See photos for what the employees think is a four piece nugget and a medium fry. Tell me why they were out of milk and juice for happy meals so I asked for a Sprite and they freakin uncharged me for a medium. What kid is drinking a medium Sprite. I mean really a four piece nugget full of tartar sauce. What the heck is that? Store is filthy. Service is slow. Employees stand around doing nothing. Worst McDonalds on the face of the earth.

Morning crew is fantastic. Since I moved to 2nd shift, the afternoon people have no idea what a mocha is or how the McCafe machine works. This is the iced mocha I received today. Not full. No chocolate. Not an iced mocha.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this McDonald’s deserves it. The food was absolutely disgusting—lukewarm, greasy, and tasted like it had been sitting out for hours. To make things worse, the service was just as bad. The employees seemed annoyed to even be there, got my order wrong, and didn’t bother fixing it. The place didn’t feel clean at all, which made the whole experience even worse. If you’re looking for decent food or even basic customer service, I’d recommend going literally anywhere else.

Worst service ever! You wait in drive thru for 20 mins only to be told to pull over in another space Until your food is ready. Wait another 20 mins to get your food. Then end up at home with items from your order missing. This establishment stinks. Every time I go it's something

The worst McDonald's! I ordered two $5 cheeseburger meal deals, nothing else. They had me pull into a spot and it took over 25 minutes for my food to come out. Not only was the fries COLD but both nuggets were missing. I had to wait another 5 minutes. I got home and had to put everything in the air fryer to warm it all back up. Ridiculous.

This place gets worse with every visit! I visited at an off peak time and was only in line with one other car. I waited to order for 5 minutes while another car that pulled up to the other menu was assisted. I then waited at the pickup window for 7 minutes just to be handed a bag that felt hot and promising only to contain undercooked fries and one less order of chicken nuggets than I paid for. I’m so tired of this lackluster place and won’t be back. Yet another hull street disaster of an establishment.

had an amazing experience. dining area was clean , being cleaned as I sat and ate actually. food was actually brought to my table by an employee. employee who was mopping stopped twice, maybe even 3 times, asked how my food was, if I needed anything, if I wanted a refill, even had a casual conversation with me about other things like how my life was going how my job was going everything. I had the best experience. food was good, hot as it got to my table, cooked perfectly, Sprite was perfect, it wasn't watered down, didn't have too much ice, or too much syrup. keep up the good work, yall, and thank you for the good experience. I'll be back sometime

This specific McDonald’s location has removed self-serve drinks, making refills slower and less eco-friendly with a new cup every time. Service is usually very slow, with frequent order mistakes. The atmosphere feels far less inviting than before. Go somewhere else!
