you're in danger of getting hit by cars trying to back out or leave. Once in the drive through, the wait is 2 to 3 times as long as it should be. Then often, like today, your order is incomplete! But what do you expect when you hire young kids who can't count change and have no management keeping tabs on things? And once home. You see just how sloppily the food was put together. Last time I go to this shop factory! Plenty of other "quick" options nearby. My advice, for the same amount of money go to the gas station across the street and get breakfast burritos and sandwiches from there. Bigger, better, and faster!

Returned even though 5 years ago I said I never would. The drive through was extremely long so went inside to order. Lots of people waiting for their orders. I thought well they are really busy food would be hot and there were several employees to be seen. Only one person working the counter? The drive through seemed to be getting all of the attention. While I waited for my food I used the restroom. A young employee was in there throwing up in the next stall. I asked her if she needed help but she replied no she had went to get back to work. . Again food was lukewarm and order incorrect. Glad the soda was cold. It will take another 5 years before I think about it again.

snappy lady with sarcastic tone. didn't appreciate the service at all. sounded like she was eating sum on the mic. ridiculous tbh. really wanted to try the new mccrispy special, she made the experience quite unpleasant. wanted to review good here but just couldnt. just got our food, the mcflurru was not mixed and i just remebered the lady had bad hearing. looked like a bunch of hyjinx was going down.

Placed an order using the app. Waited & waited for my order to be done. After 25 minutes a worker asked and I said I was waiting for order 1690. He came back & said it was the sack on the counter... that had been there the entire time without any identifying numbers or stickers. It was now stone cold. I didn't want to spend another 30 minutes standing there, looking at the filth in the kitchen so I threw it out and left.

Wow. Actually a good McDonald's. Very clean inside and didn't take long to get food even with a massive line in the drive through. Soda tasted good. Good fries nice and hot. Burger was perfect and they didn't mess up my customization!

We went thru the drive thru which was incredibly slow but they were adequately staffed. After what felt like forever in the drive thru they didn't even have our order ready Which was a simple order. A manager was at the window and he didn't even know what our order was. We told him 3 times and he still got it wrong! First he tried giving us a small coke, which we reminded him it's French vanilla iced coffee. Instead of the iced coffee my boyfriend repeated multpile times he got a black coffee with sugar. We were frustrated at this point so we just left. He didn't have a nametag but he had shoulder length blonde hair.

Shake is like drinking purple gel or like a purple drink in the consistency of purple shampoo and whipped cream with sugar. It's interesting and strange. It might not be the best burger, but when I go to McDonald's I know what to expect. One of those things is a well done beef patty. Big FAIL this time. $10 for a Quarter Pounder Deluxe meal and the burger was raw inside, inedible. Very disappointed. This seems to be the new "service" at this location. Often times slow, order incorrect, luckily caught before paying. Will have to reconsider my future lunch options.

My grievance is that I went inside to order because the drive thru line was looking long and it took forever to receive my food. It's almost like they don't care about the customers inside and only dedicate their time to moving the drive thru along. It shouldn't be this way. I won't be going inside to take food to go knowing that over ten cars went thru the drive thru before I got my order. And it was only 2 very easy happy meals. Not a large difficult order. The girl did apologize for the wait so I'll give her that. But their wouldn't have been a wait if they made the orders in the order that they are entered into the system.

the service at this McDonalds is terrible. There is no one at the counter when you enter. The people in front of us were told they MUST order from the kiosk although there is a sign offering assistance. When a person came out from the back, they were less than friendly but did take my money and hand me two drink cups. Later this same employee came out but only to talk to her friend. When a customer approached the counter she did not offer to help but continued her conversation in Spanish. Luckily the other McDonalds in town do not have this same poor level of service.

i needed wifi and saw the big M along the highway. I was able to get a table, as this is a very small dining room area. I was able to get to work. The food, well, it's McDonalds... the service was really slow, and the shift leader was constantly yelling out orders in a condescending tone. It would have been tought to take working for her. During my brief lunch an elderly gentleman dropped into the seat across from me, as seating was limited. Nice old logger, but too talkative... I was trying to finish my work... I was a fish out of water, dressed in a suit working on a laptop while the others around me were not.....

No secret I love McDonalds. I've never been INSIDE this location but have gone through their drive thru a handful of times now. It gets backed up pretty quickly but other than that have had no major problems, and I feel like they're doing their best when it does get that busy. It's not like they have much control over that. If you like McDonald's, it's not a bad place to go. One of the few places that, so far, has never forgotten to keep the pickles off my burgers. Even just for that alone I have to give them five stars!

Went through drive through. Waited in line and finally got to order and paper sign says cash only. I made a suggestion to put on wet floor sign further out so people would know sooner than sitting in line. But my sons and my burgers were so pink they were raw I ate 3 bites and as I write this I'm sick, puking and stomach and runs. He didn't eat his. Thank goodness. Ordered my 7 year old his 4 piece chicken nuggets and they give him 2 lemon wedges!!!! He was bawling and no way was I sitting in that line again.. beware if you're going to eat there. My husband and I watched a guy empty the garbage, put together an order in a bag, put a trash bag in garbage can, pull garbage out of their hand washing sink throw in garbage can and proceed to go back to putting food orders together in bags without washing his hands. I said something to the guy at the window and he said he would say something but I bet he didn't! I will never go there again. I bet I have food poisoning and thank goodness I have activated charcoal and anti nausea meds.

Fast, friendly efficient service, and fresh, hot, food. I recommend you guys check it out! I live very close, and frequent this location a lot. Right now, they have some of the best employees ever!! Lydia is an asset, very efficient as a manager! She is also polite and friendly, very professional! Quinton and Gavin are the best cooks here, and Clayton, Dava, and Matt are all doing a great job as managers! Kendra embodies caring customer service. The older gentleman, the big guy who often is at the register is super efficient, and is always cool. Mr. Guzman, the owner, has put together a great team, I appreciate it, thanks all!

This was the absolutely slowest service that I have EVER experienced! 15 minute wait for 1 coffee 1 tea and a hash browns. Even then we had to ask where it was and the "moved up" our order. The new order system is excruciating and penalized anyone who just walks up to the counter. Major FAIL McDonalds! Won't be back!

This review was supposed to be for the N 3rd st Macd's. Food was horrible for 3rd time in a row, this has to be the worst mac D's in Bend with the hwy 20 store a close second. I have had to many bad experiences now that I will not go back nor my family. I will also be leaving reviews. Last visit I got the fish meal and the bread was tuff and chewy. who does that?. dried out and not worth eating. another meal tossed from mcds. Why didnt I bring it into the store to return it?? we go through the drive thru because were short on time. I did return a meal the time before this. 3 TIMES and they couldn't get it right. I finally left it on the counter and walked out. I have been visiting McDonalds for at least 50 yrs and go less and less every yr. Bend burger company is more money but at least you enjoy the food.

The majority of the place is fine and expected. Why though, is their ice cream machine almost ALWAYS broken?! It's so frustrating when the kids get excited to get a McFlurry and we get there and the machine is broken. Eight out of ten times this happens and it's very disappointing. Get a new one people!!!

i'm only giving them one star because you can't do negative stars. this is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my entire life... they somehow manage to mess up my order every time, and if by some miracle they don't, I either have to wait forever or there's mustard all over the outside of my burger. i'm really not even mad anymore, the level of dedication to screwing things up is kind of impressive. -EDIT- After looking at all of the other 1 star reviews, i'm convinced that this is a storefront for money laundering.

Having been a manager at a McDonalds for three years, I can honestly say that this location is terrible. The night crew is extremely rude, and try to pass off food that is clearly too old to serve, as being fresh. I have to check my food every time I order here in the drive through before I leave, because more often than not, they don't make my order correctly. So, if you plan or ordering in this location's drive through, check your food before driving off.

This is the worst McDonald's in Bend. Doesn't seem to matter when you go there it takes forever to get your food. Looks like they have plenty of staff but they are just inefficient. All of the other McDonald's in Bend are far better.

I chose to eat at this location earlier this evening and didn't feel the McDonalds family love in my order. My order was as follows: 1 large McChicken meal, Coca-Cola no ice, and ketchup. I was offended by the lack of ketchup that they thought would be adequate for a large fry. 2 packages seemed someone truly did not care. I searched the vehicle vigorously for several seconds.

I went to this store's drive through last saturday morning to get 2 breakfast burritos and a water, I also like 4 hot sauces with the burritos. After the guy asked what I would like to order I ordered and then waited, no response. I waited for about 10 seconds and then asked "did you get that" after a few seconds he came back and said "no sorry what was it again" so I ordered again and he said "what?" I thought maybe it was the engine so I turned it off and ordered again, he then said please pull around to first window, I did and ordered again, then I asked why he did not get my order at the first station, he said "oh sorry I was talking to someone" thats when I noticed a girl behind him that looked like it might be a manager. I told him "I don't care if Ray Crock came back from the dead and asked him a question, wait until you finish with my order before you respond to Ray, he will understand". So I finally got to the pickup window and took my order, guess what, only TWO hot sauces instead of four and I was already blocks away at a red light when I noticed. If this had been the first time I was disappointed there that would be one thing but I have had poor service there before. And fast food employees want 15 dollars per hour minimum wage, I THINK NOT!
