I want to take a moment to recognize two incredible employees at McDonald’s: Josh and Alice. Every time I visit, they go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. Their professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication to customer service are unmatched. Josh consistently demonstrates strong leadership, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for his work. He handles busy shifts with calm and confidence, ensuring orders are accurate and timely. He's not just efficient he’s also kind, respectful, and always greets customers with a warm smile. It's clear that Josh takes pride in what he does, and it truly elevates the entire atmosphere of the restaurant. Alice is equally impressive friendly, quick, and always willing to help. Whether it's managing front counter service, helping in the kitchen, or dealing with a customer issue, Alice handles everything with grace and professionalism. Her teamwork and work ethic make her a standout employee. Both Josh and Alice clearly care about their roles and their customers. Their commitment makes a noticeable difference and reflects the kind of leadership potential that should not go unnoticed. They absolutely deserve a promotion, and I hope management sees the value they bring to the team every single day.

Today, I ordered from the McDonald's app and waited over 20 minutes for unsalted medium fries, only to receive a small salted fries instead. I asked about my order 3-4 times, but they kept telling me it would just take a minute. Meanwhile, they were more focused on taking orders at the register and ensuring their in-store customers got their food first. This is honestly such a joke. I understand that it can be busy or that the staff may be short-handed sometimes, but just be upfront with me. If my order is going to take 20 minutes because you prioritize in-store customers first, then tell me that instead of saying it will only take a minute.

Was in the McDonald on Fri Dec 19 at around 9p. They had Spanish music blasting from the back the security guard was on his phone cursing and swearing with a female. This place has kids running the evening shift. The store manager needs to be there at night not during the day. New look bad really bad service

This is by far the ugliest remodel this location has gotten out of the last 3. They completely removed the front counter, so now you're forced to order on the app or their tablets. They removed the door handles so you can only enter through the doors in front of the tablets, They dont even have a physical menu anymore to see what they have. EVERYTHING at this location has been designed around their app and drive-thru. I get it, modernizing and whatever. But the atmosphere here has changed and I personally don't vibe with it anymore. I'm going across the street to Burger King where I can order from an actual employee instead 🙃

A drive-thru is supposed to be so you don't have to get out of your car. Twice I've gone for a simple coffee and they tell me to wait at the reserved spot and they never bring me anything; I have to get out myself for my things.

I’ve left very few reviews in my life for anything— let me be clear when I say this. Whoever the manager is who is on the shift tonight, August 31st-September1st, 2025 @ 3:34 AM. First: This McDonald’s is 24 hours. Follow corporate and franchise operating hours. Second: The manager ignored the request for their information through the drive up window and then hung up on me when I proceeded to file a complaint over the phone. Third: They took my money via mobile order which is robbing someone. Fourth: I called the Ashland location to get the corporate number and I filed a complaint there as well. I really don’t know what kind of training you give staff but if the manager is acting like this I’m guessing the store is probably not run very well. To say that you are losing money at this location because of this is an understatement; I have been to this location everyday after work this week and a 24 hour McDonald’s keeps telling me that they’re closed between 1 - 4 AM. Please pull up the drive through footage for confirmation. I’m from the area and have MA plates on my vehicle. Point is over $14 and 3 sandwiches I’ve had the least professional help from one of your employees which pretty much is on part with the expectation for this specific location based on the people I grew up around. You’re really not hiring far outside of this neighborhood for talent and it shows, here. I’ll be back in a few hours for a refund, an apology, and a formal complaint against everyone on staff tonight. This KPIs for customer service, retention, and overall customer readiness — trash. I’ve worked in corporate for 10 years and I’ve never been this disappointed in a manager or their staff— do better. Retrain the staff here. See you all promptly in a few hours.
