McDonald's

They need to get rid of the kids and hire people who want to work I work down the street from there first time I went there on my break cause I work overnights I was told they close at 3am for clean up okay cool go back again another day around 12am I was told they close for clean up why advertise 24hrs but they pick and choose the hours they work and if you order fries fresh why give me something that’s been sitting under the light and taste old ….you would think because of the area food and service would be great if I can give no starts I would and they never respond to you on the intercom…….

Waited 15 mins to be acknowledged even though I did my order through online, not sure why I was completely ignored They walked me about six times and never even acknowledge me

We drive by 2 other McDonald’s that are closer to our residence to order and eat in the restaurant. This McDonald’s knows what they are doing; they are customer focused! We see the same group of customers every morning eating-in at the Restaurant. The owners of this franchise McDonald’s should be the model for all other McDonald’s. We drive out of our way to order from this McDonald’s at 103rd & Kedzie in Chicago. The staff is friendly as well as the customers.If there is any issue that is not satisfactory, the owner has their telephone number posted so that you can go straight to the top of the organization. Make no mistake: this is a well managed, clean, organized McDonald’s enterprise. We know because we have past experience at the McDonald’s Corporate Restaurant that was in OakBrook, Illinois, we know a good restaurant!!! We have no affiliation with McDonald’s, the owners and have not received payment for our opinions.

Very slow service. Food tastes either over salted or no salt. Fries tasted like they had been sitting out for hours and the nuggests smelled like marijuana. Ive tried to give this place a chance but its not worth it. These workers have no respect for their customers or the company they work for.

Five stars across the board for that Manager that was on duty September 14 between 345 and 4 PM. He was calm he was patient and he made sure everybody got what they needed and it was chaotic in there with people that were being so rude to him. I will definitely come back if he’s on the shift.

The teenage workers, greeted by the guy in the tie (assuming a manger) were smoking a fat blunt in plain sight out in the parking lot as walked in with my kids. Whatever, people smoke weed. Then when i saw how filthy the play place area was on top of it so now im kinda mad at it.

I took my kids there and as soon as we walked in they spotted the the play area. I told them to wait until I get there food because it was other kids there too. They had a blast.

Best McDonald’s in the area. Never messed up an order of mine in 10 years.

I live close to this McDonald but I prefer to go to a different McDonald's due to the lack of service and ignorance of the employees. BUT, yesterday Feb 7th around 6-7pm I went through the drive thru and the young lady who passed me my food order was the sweetest most pleasant employee EVER there. Finally they have hired someone with customer service skills. She brought a smile to my face.. Take note to her McDonald's she is the type of employees you need.

this place sucks, stale food, old fries , and never gets your online order right when i use points. Do Not Eat Here. the one on 105th and cicero is better and only 1 mile away

99% of the time they are spot on. Good service, order correct and salted fries. Not sure why people are hating on this location but they are crazy. And the grounds are always clean. Keep it up!

I love this McDonald's, my friends, and I come here every Friday. We all order burgers, and sometimes the burgers aren't always plain when we order then plain, but the employees handle it with kindness and compassion.

Never ever have been to a McDonald's that takes sooo long! If you pre-order give yourself like 20-30 mins

Came in after a night hanging out with my brother and they only had only fried items available being a 24 hour restaurant. Person at the drive thru was really rude and literally yelled at us, we were re very respectful and she had a huge attitude! Do not recommend after hours! No stars!

Waited almost half hour for an Uber order. Then told me they ran out of buns. Didn't really seem plausible to me. Don't know how this store stays in business Saw employee standing around

went there with my friend to bring food home for us. ordered 11 items only got ten of them. food came out within 5 minutes. i ordered 2 mc chickens a burger fries nuggets and two drinks for 5 people got back and saw one of the mc chickens was not here which was for my friend. called mcdonald's and said there was nothing they could do. i then said well i payed for it they proceeded to say we don't know that you are not lying. WHAT??? I said i am not one to lie i said but they said you can come buy one or deal with it. very disappointing as in i come frequently

They are nice but dumb as a box of rocks!! The could mess up a 1 car funeral!! I am amazed with how they either mess up everytime I order or their kids meal toys are so far behind every other McDonald's.

Awful service. Lazy staff. Can be rude. Messes up my order every time I go there. Complained about getting one cheeseburger at 3am.

I ordered a 6 piece chicken nuggets happy meal and I got a handful of pickles instead of nuggets.

Let me preface this review by stating that I grew up in the neighborhood and have been going to this location for 30 years. No more. What used to be a fine franchise has turned into an absolute shithole. I think the change occurred about 15 years ago. Perhaps it was new ownership, new management, new employees, whatever... McDonald's is a fast food restaurant. There is nothing fast about this place. I often would stop on my way to work for a cup of coffee. Well this cup of coffee would typically take between 7-10 minutes to receive. On several occasions, I have been in the outer lane of the double drive thru and have not had my order taken until 2 or 3 cars in the inner lane were served. WTF? The food is nothing special but I know this. It's McDonalds. However, if you order a drink one would hope that the employees could at least fasten the lid correctly. Bottom line: Don't come here. The place blows. Because it's McDonald's it will always make some business. Don't reward the incompetence by giving it any more. The location at 119th and Western is very good and the employees are nice.

Worst McDonald's . The employees are VERY RUDE when your ordering at drive thru. Super unprofessional. My order always gets messed up here and the food is always hit or miss . Would recommend going to the McDonald's at 105/ Cicero.

This is my favorite McDonald's but probably because I have Stockholm Syndrome. I consistently go there and get cheated out of hash browns, usually it is not a fight to get them once I go home and realize I don't have them and have to drive back. Today, however something special happened, I got three syrups when I ordered two hotcakes. At first I thought I had a won a syrup Lottery, but then I saw syrup all over the bottom of my bag and my hash browns. One package had a small cut in the middle, and I have to believe they knew that, which is why I had three. Nothing happened that I knew of except I used a coupon. I don't know why I was chosen for this prize yet like returning to an abusive boyfriend I will go there again. If they keep treating me like this I'm going to stop going one day. I swear

Poor management, mad workers with emotional behavior problems... EBD special Ed acts way better than the teen I encountered today... she was light skin wit naps in her head... and evil because of what? Her weight? Naps in the head.... not understanding this.... get another job if you can't deal wit public. Give the job to someone who needs and appreciate. Professional development and staffing for this place .

I ordered a steak eggs cheese bagel & I received a bagel with egg, cheese & two thin slices of bacon.

I would give a negative star if I could. Horrible customer service. I came through the drive thru and had no greeting, rude attitude when she took my money and then the next window just handed my food in the most rude manner where I barely could grab it before she let go. No greetings, no smiles no nothing. What is wrong with the puss poor attitudes at this location?

I would give 0 stars if I could but this location is terrible. Got my order completely wrong like they normally do. Drenched my sandwich in Mayo after asking for no Mayo. Found hair in my food. Absolutely disgusting. I will not be returning.

They turned the Heat completely off in the Kids zone saying people complaining it was to HOT. It's like 10 below in this place. Asked if it was broken they said No manager said if they don't like the heat just turn it off and let them freeze then. I asked for the franchise owners name and they wouldn't give me the information. Next avenue McDonald's corporate legal department. Sad is we frequently bring our daughter and her friends on lunch play dates all the time. Following this horrible service and experience they lost a customers for life.

Never got a meal correct thru their drive thru. I order unsweetened tea and 3 out 4 times get sweeted The employees don't seem to hear what you order or don't care what you order Management is absent and Franchise Owner doesn't care

On 05/5/19, I stopped my a McDonald's at 10320 S.Kedzie in Mt. Greenwood, Chicago, IL 60655 1773-238-1216 , 2:09 p.m. order 58, I ordered an iced coffee, with light sugar and cream, when giving my order I repeated the x-light status as the display only read light liquid sugar. When I got to the window the window girl has a totally white, milky coffee in hand, I explained I had a special request. She stated very nasty..this has 3 creams, 3 sugars, I said it was way to creamy, and that I'd like it remade with one/&one. She was pissed, and didn't hide it, she asked me to wait in car spot #3. I waited 19 minutes, from the time on my receipt before I drove away, without my coffee. Sure, I could have parked and went in...but by this time I was pissed! Awaiting your reply.

Absolutely horrible service. Order is almost always wrong. Evidently the management is also incompetent because they're out of what you order half the time as well.

To give this a star is beyond nice. I know its a mcdonalds but come on dirty, service is a joke. Night crew is lazy wont serve breakfast or all items even though its listed.. Then they say there to busy what a joke to busy late at night or to lazy. I agree with the other yelp reviewers stay far away from this joke of an establishment.

Worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Asked for two mcdoubles a fry and a drink. Waited 10 minutes in line to see my number disappear from the monitor and just got skipped. When i asked for them to fix up my order they toomthe receipt, read it, and still gave me the wrong food. Single cheeseburgers and didnt give me my drink. So i had to ask. How terrible of service do not go to this establishment.

This is probably the worst McDonalds currently operating. I only go there when my kids want to play in the play place. Of the last 5 times we've been there, the order has been wrong every single time. Today was the worst. Ordered 2 happy meals for "eat lunch with your child at school" day. Lunch started at 10:45 and mcdonalds doesn't serve lunch until 10:30 so it was pretty rushed. Ordered at 10:30 and waited 15 mins for 2 happy meals. Sat down at my kids school and opened their happy meals to find fries and ketchup packets. This wasn't forgetting sauce or no onions but they basically forgot the entire meal. The consistency of them screwing up an order is 100%. That is almost statistically impossible considering how sporadically I go there. The staff is lazy, slow and obviously too incompetent to put items in a box.

Ignorant & horribly inconsiderate employee! Special needs, non-verbal customer uses a communication device to order (as he has in the past...WEEKLY) & the employee didn't like that. Zero patience & beyond rude. Manager called over & her response: "We're busy" 18 yrs we've been patronizing this McDonald's. NEVER AGAIN!

One of the worst McDonald's around. They are slow slow slow. And not just at peak times. At 3pm I literally waited for 20 minutes last week in the dreaded "waiting drive through" area they routinely send you to. Don't go there if you are in a hurry

Service at this McDonnalds especially on the evening shift has again deteriorated into the worst ever! Daughter ordered a McDouble requesting NO cheese, 20 piece McNugget and fries. Got home with order... burger had cheese on it, one 10 piece box of McNuggets had only 6 in it the other box only 9 pieces in it and the fries were VERY crispy. Daughter called, they took her name only and what she got in her order and hung up. She called them back and they said they would let a manager know, called her by another name and hung up never getting a phone number or a resolution! If that's the way I did my job I would be fired!

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS McDONALD'S. This place is the pits! Their interior is grimy, the personnel are surly, and when I asked a question this morning at breakfast, the mohawk coiffed manager told me that that it was my problem.

One of the few drive through places open in the area late at night, so sometimes I will drive through here in a moment of weakness. However, no matter what time I go or what I order, the staff is always surly at best.

Ok for a McDonald's, employees aren't the friendliest or most cheerful, but it works, I guess.

Drive through can be slow sometimes but for the most part it goes by quick... Drive through staff is friendly and upbeat always says hi and great with a smile. I have eaten inside one time not bad nice playground for the kids. I use the drive through my four stars is based on that. I love my coffee from here!

This is by far one of the worst McDonald's I have ever been to, they are super slow here and it's not even like they are short on staff. They have a bunch of people there but it seems they don't want to work there and yes this is just a McDonald's but yet I would still expect good service at a well known establishment.

Every table has an outlet, so you can keep your electronics charged! Employees nice, newly remodeled.

Can they ever get an order correct? I come to this location because of the location but I regret it almost everytime. I always pull away missing something from my order. I gave them two stars because the staff is always friendly and polite so I do not want to take that away from this location. You think by now they would have a person there to double check the orders.

Epic fail. Had to wait over 5 minutes for a bag of ice. Then I'm told to pull up into the waiting spot. Finally, an apparently disgruntled employee comes out and throws the bag into my open window. Doesn't say a word, just throws it at me. Apparently, no one wanted to make up a bag of ice. Normally, I receive good service here. The weekend manager needs to get her act together. Employees all seem angry. Not a smile or nice word in the place.

On my visit to this location I discovered that the inside of McDonald's was closed due to a problem with the bathroom. I proceed to the drive thru and I was told that she could not take 3 orders in drive thru. I can't understand why there is a limit for the drive thru if the inside is closed.

Poorly run and long waits. Not sure where the line starts or ends. They don't know how to say "thank you" either. Pops is across the street and much better.

Passed by many times. Decided to check it out. Terrible mistake. No air conditioner. Flies everywhere. Everything looks dirty. Terrible mistake. Customer service is great. But nothing will bring me back to this place. Literally, I can count the flies.

I dont eat McDonald's because the food is poison, however I would occasionally stop at this one for coffee, was there the other day and spotted a no concealed carry sign. They will never get my business again.

Yesterday on the way home from work, I got hungry so I pulled into the drive thru. I order three regular cheeseburgers, medium fry without salt,and a large orange drink. The total was about $7. I paid for the food, drive to pick up window,and after getting the food, to a parking spot to eat. I opened the bag and after having spent $7,the cheap bastards on put, grease soaked (probably from the fries) in the bag. Cheap bastards!

Very disappointed went for breakfast at 11:30am and they don't have it. They have the sign on the window breakfast all day there. They need to have better management or someone else needs to buy it and run that place the right way. This not the only incident I've had there. This mc Donald's is just terrible. I really don't want to give any stars.
