Went to this location today,.Nov 3 2025 around 6pm. Went thru drive thru was told to pull up to wait for my frappe. Waited awhile so I gone side to see what's taking so long, the manager keshawn was very on point with his staff, and made sure I was satisfied. And explained why the wait was longer than expected and that I should have been informed that they were working on switching out the mocha. Kiddos to him, this store has ran it's course of managers and he's one that would make me want to come back.

I have been to this McDonald’s many times and NOT ONCE has an order been correct. When I ask the staff to remake or refund my order, they always have severe attitude and act like it’s my fault that they cannot get a simple order correct. Today, after calling and asking for a refund because I am tired of driving in circles for this poor customer experience and repeated incorrect orders, Travis hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak with a manager and he hung up on me again. I don’t understand how this McDonald’s stays in business with how often they screw up and how rude they are to everyone.

We frequent this McDonalds often only out of the convenience of the location. There's one lady that is fantastic with orders and I hope shes there every time I go, but this most recent experience was so frustrating. I sat in the drive through line and was quickly acknowledged which was fantastic, but after I ordered my first item, the girl started yelling and said "hold on ma'am" and I needed to repeat my second item 3x for her to still mess it up and charge me extra for ranch instead of using that as my sauce for my nuggets. I can deal with the occasional order mess up after receiving it, but to charge me extra just to mess up my order is not right. ☹️

Hands down 1 of the worst restaurant experiences I've had in a while. Forgot my kids happy meal which I had to wait 10 minutes at the counter for then realize they also forgot straws, another 5+ mins of waiting for help. They also charge you per each sauce (none for free), never seen this done before. It really seems like everyone here really doesn't like to work, fix your establishment.

Showed up at McDonald’s at 11:35 in the drive-through to order two big Mac meals. The lady didn’t come to the left side of the drive-through. She kept going to the right side the outer drive-through lane order four people ordered over there as I was sitting at the speaker waiting and saying hello then she proceeded to tell me they’re only serving fried products at this time and she just served a big Mac to the other customer because she was bringing it up on my side so when we close at 1 AM when did we stop serving big Mac at 11:40 PM I’m confused so again this is my second one tonight Columbia, South Carolina you McDonald’s people suck.

went to this location 9/18/2025 8:48pm … upon my arrival, both lanes had about 4-5 cars at every speaker. No car moved for about 15mins.. Once i got to the speaker , nobody greeted me .. i waited for about another 20-25mins & nobody said anything. i drove around to the 1st window & there a lady stood w/ no headset on … i asked her “ is no one taking orders at the 1st speaker” she replied & said “ no one’s back there at either “ STRANGE ! she agreed to take my order at the window .. no apology .. nothing ! i get to the 2nd window & i see a tall burly dread head man walking around w/ a headset on (presumably the manager) doing absolutely nothing but stocking up cups while others also looked confused as if they weren’t busy … i get my order .. the young lady w/ 2 braids was polite .. but here’s another problem … i asked for sauce & she responded “ he’s going to make me charge u a dollar for 4 “ nobody rung in the sauce so im assuming he’s pocketing the money. when did mcds charge for sauce ? once i got home , i opened my mcchicken (which had the taste of onions as if it had been sitting on a dirty prep table …) other than that it was fine .. but then i opened my double CHEESEBURGER.. to be met w/ NO CHEESE ! the only thing they got right was no pickles no onions … i went to return my sandwich and was once again not greeted or apologized to by management. he stood in the middle of the floor & kept mean mugging me ! yall have to do better ! he is a HOT MESS & needs to be terminated!

I ordered the two cheeseburger meal with no pickles and extra onions; they didn’t put any onions. I had them to make it again and they still didn’t add the onions; the manager oversaw the making of the remake… SMDH Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I’d imagine that ownership could care less as the service at this location only continues to get worse. Maybe they should care more about customer service than hoarding condiments!!!!!

After paying $8 in the app, I waited about 25 minutes in the drive thru before getting talked to. Then another 5 minutes getting my food. It was hot, and fresh but it was incomplete. It's missing the egg, so I paid $8.00 for an egg less sausage bagel and a bottle water. And waited 30 minutes for it. Never going there again

I absolutely love coming to this location especially bc of the service I'm writing a review as I leave the dt 11:58pm I also work in fast food and understand the wait time and everything the lady that cashed me out was very nice and told me to have a good night and my favorite part is the second window there's this very nice old white guy he's very sweet he asked if I wanted ketchup and told me to have a great night I love the service always because of him sometimes after a ruff night u just wanna go home but he's fun of joy and food is alway amazing and fresh I love this location it's my go to

I came here to place an order around 9::40 PM and when I got to place my order I asked did they have any ice cream and to which I was answered "No we Don't it's after 9:00". I guess this this a new rule but I've gotten ice cream and frappes all the time at night, then as I was placing my order, I guess the elderly woman pictured in the photo was distracted by another co worker and when she did not hear me she said " WHAT??" In s rudely manner. Then I got my food and it is gross and grey. This happened on 11/07/23 at 9:40PM. I was treated terribly by the elders woman working the cashier, she does not need to work there if she doesn't know how to talk to customers.

Worst costumer service I've ever seen. Working in fast food I have experienced a lot so I try to be extremely understanding when going into fast food restaurants and being mindful of the workers. I placed a mobile order for this Mcdonald's location just like I normally do about 2-3 times a week. I place it at 2:25 then walk in at 2:45; thinking they'd have plenty of time to make my order so I could just walk in and grab my food and go home quickly. I walk in and wait in line because I didn't see my food on the pickup wall. As I get to the front of the line all the workers walk to the back. Then one comes out and starts walking around the lobby (still not speaking to me). Now I just want my food so I can go because I had placed my order 30 minutes ago at this point. 5 minutes later somebody comes up and ask what I can get and I'm like I had a mobile order showing them on my phone. She then walks to the back and is like we don't have that. Then doesn't come back up to me for another 5 minutes. Then another last came back and was trying to take my order and I explained again. She was also confused. I was like where is my order like can I please get my food. They were like we don't have that...... I was like ok.... what's yalls address, is it 2911? She says yes it is 2911. So i'm like ok so if it says that on my phone and it says counter can I get my food or..? And they proceed to get the manager whom also told me no in my face. I actually used to fw Mcdonald's but y'all been taking my money and not giving me my food WAY too often lately.

I have visited several of the McDonald's restaurants in the Columbia area and buyers be aware that McDonald's is charging an upcharge on the drinks when you order a Kid's Meal. They are doing this intentionally because one of the Managers told me that they no longer have Extra Small cups for the kids meal so they charge the Customers without their knowledge. Please pay attention to your receipt. I have placed several calls to the Corporate office which is a waste of time because they do not return your call. I wouldn't give them a star at all but I have to in order to post this review. A. Williams

This McDonalds is newly upgraded to were you can order by yourself using touchscreen machines while just having to go to the register to pay (if you don't have a credit card). The catch is that it charges you way more and you can't even get a regular meal. You have to separately select your meal from different categories which raises the price of your whole meal. The staff was slack with the register when they didn't even have to do a-lot of things anymore. Then they only had two registers. They messed up my order repeatedly. While also forgetting to even give me my food. Then the bathrooms were disgusting while only having two stalls. They were clearly not cleaned at all. While also being disgustingly not flushed. The experience here was very lackluster and way too overpriced for a regular mickey d's.

Mainly they missed getting half my order, dropped the bag with incomplete items on the floor in front of me, then kept trying to force me to take the same bag she'd just dropped on the floor. Would not give me the rest of my order or get a new bag and would not give me refund when I didn't want that dirty bag! Some woman named Fay was very ugly to me and said all she could do was give me that same bag that had been on the floor, that was the owner's rules.

It doesn't make any sense how lazy people are. two , every morning when I do have time to stop, they take forever to take someone order. Three when you tell them that they have my order wrong. here comes the attitude. on top of it their fucking frape machine isnt working or they're always running out of something

Horrible. Poorly managed and understaffed. One working drive through lane because "an employee came in late" yet there are two lanes and instead of operating back and forth between the two they only took orders from one and let the other lane continue to go unserved. People getting frustrated with the wait started honking their horns in line! When in went in to complain and ask why they didn't just close the other lane, they said "we only have one person who came in and we aren't aloud to close lanes". What a bunch of idiots---because it's so much better to confuse people by leaving a lane open and then not servicing it. Horrible.

This is the worse Mc Donald's I've ever been to. I will no longer spend any money here. You always have to pull up and wait for your order to still be wrong! If you just so happen to get your food right away it's COLD! I tried to use a gift card and told the cashier I wanted to use the gift card and pay the rest in cash. The cashier ask how much was on the card and I tell them. The cashier gives me back no change and leaves the remaining balance on the card. I tell the lead or supervisor (whatever she was) on duty she tells me they can't fix it because it's like a refund! So they have zero care for their customers!

Stopped here to go to the bathroom. Bathrooms were ok. Decently clean. Wanted a bottle of water... They were out of water. Ordered a snack wrap and asked for just a cup of water... Apparently they do not do that because their beverage station does not have a water option. So, while waiting on my snack wrap I watched the employee make my snack wrap while wearing on one food safety glove. She touched my food with her bare hand more than once. I know it's mcdonalds but still.

Around two days ago, a friend came by my house and since she was here, I had asked her to take me to McDonald's. She said that she had a prior dinner date with someone so she told me that she would take me, but I would have to make it quick. When we arrived at McDonald's, I placed my order and from the time I placed it to the time I received it was around 10minutes. When we were driving away, I noticed that the fries were cold and the Big Mac was cold also so I threw it in the trash when I got home. I've tried to call the store several times from that point on to later that evening, but it was to no avail. The next day I took my receipt back to McDonalds to get them to replace my order and I was told to go to the second window. When I stopped there, the young lady was very nice and she tried to relay to the manager that I needed my order refreshed, but the manager already seemed flustered, upset, and frustrated so she snatched the receipt and told the lady at the window to give me my beverage and wait at the third window. After waiting at that window for seven more minutes, she reached outside the side door and shoved a bag to me and went back inside. Never was I told, sorry for the wait, sorry for the inconvenience, or anything! To add to insult to injury, the fries were re-heated fries and not fresh out of the grease and the burger was luke warm this time. I will never go back to this McDonald's again! The food is often cold and the service is less than desirable.

One of the better McDonalds in Columbia. Normally i wouldn't waste my time doing a review for McDonalds but the employees here are extremely friendly and the food is always fresh. This is one of the few McDonalds i actually enjoy going.
