McDonald's

I was truly impressed by how friendly and attentive the staff were. You can clearly see how much effort they put into keeping the restaurant clean and well managed. We often come here with our children for Sunday meals, and every time we feel very comfortable and welcomed. The staff are kind to families, and it allows us to enjoy our meal in a relaxed atmosphere. This level of service is rare for a fast food restaurant. Thank you for always making our visits pleasant and stress-free. We really appreciate it!🌺

No doubt that why this place has 2.8 rating. Stopped by this McDonald’s and waited 3–4 minutes just to place an order. Not to receive food, literally just to get someone to acknowledge me. Staff were present but completely ignoring customers. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. If they’re this short-staffed, they need to hire properly or train better, because the front counter was basically abandoned. Totally unacceptable for a fast-food place.

For a more bite and coffee, I think that's a great place. It can be a bit of a wait, however. Staff is good, the company might want to hire more people rather than having machines. Doesn't matter if I can order fast when I'm waiting 3-4 minute for a coffee. Dining area is nice but it's usually quite full. Nice environment.

Decided to come here for a snack I ordered the McChicken meal with no mayo, bacon, a medium drink a medium fries with no salt and an ice cream for dessert - the guy working the counter was rude to start, he wanted me to hand over my credit card and I didn't, I paid for my own order myself, he didn't tell me till after that the Ice cream machine was broken and when I asked for a refund for the ice cream, he's like oh I can give you an apple pie so I said OK give me two apple pies Which I only got one and when I said OK, what's the price for the apple pie? They refused to give me the price and then he's like oh I can give you a doughnut and when I said no not interest just give me the return of 50 cents back and then he's like the ice cream machine is now working I can make you ice cream and I told him no I would like my full refund for my meal which I never touched they had an issue with giving me a refund until I complained about it so I got my full refund for everything would avoid this place at all cost never again. I'm going back to this McDonald's.!!

Was a great experience at MacDonalds!! Fast, friendly and great service and engaging staff! Mohammad front counter staff made my day - he gets customer service and engages with a smile and a bit of fun. Cheers

Ordered via skip the dishes. Got a big arch and was about to take a bite when my girlfriend noticed mold on the bottom of the bun. On closer inspection, it appears to be two kinds of mold. Absolutely disgusting that they would try to feed this quality of food to people.

Ordered a $5 mcvalue. "We don't have hashbrowns" the guy tells me. I suggest substituting with a muffin. "Ok.... Your total is $8.53" I ask how a $5 mcvalue meal comes to $8.53 "Well the thing is our fryer is broken" So? Why am I paying for a hashbrown I'm not getting, *plus* a muffin that is supposed to be a substitution for the hashbrown?! ...ok, got that corrected. ...and then it wasn't even the right muffin. 🤦🏻

I had a great experience at the McDonald’s in downtown Calgary. The place was clean and well-organized, and the staff were friendly and attentive — really made us feel welcome. The food was fresh and tasty, and my kids absolutely loved their meals. The only downside is that the area outside the store and the parking lot can get a bit too busy, which makes it less comfortable when arriving or leaving. Overall, though, it’s a solid spot for a quick and satisfying meal!
