Lacey was the manager, the line looked very clean, burger was missing the light lettuce but really enjoyed the blueberry pie. Levi was very polite when paying for our meals

I have to confess... McDonald's and Starbucks are my most reliable go to places when I need to use the restroom on my roadtrips. I don't believe in taking without giving. Today, I got a medium strawberry milkshake and medium fries as a snack. I dint remember the last time I got a shake at McDonald's. The shorter young Asian lady behind the counter was so nice. She asked if I wanted whipped cream in my shake. She had my order filled at top speed!! She was fast! And nice too. The milkshake and fries are delicious! Thank you!!

All I wanted was a McChicken & Hot Mustard. After a long night, my wife & I are hungry (10:30 pm), We mobile ordered & went in the right lane of the drive through (dual lane) where all signage was blank. We proceeded through & informed the staff of our issue. We were told to pull forward & wait for our food. After waiting 10 minutes, I went in & as I went in the first door our food was given to me. But drinks were m. issing. The employee scurried off as quick as possible behind the counter. I waited patiently for service but no answer. Finally he came to the counter speaking horrificly broken english... drive thru only, no inside. I proclaimed we need our drink, grande diet coke. He gave me empty drinks & asked if id lock doors behind me. Unbeknownst to me, this McDonald's got rid of the public fountain dispenser which has been there for 30+ years. So now my wife's pissed, she just wanted a diet Coke. Now that the aimless employee was running around insanely, my wife went in demanding a diet coke. After several disputes she got her diet coke. My main question being, isn't the point of mobile ordering to have it ready by the time you get there? This is unfortunately a common problem at this McDonald's.

This local McDonald's is an everyday stop for me. The staff is amazing and always greet me with a big smile. Lucy, Steve & Charles are all amazing people who truly care about the customers and McDonald's reputation.

Thanks for giving us a laugh with a side of fries 🍟 Unfortunately, we paid $10 for two orders of fries. They were only filled halfway and realized it after we were on the way home. This isn’t right; you guys need to do better. -same thing happened at the Severna Park McDonald’s last month. Is it company policy to rip us off now?

When you are in a rush and tell the cashier 3 creamers and 5 sugars, then I guess I expected too much from them. I had to stop all I was doing, put everything down and add my condiments to my coffee. I guess I got spoiled in the drive thru.

I spent 45 dollars on takeaway food with my family and I got my big Mac burgers without meat only the bread with salad I think they should be more aware of the kitchen

I hated the new MCDONALD’S experience. No napkins, no ketchup, no drink machine for refills in the dining area. Cold and impersonal. They have lost their way. Their burgers are tiny too.

I ordered a deluxe crispy McChicken. When I got home I discovered to my sheer horror that they had given me some nasty fucking cheeseburger. Not even close to what I ordered. The person taking the orders was clearly a moron cuz I spoke very plainly. Not sure if he made the mistake or the idiots making the food. Regardless fuck them. I will never go back there. Give me a refund you assholes.

Ordered a mobile order. When pulling through the drive thru the staff was rude. When I said I had a mobile order their response was what is it. I have never encountered such a rude staff.

Went thru the Drive thru at McDonald's in Chester, Md .. Eastern Shore, exit off Rt 50. I asked for a fish combo ... and was taken back when I told the price. Extra charge for Buffalo sauce, and extra charge for the pickles... asked the person on the register is there was a deduction for the tartar sauce I did not want ??? The manager was right there and took the $.15 off. Got the receipt, and noticed that everything was rung separately, asked again and they said that's how they do it. I thought the combo was one price!!! Got my bag, checked for my Buffalo sauce & pickles No sauce... and they put the tartar sauce in a small container. No pickles either !!!!! .... Asked for the sauce, gave back the tartar sauce and asked for my container of pickles... 30 cents for 5 tiny pieces!! Open my fish sandwich.. a sliver of cheese... Geassh !!!!! .... After all that I really didn't want to eat it!!! Wished I took a picture of the small piece of fish and what they call a slice of cheese ... Just thoughts on the subject.... At least the customer service was okay ..

Great food, super fast service and the workers were very polite. All negative reviews are from years ago the place seems to have seriously improved!

Rudest staff ever! Stopped at 7:30pm. With the Manager, I counted FIVE staff behind the counter that I could see. Two cars in drive through. Waited as the ONlY two in the restaurant for five minutes....no one greeted us nor said just a minute, just blatantly ignored us after making eye contact. Epic rude customer service. On a scale of 1-10, they are a minus 10.....will NEVER stop here again!

Has been the worst McDonald's on our tiny island since ever. You're coming home drunk from the jetty and you convince your driver to stop by for some late night food since the grocery stores here have now also taken away any opportunities for late night snacks by closing even earlier than before. you're the LITERAL ONLY PERSON IN LINE (at the establishment in general) and they STILL manage to f*ck up your order. Honey mustard totally sounds like bbq sauce I guess.

It was 3pm on a Wed, had 3 Mcdoubles & fish filet. Not real busy, but employees seemed rushed & not friendly. Worst burgers, very overcooked, almost black dried out, stale bun. As if these burgers sit around already made for hours, then nuked quickly, awful. Same with the fish, tasted old & stale. Please have employees not serve food that has been sitting around for hours, toss it out!!

I always order something other than a burger from McDonald's. The rep who takes orders over the intercom at this location told me no, they don't have any grilled chicken at all, just crispy. So I tried the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich. I should have asked for no sauce or mayo, because it was dripping with so much gunk that you could not hold it properly. Next time, I will remember not to stop at this particular location of the franchise. There is a reason other chicken places are so popular.

For two years the app questions my legit email--sent msgs to corporate, phone call w/ lady who said would get to techies--nope, even used consumer site to get name of Exec--Mason Smoot--who DID read my issues, never replied, At the two local levels, just get surprise from employees--clearly they have no way to provide contacts, feed back--I'm done w/ them--, They've lost hundreds of $ business from us, family.

This is quite possibly the worst McD in the nation. The ones in the NJ turnpike are superior to this one. Again, they messed up the order. Only this time they didn't even put the entrees on the bags... just the fries and ketchup... this is not a one time occurrence, but every time i have come here bc the kids want it and it's the closest one. if one could give a 0 stars this would still be too high a rating. Never again ill just go to BK.

Great food me and my brother love it! But I have heard that their food is frozen and it gives you diarrhea. And most of the time they will mess up your order so that's why I give it 3 stars

2:30PM on a a Wednesday 6/30. Line long and moving slow well after the lunch hour rush. Guess we still haven't figured out this drive-thru fast food concept yet huh McDonalds....

Poor Customer Service from staff & management in the morning, not the tall guy that runs the back drive thru window. And the food quality always cold & nothing properly filled.

This place before use to be a good stop to get some food But lately it's always filthy. Food on the floor and a dirty drink and condiment bar. I will Probably make this my last stop ever here.

Countless times we have showed up here at 8 o'clock AM (an hour after the inside opens) and the doors are still locked.

We waited at the drive they for at least 10 minutes before our order was taken. We waited another 10 minutes before we finished paying at the pay window also. There was no condiments. We asked for ketchup and straws and barbecue sauce even though we ordered barbecue sauce to begin. When we were checking the bag for sauce, the drive thru clerk so rudely told us to move along because there were others customers. We moved then realized we had no napkins. The food was fine. Nuggets were delicious. Fries were fresh. This is supposed to be fast food but it was not fast. It was an average McDonald's meal with very poor service.

I mean it's a McDonalds. Food gets messed up every time, but it's cheap and easy and quick. There are some rude employees, and some very nice ones.

Awful. Waited 15 mins in drive thru lane to be given wrong sandwich. Walked up to payment window and no on there. Walked up to food window and was given a 2nd sandwich that was old and not edible. Bread hard as can be. Awful awful.

It is supposed to be open until 1am. Stopped by around midnight and nobody took my order at the drive through. I ended up leaving. Was everyone asleep? Is there even a manager at this location?

Never is open during the full posted hours. Be prepared for dirty looks for going up to the doors during the posted hours if they decided to close early

Took them 45 minuets to make 2 McDoubles. Wow. My friends ordered 4 each and got them almost immediately. When i asked to see how far along my order was they "went to check" and came back with zero answers.
