My main complaint is the poor customer service and lack of problem-solving when my mobile order couldn’t be completed due to being out of Sprite. I placed my order on the app and sat in the drive thru for over 20 minutes. When I got to the window, they appeared confused and I had to show my order on the app. They said they couldn’t complete the order and needed to cancel it because I ordered a Sprite and they were out. I went inside and asked to simply change the drink, but they said no. Maria (the manager?) rolled her eyes at me and did nothing to resolve the issue. She made it clear I was being a nuisance. They never cancelled my order; I had to cancel it myself on the app. I then ordered at the counter. After another customer complained about waiting, I told Maria they should do a better job with customers. She spoke over me, saying they were doing a good job. She could have just acknowledged the issue and de-escalated, but instead we argued. After 40 minutes and with three kids in tow, I got my food, was met with rolled eyes, and left feeling ignored. Please do better; with high prices, good customer service should be included. A manager should use creative problem-solving to resolve issues instead of escalating them.
