Man everyone here is chill, relaxed and everything, Edgar and Edwin one of the best managers I've met. Both are calm and relaxed, they sadly messed up my order by putting ketchup on my burger but they replaced it and gave me free large fry, very nice and respectful and handle mistakes well! go during past 4 pm!

I take my granddaughters after I pick them up from school. No problem with the food or service so far. My problem is with a safety issue. I went there Tuesday and the handicap area was not shoveled or salted. Was assured by 3 different workers that it will be taken care of. Went there today (Wednesday and it still wasn’t done. Talked to the GM and explained it to her. Said it will be taken care of. It’s a franchise store. We will see tomorrow.

Waited for 20 minutes in drive through. Cold fried food wasn’t even at window when I pulled up because they gave my food to the car ahead of me. Fries should have had no salt like ordered but they had salt. Overall one of the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too.

Yesterday I ordered a sausage biscuit and a hash brown .I got my breakfast minus the sausage patty so I called talked to Ana she said that she would let Lawrence know I was coming this morning by the way he looked at me she didn't communicate to him. I was not trying to cheat them out of food and I let him know that.

Don’t order food here online or through their app, if it has a mocha or frappe they will cancel it and hold your money for 7 days before they refund you, three times in two weeks, unacceptable and they always forgets things. Never going back here again. The management should be fired

Poor McDonald's. I walked in and a Karen was screaming. Luckily, their customers ran her off. So no, it wasn't good food ot service, but I'm not blaming McDonald's! They were frightened and calling the police

Foods okay, staff is pretty friendly usually, although they get the order wrong a lot at this location. Drive through is a better experience if you dine in its not so great.

I honestly don’t know why I don’t drive the 15 minutes to oak creek where I know I will get friendly service and my food won’t turn out like this. Cold, underfilled, sloppy, and uneatable. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 5 years and I would NEVER serve food that looks or tastes even close to this. I understand how hard business are struggling with employees but I face the same issues everyday and would never allow a standered like this to go over my counter. absolutely horrendous. Never going back.

If I could give zero stars I would. Customer service...well if I wanted to recommend a place where you are made to feel like they are doing you a favor by taking care of you...then by all means...over 30 minutes to get order, food was not only cold...but, made by toddlers?? Food was TERRIBLE! Will NEVER use this location ever again...and if you want your kids to play, bring sanitizer, kids play area had food on the floor and dirty tables.

No Dr.Peppy Machine no Workey Instead of Dr.Peppy machine squirt out spicy wawa. The food was cool, how can I eat my MacDonald with no Dr.Peppy? Heart was Sad. If Dr.Peppy workey I come back. Thank you.

Actually I'd rate it zero stars. It's a simple order on March 18, on day after St Patrick's Day. Large photo of a Shamrock Shake on the drive thru menu. I'd like two Shamrock Shakes. We don't have Shamrock Shakes. Ok not surprised but he didn't say shake machines are not working as in the past. Ok, I'd like one chocolate shake and one strawberry shake. Pay at the window, pull up to pick up window, waiting, waiting, waiting, A guy hands me a chocolate shake and then comes back with a vanilla shake. I ask is this a strawberry shake? He says here are your straws. I told him this is not a strawberry shake and he asks if I want to exchange it. I only came here as the two grandkids ask if they could have a shamrock shake. I gotta find the nearest Culver's!!! I have not had a correct order from this location driving thru or eating in. I forbid my grandkids to ask me to go to this location ever again!!!! FYI......Culver's sells green mint shakes 365 days a year and you can add extras to it.

Honestly go get some food a restaurant or at kings wok. The lady charged me for food I didn't order and only gave me a 4-piece when I ordered a 6-piece. In addition, there's watered down soda. Like a review I saw, the only consistent thing about this place is being inconsistent.

What is the point of doing a mobile order like how the app wants you to do so if they don't make it for another 10-minutes. Waited for 15-min after ordering 15-min earlier

needs an inspection asap my eggs were grey and moldy this morning. got wrong drinks, chocolate milk instead of a sprite and smoothie and the service was awful

This restaurant is a complete crap-show. If the staff suddenly gets slammed with a lot of customers, everything falls apart, and they are incapable of handling it. I waited 45 MINUTES for my food to be brought out, then when I asked for ketchup for my fries, I was told "we're out." How does a McDonalds run out of ketchup? I am not sure what the manager of this place is doing, because it's clear they're not doing their job. Save yourself time and go somewhere else.

Exact change only with cash is a policy that made sense when we didn't know how covid spread. To keep that as a policy now is just a little annoying. No stars just for this policy.

Without fail, this McDonald's will single handily mess up your order GURANTEED. That's the only consistent thing about the location. Expect missing food from your order, food you do receive will be cold. The only consistent thing about this location is that they are inconsistent. Save yourself the hassle and drive the extra 5-10 minutes south on Douglas and go to the McDonald's location off Kingston Ave.

Drive thru is terrible and it took the workers 15 minutes just to do one person. Never go here, this place sucks. There are many better places to go because you will be waiting forever here. One last thing, the food is not worth it. It tastes terrible. My food also had a bite tooken out of it.

I'm going to try and not be too harsh, but this place needs help. The management here is nonexistent and there is no pride taken in their jobs. The employees yell at each other, nobody seem to know what's going on, and the food reflects that. My quarter pounder was so cold the cheese didn't even start to melt and the bottom of the bun was hard as a rock. The fries were also cold from the start. I ate one as soon as the came out of the drive through window. And are there still health regulations about hair? The person who served me at the window had hair hanging in her face and she was playing with it. Another girl had a long pony tail and it was flying all over the place. If you want to see a terribly run McDonald's this is the place to come, and you can expect terrible food as well.

If 0 was an option that's what I'd leave. I understand since Covid that It's been really hard to find good quality help, but today was a new low. I placed my order which included a smoothie, and I'm sitting at the window after a polite young lady hands me the food. I'm watching waiting for the smoothie and the girl ( a different one) mixing it apparently did not like that I was watching. She started to talk shit, asked her co worker to close the window and continue to bitch that I was watching. Hey IDIOT I can still hear you even with the window shut.

Complete orders and fresh food. Associates friendly and efficient. A good location. Everyone worked well together. A good experience.

So ordered food through app for curbside pickup so I know everything was order right. They brought the food out and when I got home I was missing happy meal. So I called and Tasha one of the managers was extremely rude I heard her say that I drove off without my food. REALLY I was parked and you brought out my order. Service was poor, food was not very good

Just left this McDonalds $13.74 short, waited over 10 minutes in one of their wait spaces, after making my purchase thru the drive thru. Went in asked for service as I've been waiting over 10 minutes, I was then screamed at by the manager and told to wait, and that she was too busy with drive thru, from where I came! I then told her to bring me my refund when she could be troubled to bother with me, she then sends one of her young employees out with my food after 20 minutes!!! I told the girl to please bring my refund, as I had already asked the manager to do so. The employee returned the food to the store and never gave me the refund. I paid $13.74 only to be served bad attitude.

We went through the drive thru. We were next in line. The employee took the next 3 cars from the other drive up lane before they took our order. When we got our food - it was upside down. The french fries were on the bottom of the bag. The chicken nugget box was open and the nuggets were also on the bottom of the bag. We ordered a McFlurrie and the lid was not attached. Very poor service. Will travel a bit farther to go to another McDonalds.

I have eaten at several McDonald's cafés throughout my life, and this must rank, quite certainly, as one of the worst...of the worst. I was travelling with clients, who placed their orders first, and then seated themselves. When they had finished, the cashiers simply...disappeared. I waited for several minutes, only to be confronted by a dishevelled, dirty, disgustingly visaged employee who sauntered up as though he had better things to do, and was only deigning to take my order. He did not say hello, did not greet me, did not welcome me to McDonald's Restaurant #15445. He merely glared at me, and then muttered, "Well?" One may readily surmise my shock, and surprise. I placed my order. The cashier continued glaring, and then said, "Well, is that all you want?" "Yes," I said. He said NOTHING else, merely handed me the receipt and the ticket, and said, "The drink cups are over there." His attitude was rude, discourteous, unfriendly, and impolite throughout. I remain thoroughly, and wholly, disgusted by the entire experience. Since I was with clients, I was not able to ask for the manager, although I really should have done so. You may remain assured I shall not patronise this location again.

My husband just went to mcdonalds. One girl rang up his order, another girl tossed the bag onto the counter. He looked into the bag, only one sandwich in the bag. He yelled "HEY" they didn't acknowledge him, so he yelled "hey" louder. The girl yelled back "what" . He told her there was only one sandwich in the bag. She said I put two in there. Look.in the bag. She grabbed another sandwhich put it in a bag and threw it from five feet away. There weren't any other people in at this time. Is this the new way to get waited ON? Guess we will not go back to Mcdonalds. Treating customers like this, is this the way McDonald's trains their help? 1 star for rating, but actually it.is on a half star

One of the worst McDonalds I've ever been to, and that truly is saying something. Wow. Couldn't hear the lady in the drive through, they got confused as to which order was ours, gave us the wrong order, couldn't find ours or recall it so we basically had to reorder and then the coke tasted like shit. We told two people who gave us a blank stare and did nothing about it.

Slow service. We always have to wait, even if ordering only 'basic' items. Lots of employees in the area, but they just don't seem to be able to keep up.

I rarely stop by McDonalds, as I prefer other fast food franchises. But, even if it were my favorite food, the experiences I have had at the McDonalds on Douglas Ave near the old K Mart would keep me away. At this point, I assume my order will be wrong. I have rarely received exactly what I ordered, and I have even received other customer's food. The last time I went on a Saturday night, the workers were being loud and rowdy. I could hear and see them through the drive in window. One young man ran out to talk to the people in the car ahead of me in the drive through that would not pull ahead enough for me to get to the window. I can only assume that management is ineffectual or just doesn't care. I had asked if they had fresh fries, and was told "yes" by the Girl on the intercom. Well, the fries were not fresh, and the chicken nuggets were barely over room temperature. Of course, if you call or go in to complain to a manager, they are defensive and rude. I had one woman tell me that "They never make mistakes"! Yes, she said that to my face, at THIS McDonalds! This place is pathetic, and is a bad reflection on the McDonalds franchise. The difference in quality and service between McDonald's Donald's and a place like Chick Fillet is stunning, and on full display here.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Manager was aggressive, demeaning, and terribly unprofessional. Refused to recognize a $40 mobile order. Provided proof of purchase, photos, app picture, code for pickup, etc. Manager would not serve us the order, refused to allow staff to serve the order as well. Threw our food on the floor because her employees tried getting our order ready because she was being irrational. Waiting FORTY minutes, patiently, while being yelled at, threatened (told me to meet her in the parking lot), and berated. I asked for information to contact store manager or owner, refused to provide information. Police ended up being called, I showed them the video of her after they came, our order was fulfilled with police presence, manager was asked to walk away and stay in the back. Will be making an official report to McDonald's corporate office as well as Filing for harassment to the police.

Very Rarely stop at McDonald's but on the occasions when I do the order is always wrong so I feel sad for the people who stop here Often. Considering I only stop here two to three times a year I have no idea how they stay in business

This is the WORST McDonald's I've ever been too. Just moved here a few months ago and the 3 times I've been here I've had awful service and they ALWAYS get the order wrong. There's another McDonald's right down the road that is fast and gives you what you order. I'll never go here again.

Wow, I've never been to a McDonald's where they refuse to provide courtesy waters and want you to buy their bottled water instead. That's just rude. What are these guys thinking? You come, you eat, you play for an hour, the kids are now thirsty again. Am I supposed to buy them soda so they can get a refill? Those of us who get milk for our kids are apparently out of luck ... and so's this location, for total cluelessness.

Salad warm. Oatmeal missing added ingredients and dry. Not sure what is going on with this location but I hope that there are changes made to improve the service and food. Brought to the attention of the manager who said she could do nothing.

This McDonald's always makes great food and fresh and fast. But I think it's pretty rude for you not to even acknowledge the person sitting in drive-through. I pulled up at 10:01 because online it says they are open until 11 but they close at 10pm. It's common courtesy. Sorry we're closed would've been great instead of Nothing at all.

drive thru is the worse better going to a different one never give you napkins always waiting ask for condiments better get them before you drive and wait in parking area because they dont care if there is 3 or more cars waiting they wait till 3 orders are ready to bring your order out.as the kid riffles thru your bag to see if it's yours .....never again worse at nite .probably lack of supervision or leadership and they want more $$$$ per hour lmao

The slide continues. I am one stop away from dismissing McD as a place to buy anything at all. My recent visits have been very disappointing, from the slow speed of service and the lackadaisical staff that is more interested in: talking amongst themselves, texting on their phone, or partaking in long high volume speakerphone calls on their phones. The only people that seem to be viewed as annoying to the rest of the staff are the customers. Why not just lock the doors, turn off the drive thru signs and party on uninterrupted. I can see why there is always a busy house at Chick-Fil-A.

Consistently the worst McDonalds I've ever been to, which is sad since it's the closest to my house. Sat in the drive through for a 1/2 hour tonight. When I asked what was going on, I was told with a shrug, "I don't know". Just the latest in a long line of terrible service there. I will be driving the extra 2 miles down the road to go to the next closest McDonalds from now on. Can't believe I even had to give them 1 star on this review.

Worst McDonalds EVER! Caledonia needs to intervene and shut this place down. They have the most incompetent and lazy staff and managers. No sense of urgency whatsoever. Poor food quality as well. I don't think I have ever gone here without waiting less than 10 minutes for my food or having my order screwed up in some way. I can't give this place anymore of my money. I think everyone should boycott this place and not give them any more money so that maybe they will finally close their doors! I worked at a McDonalds as a teen, and if the store I worked at would have operated this way, they would not have stayed in business. Not sure who owns this location, but they should be ashamed of themselves for keeping the doors open. I wouldn't be able to sleep at night knowing I was ripping hardworking people off on daily basis. Shame on you!

The workers in this location seem bothered and actually pretty rude. I wonder why I never come to this location. I thought customer service was supposed to be the key to fast food. Not this one.

Had drive through breakfast this morning at this location. No complaints at all with the food, service was very prompt, and it appeared to be very nice and modern. I may return someday for another hungover breakfast.

This McDonald's is by far the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever gone to in my life. I waited a total of 25 minutes in the Drive-Thru. I order two meals that I asked to be large size when I got them there were medium fries they told me it would be a weight on my fries and move me forward after already waiting in line for 15 minutes I move forward and sit there another 10 while I watch multiple Vehicles get their meals and that include fries and leave. I then asked the next person that came out if she was seriously not giving me my fries and she's like oh I wasn't aware and I'm like you were standing right behind the guy when he told me that I had to move for work cuz there was a weight on my fries she said you can come in. I get in there and the manager tells me oh I had no idea you were waiting unbelievably horrible service. I hate that I live so close there is another McDonald's that is like two miles down the road I think I'll take the extra trip just to go to that one you need to close this location it's horrible

Went through drive through with 4 kids. Asked for cups of water for them and was told their machine does not dispense water. Drove back around because there were people waiting. Decided to speak to a manager and asked her for 4 cups of water for the kids. She said we absolutely DO NOT give cups of water. This is her owners decision and people have complained but that is her rule. I have always had a good experience with this McDonalds but this is ridiculous. Obviously the owner is entitled to her own rules but not giving out water is ridiculous.

This McDonalds is horrible. The staff are rude. If you do go here be sure to check your food. 9 times out of 10 there will be something wrong with the order. There are long waits as well. This just in I don't go to McDonald's because the food is great I go because they are suppose to be quick. So why the long wait. This is the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Don't say I didn't warn you.

I love mcdonalds food. Way better then Burger King! But this location sucks. I have been here many times since it is close to me and they have not yet given me my complete order! I never order special either. Just simple meals the way they come.

Not bad during the day, horrible in the evening once the teenage employees take over. The hours say they're open until 11, yet almost all summer and fall they'd shut off the lights on the drive thru menu and close at 10. Also starting around 9, they won't accept debit or credit cards, just cash. So annoying

This is the slowest and worst mcdonalds I have been to. Today it took almost 15 minutes to get an egg mcmuffen. After they got my order wrong.

Never got a burger where the mayo wasn't just in one big clump covering a sixth of the bun. Do these retards not know the concept of spreading? Half the time it's not even in the middle and falling off the edge. They also managed to forget my salad this time. F'in retards get your shit straight

I keep ending up back at this location, even though it's against my better judgement. However, after this last incident, never again. The place is clean, the food okay (though my other half says the fries aren't as good as most locations). However, if you have any sort of issue or problem, the staff ranges from clueless to rude, and we end up with issues there. First of all, don't even think of making a special stop for a promotion if you're anywhere near the end date, because chances are they're out. This happened in 2014 with both McRib and Monopoly pieces, that some of the special pieces were out days before the promotion ends. In the case of Monopoly, it's not like they'll take back your order if you don't get the piece. They are not careful that their prices on the drive-thru boards match what you are actually getting charged, but the customer is the 'lunatic' for pointing this out. After going there recently and having them forget to put the Happy Meal toys in our kids' take-out boxes, we are absolutely DONE with this location.
