Waited at the first window for 7 minutes while the lady was standing there texting with the longest line during the 3 o’clock hour that I’ve ever seen, and then waiting at the second window for 21 minutes and counting. I’m waiting for two happy meals and a mcdouble meal btw. I placed my order in the drive through at 2:48. I just got my food at 3:21 and the fries are cold.

See photos for what the employees think is a four piece nugget and a medium fry. Tell me why they were out of milk and juice for happy meals so I asked for a Sprite and they freakin uncharged me for a medium. What kid is drinking a medium Sprite. I mean really a four piece nugget full of tartar sauce. What the heck is that? Store is filthy. Service is slow. Employees stand around doing nothing. Worst McDonalds on the face of the earth.

My main complaint is the poor customer service and lack of problem-solving when my mobile order couldn’t be completed due to being out of Sprite. I placed my order on the app and sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. When I got to the window, they appeared confused and I had to show my order on the app. They said they couldn’t complete the order and needed to cancel it because I ordered a Sprite and they were out. I went inside and asked to simply change the drink, but they said no. Maria (the manager?) rolled her eyes at me and did nothing to resolve the issue. She made it clear I was being a nuisance. They never cancelled my order; I had to cancel it myself on the app. I then ordered at the counter. After another customer complained about waiting, I told Maria they should do a better job with customers. She spoke over me, saying they were doing a good job. She could have just acknowledged the issue and de-escalated, but instead we argued. After 40 minutes and with three kids in tow, I got my food, was met with rolled eyes, and left feeling ignored. Please do better; with high prices, good customer service should be included. A manager should use creative problem-solving to resolve issues instead of escalating them.

This is hands down the worst McDonalds around. Consistently terrible service. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes for drive thru food after they make you pull to the curbside parking for a cheeseburger. This unfortunately is our closest McDonald’s and this has been my experience so many times.

Morning crew is fantastic. Since I moved to 2nd shift, the afternoon people have no idea what a mocha is or how the McCafe machine works. This is the iced mocha I received today. Not full. No chocolate. Not an iced mocha.

This place gets worse with every visit! I visited at an off peak time and was only in line with one other car. I waited to order for 5 minutes while another car that pulled up to the other menu was assisted. I then waited at the pickup window for 7 minutes just to be handed a bag that felt hot and promising only to contain undercooked fries and one less order of chicken nuggets than I paid for. I’m so tired of this lackluster place and won’t be back. Yet another hull street disaster of an establishment.

What happened to customer service? There is none at all. The food was wrong and took forever to get made. When we asked for the food to be fixed, they took the food back instead of remaking it which is against food safety laws. I know as I am a good manager with a current manager servsafe certificate. And they still did not fix it correctly and had to go back a second time. They almost refused to come to the counter even though there were at least 6 other people in line. Its also unacceptable that this quality came from a McDonald's manager. This store should be closed and all employees fired.

2 recent visits first one we waited in the drive through for over 20 minutes so we left. Second one ordered a McChicken sandwich which was just a patty and nothing else. Ordered the McCrispy and it was not a juicy higher priced version. The service is inconsistent as is the food quality.

Well, I normally do not go to fast-food joints but today I spent the day with my two under 5 grandsons and they are big Happy Meal fans. LOL Well, I see the previous review for this location and I have to say we did not have any issues. As for food - let's face it it's McDonalds. All items were hot and seemed fresh - not sitting under a heat lamp for hours. I ended up using the self-order kiosks and despite not being a fan of them, I was able to navigate them fairly easily. My shout-out should go to the workers. Since using the kiosk, our orders came directly to our tables. I will say our meals came very timely and by a nice fella who asked if we were good and had everything. About 5-10 minutes later an older lady who was cleaning up asked us the same and even ensured we had enough sauces and ketchup. She also talked to my grandsons, very politely asking about their Christmas. As for the location: it appeared very clean in the dining area and in the lens restroom. So again fast-food is normally exactly the same but what made this location stand out was our encounters with the staff. Well done folks.

I like this McDonalds a lot, they are usually fast food is always hot and occasionally I get a free coffee. You can't beat that. The only thing I hate is they have two lane and a lot of the time people end up cutting other people in line (so rude).

Would easily be a 5 star if it weren't for two big things. The employees like to close the dining room early some days and also there's no more soda machine in the lobby. Love the food and the interior but those two things bring down my willingness to go to this particular mcdonalds.

The store is 1.23 miles from my house. It was well after lunch, and I had a deadline for work, so I ordered for delivery. The food was cold - there are a lot of worse things in the world, but cold McDonalds fries is still pretty bad. They also forgot sauces for nuggets and ketchup as requested. I've literally been using McDonalds for over 50 years but this isn't the first time this store messes up, even when I pick-up (or try to pick-up) an order (but that's another story). The title of this review, if such a thing could be provided, would be: "This store never fails to fail".

Both kids said something is off about the French fries tonight. One said tasted like Goldfish and separately our other child said tasted like manure. Weird taste AND weird texture. What the heck, guys! Please can this be addressed?

Every time I go to this location I always say I'm NEVER going back but the kids (and I used to) love McDonald's. This time I nearly walked out waiting for my food- 2 happy nugget happy meals a chicken sandwich and an iced coffee took 20 minutes I used the kiosk bc there Was no one at the register, not due to being short handed bc they were fully staffed. Once we received the order, no apple slices or juices for both kids meals and no iced coffee and I specifically requested the toys for age under 3 and didn't receive them. Staff ignored requests and were almost emotionless - we ain't lovin' it with any experience and my toddlers too were quite disappointed. Everyone was quite disappointed in the entire restaurant

Had an early breakfast around 545am. No many places open this early so options are limited. They open at 5am according to the advertisement, however one side door is still locked. Everything is clean inside and out. I used the kiosk to order. When my food was brought, associate was very polite. Food arrived hot and fresh.

Don't waste your time. They did an ugly remodel just to keep people from dining inside. Took out the drink bar and a register since they are pushing kiosks and less personal contact. The prices will not go down tho for less service. I asked when ordering if they did refills and was told, yes. While I was waiting for my food (long wait). A lady asked for refills on her drink and was told no. I went up and asked about that and the manager just said no. So I cancelled my order, took my refund and went to Chic fil A, where they will tell you it's their pleasure to refill your drink!

this is the closest location to my job where i get an hour for my lunch. i used to brag about how quick they were as i could come back and still have at least 30 mins to eat and relax. However, the past 3 times I've visited, today especially, I've spent my entire hour here, even being late returning to work. They do the thing where they send you from the drive thru to the curbside spots so it looks like they were fast on their timer. but once i was sent to the spot i was brought out the wrong food twice and eventually had to go inside, point to my receipt taped up on the wall, and demand it. next time when asked to pull up (which i almost did today fearing this result) the answer will be no. if i even dare try to come back with an hour of time.

We stopped in for breakfast before heading to Wal Mart while the dogs were being groomed out in Mosely. Every 6 or 7 weeks we take the dogs, have breakfast somewhere, go to Walmart, then go pick up the pups. There are not a lot of breakfast options in the area and we are getting bored with the 2 places we usually go to. I rarely dine in at any McDonald's and McDonald's isn't truly one of my favorite fast food restaurants with the exception of breakfast. This McDonald's experiance was so great I had to write about it. While our order taker seemed a little impatient, that was really the only downside. This location appears to be newly renovated, and has very comfortable and modern seating. Everything was super clean, too. Our food was brought out to us as ordered, and John came around to offer coffee refills, and when he noticed us finishing up, he took our trays and trash. Wow! What impressed me also was just observing the workers who were so polite and customer service driven. We will definitely come back to this location again.

ABSOLUTELY AVOID THIS STORE! I placed an order today and when I went to the parking space to enter my parking space number (today was the first time I've used this feature of the app - because the dining room was closed for renovations. I couldn't find where on the app to enter my parking space so I drove to the drive-thru window. The employee asked for the code I had gotten when I ordered but by this time, I couldn't find the order number but I could see the reciept (which doesn't have an order number on it). She told me to drive to the first window. There I showed the manager the receipt on my phone but he told me that there was no order in the system that contained the items I had ordered. He said that order was probably cancelled which is why the code had disappeared and the order didn't show up in your system. This is absurd. I have a copy of an actual receipt - with, or without a code, it shows the order - and I can't imagine that if the order was cancelled that there would still be no record of it. By this time, I was late for a doctor's appointment and didn't have time to argue with the manager and he was clearly not interested in helping. To be honest, as a former McDonald's employee and customer for 55 years, I have literally never had an experience this horrible at one of your stores.

Used the drive thru last night. Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese. What I got was one measly patty that looks like someone bit into part of it. The box it was put in said double quarter pounder. Not a happy camper!

Came through drive through and placed my order which included 13 chocolate chip cookies for $4.99. Received my order and I count the cookies. There was 11 cookies. I waited and the MANAGER comes out and asks if I needed assistance which I told her about the 11 cookies and she proceeded to get an attitude, did a net twirl like the exorcist while rolling the eyes and said: there's 13 cookies in there. Which I replied, I just counted 11. She insisted: I saw them count 13 cookies one by one. I replied, do you want me to count them. She did her exorcist, neck twirl and eye rolling that finished with a nod and her saying yes. I proceeded to take out and place 11 cookies spread out across my dash. She did her exorcistneck thingy again and with shame said: I'll go get you the 2 cookies. No apologies no nothing. This is customer service you got going on McDonald's? Whatever happened to "The Customer is Always Right" within reason. Instead they argue like a bratty teenager that's too lazy to get 2 more cookies. Check your customer service at this McDonald's. Rude Manager. The Manager acting like a damn child.

Ordered two cheeseburger meal without pickle in the drive thru. Got two cheeseburgers with pickle wrapped and marked "no pickle." Not sure where the breakdown was. Also, had to ask for a straw. Food seemed somewhat fresh.

Ok so today 11/7/2022 at 11:03 my order was $36.17 . 4 McDoubles no onions small fries 1 McRib extra pickles and onions 2 large double quarter pound meals large extra pickles. The young man at the counter was grate took the order spot on now from the front of house to the back of house it fell apart. All sandwiches were wrong but all wrappers and boxes had special order receipts just not made properly the large fries were not half full and all fries were cold . The only reason they get one star is because of the young man who did his job properly. I should have went to Burger King at least that way I would have got it my way . Thank you McDonald's will not be at any of your restaurants again

There is no play area for kids. So if you are looking for that you'll need to go somewhere else. Seems like they made this one a little upscale. Everything was great. Food was good. Line was quick. Restaurant was clean. Even at noon for the lunch rush. There is free wifi which is always a plus. There is a TV inside and seating outside. All in all a good quick stop for lunch.

McDonalds vs. other fast food restaurants: 3 Stars Hancock vs. other McDonalds: 4 Stars A McDonalds is a McDonalds is a McDonalds, right? Not so fast. This is one of the newer McDonalds in the area and, conveniently, closest to my house. This is one of the cleanest and best maintained (both facilities and staff) in the area. I'm fairly convinced that this particular location has been scalping talent from Chick-fil-A since this is the friendliest McDonalds staff that I have ever seen. Also, my wife and I are also convinced that the Sweet Tea is better at this location than any of the others on Hull St (perhaps they use different water?); it doesn't have nearly the sour aftertaste as some of the others in the area. I have a hard time giving a McDonalds 4 Stars, but this one almost earns it. The 24 hour drive thru is also a very nice touch for this location.

Ok so the line is 20 cars deep in the drive thru. It's a Thursday nite. I decide to go inside. Two people in front of me. The place is a mess. The floors full of fries and shakes all over. Completely disgusting. About 10 employees working inside and no one knows what's going on. All the orders waiting on FRIES! Well you have 20 cars in the drive thru, common sense tells you to drop as many baskets of fries that you can!!! I place my order and after paying ask the cashier for my cup for soda. She says that they will give me my soda with my order. Real weird because the soda machine is out in the customer area. I wait 10 minutes for my food and as the hot food is sitting getting cold they are waiting on.....wait for it....wait for it..... FRIES! Duh! So my sandwich and nuggets got cold. The manager finally graces the customers with her presence and asks if I got my coke and juice. I said no. I mean unless I put them in my jeans pocket no. The cashier obviously wasn't trained properly. This is a management issue. The staff not communicating is a management issue. Shame on this McDonalds.

I'm not sure which McDonald's is worse ...this one or the one up the road in Brandermill. When it comes to the drive thru you can just forget it. We got in at 10:19 and finally got our order at pulled out from the window at 10 39. What in the actual fuck. This is the worst drive thru ever. In addition the guy taking the credit card is laying his head down in the window sill. Jesus Christ dude go home if you don't want to work.

It's McDonald's. But this drive thru is ALWAYS SUPER SLOW. So if you just want a drink, don't use the drive thru. Freshness of fries are hit or miss. The other location down by 288 is fast and always get hot fries.

Poorly managed location. Employees don't make eye contact or speak even when spoken to. Everything is broken all the time. They have 2 ordering screens and apparently don't know how to use them so the orders are usually wrong. Drive thru lines are ridiculous, and I usually just get an unsweetened tea as I don't eat fast food. You'd think they could pass it out the first window when you pay if they're delayed at the second right?!?

The food here was typical for this type of place. It was reasonably priced and good. The staff was friendly enough BUT the bathroom at 11 in the morning was dirty. This is just one example ((see the pic)

The ordering kiosk is the only thing really worth using at this location. Drive thru is the exact opposite of fast food. You can never get through it in less than 15 minutes. The employees are more concerned with socializing with each other than providing for customers who are typically in a hurry.

Personally, I hate McDonald's. It's to many calories and it's SO unhealthy!!!!! (Unless you get a salad or something) Anyway I've been to this McDonald's 1 time too many with friends and or family. Even despite the fact that they get our orders terribly mistaken every time we go. Poor service with low paid college students, just driving near this McDonald's is depressing for me.

This has to be one of the most frustrating McDonald's I have visited. There are times when everything goes well. Then other times are unacceptable. There has been three times this year that I have been there and they did not have any ketchup, twice no straws, twice no sweet n sour sauce, once no coke, and once no eggs for breakfast. I cannot blame the individual at the counter or the drive thru. This has to be a management issue. The one closer to 288 seems to be a lot better.

A few weeks ago I had an issue with the first drive-thru window worker. A rude lady behind me in the line was honking me and then jumped the line. Yes, she jumped the drive-thru line. When she was at the window she was laughing with the cashier so being the person I was I honked at her. I had two young children in the car that were hungry and this rude lady was just being impossible. Well, when I went to pay the cashier gave me a look that could kill and then said "I'm not waiting on you" and walked off. I sat there amazed at what just happened. Finally the Crew Leader came up and completed my order. I was dumbfounded to say the least. I immediately called the phone number on the window for "compliments or compliments" and reported the issue. To this day I haven't heard a word from this and I refuse to go back to this McDonald's. Then today I get a call from my daughter and she told me that her and her two babies went through this same drive-thru and had a horrible experience as well. She told me that after sitting in line for 20 minutes she pulls up to the second window and the lady handed her a bag with a straw in it then proceeded to had her drinks. She told the lady that it wasn't her order because she didn't order any drinks. My daughter told the lady her order and she was told that it wasn't on her screen then asked my daughter if she had paid. My daughter said "yes, that's why I'm in line". Before my daughter could get her receipt out the lady beside of the window worker said "I don't know why she's giving you such an attitude, I'd just smack her". This went all over my daughter and she insisted on talking to the manager. Of course she was told that the situation would be handled but I'm sure it won't be. If you want to be treated with respect go somewhere else!! I drive out of my way to avoid this place and would advise others to do the same.

I have been to this location 3 times in the last year or so. The first time was before COVID and I used the drive-thru around 8:00 PM and got 3 meals. The fries were all cold and seemed like they had been sitting around for hours. At that point, I said I would never return, but a few weeks ago I decided to give them another chance and things were fine. Today I think will be the last time I visit this location. I arrived around 11:00 AM when one would assume you should at least receive fries that were recently cooked. However, the fries were inedible in my opinion. They were overcooked and again seem like they had been sitting around for several hours. I would think there is some standard of food that you are giving to people. Furthermore, I paid for a large and received a medium. It was not one of the days I felt like returning to correct the order. I tend to be pretty patient with fast food as I anticipate needing to warm up fries sometimes, but these fries were not salvageable. I doubt I will return to this location.

I've been to this McDonald's a few times. There's always a line but I've never had to wait a ridiculous amount of time for my food. My last time visiting however, I received cold fries and I asked for new, fresh fries and the manager told me it would be about 3 minutes. About 20 seconds went by and the manager had returned to my table with the fries. I tasted them and realized they were the exact same fries and they had just put more salt on them. I took them back again and this time I waited by the counter to make sure I actually got fresh fries. I was refunded for the fries and was given the fresh ones. Even though it took a few tries I was pleased in the end. They should just always make sure that the food they're serving customers is fresh.

Im a little annoyed because every time I come here the soda is not working so i can not get my usual diet coke. One time I asked so how long until it is fixed all it took was for a employee to go change out the soda bag so now im curious to is it really broken or is the employee just lazy. So it ended up me just giving my business to the nearby chick fil a or wendys.

Went through the drive thru. Was pretty fast, but you can tell it's run by lazy teenagers. My order was wrong...it was cold and soggy. Didn't get the right amount of chicken nuggets. Two pieces of ice in my drink. French fries DUMPED over completely in my bag. Forgot sauce. Will not be going back.
