Around two days ago, a friend came by my house and since she was here, I had asked her to take me to McDonald's. She said that she had a prior dinner date with someone so she told me that she would take me, but I would have to make it quick. When we arrived at McDonald's, I placed my order and from the time I placed it to the time I received it was around 10minutes. When we were driving away, I noticed that the fries were cold and the Big Mac was cold also so I threw it in the trash when I got home. I've tried to call the store several times from that point on to later that evening, but it was to no avail. The next day I took my receipt back to McDonalds to get them to replace my order and I was told to go to the second window. When I stopped there, the young lady was very nice and she tried to relay to the manager that I needed my order refreshed, but the manager already seemed flustered, upset, and frustrated so she snatched the receipt and told the lady at the window to give me my beverage and wait at the third window. After waiting at that window for seven more minutes, she reached outside the side door and shoved a bag to me and went back inside. Never was I told, sorry for the wait, sorry for the inconvenience, or anything! To add to insult to injury, the fries were re-heated fries and not fresh out of the grease and the burger was luke warm this time. I will never go back to this McDonald's again! The food is often cold and the service is less than desirable.
