This place gets worse with every visit! I visited at an off peak time and was only in line with one other car. I waited to order for 5 minutes while another car that pulled up to the other menu was assisted. I then waited at the pickup window for 7 minutes just to be handed a bag that felt hot and promising only to contain undercooked fries and one less order of chicken nuggets than I paid for. I’m so tired of this lackluster place and won’t be back. Yet another hull street disaster of an establishment.

Morning crew is fantastic. Since I moved to 2nd shift, the afternoon people have no idea what a mocha is or how the McCafe machine works. This is the iced mocha I received today. Not full. No chocolate. Not an iced mocha.

had an amazing experience. dining area was clean , being cleaned as I sat and ate actually. food was actually brought to my table by an employee. employee who was mopping stopped twice, maybe even 3 times, asked how my food was, if I needed anything, if I wanted a refill, even had a casual conversation with me about other things like how my life was going how my job was going everything. I had the best experience. food was good, hot as it got to my table, cooked perfectly, Sprite was perfect, it wasn't watered down, didn't have too much ice, or too much syrup. keep up the good work, yall, and thank you for the good experience. I'll be back sometime

The worst McDonald's! I ordered two $5 cheeseburger meal deals, nothing else. They had me pull into a spot and it took over 25 minutes for my food to come out. Not only was the fries COLD but both nuggets were missing. I had to wait another 5 minutes. I got home and had to put everything in the air fryer to warm it all back up. Ridiculous.

This specific McDonald’s location has removed self-serve drinks, making refills slower and less eco-friendly with a new cup every time. Service is usually very slow, with frequent order mistakes. The atmosphere feels far less inviting than before. Go somewhere else!

My husband went through the drive thru and ordered a simple meal, they told him at the drive thru window to go park in a designated spot and they'll be right out with his food. Well, 20 minutes passed by and No one is coming out, so he walks inside and no one is acknowledging him at the counter. So he had to ask a guy for assistance in the back. And the guy came with 0 respect and just said "what" and my husband said he's been waiting outside for about 20 minutes now in the parking spot for his food and the guy said he will go check for it and my husband sees him literally walk into the break room and then walking outside...

Took over 15 minutes to get my caramel sundae I ordered from the McDonald's kiosk with a seat number. There were only three people in the dining area. I eventually had to go up to the counter to find out why I was taking so long. I did get it eventually

They changed the place where you order at there is no menu and the workers act like they don’t know what theyre doing. You can’t even fill up your own drinks anymore. They have to do it themselves. How are we supposed to know what they have to eat? They want you to order your own food in the tap screen kiosk. Terrible.
