Count your days mcdonalds! I paid to have bacon added to my fish filet and you put tomatoes! 2 dollars for something I didnt even receive! Worst experience ever! Who ever you are you need to be fired! If I were allergic to tomatoes you my friend would be talking to my lawyer! I'm so glad I checked my food before I took a bite!

Safety Concerns for Families with Children – Needs Immediate Attention I visited this McDonald’s location at 1000 Commerce St, Dallas, TX 75202 around 10:00 PM with my child after an evening walk in downtown Dallas. My child loves McDonald’s, so we decided to stop by for a quick meal. However, upon arrival, I noticed a large number of homeless individuals gathered both outside and inside the restaurant. During our short time there, I witnessed verbal arguments escalating into physical altercations, involving the security guard on site. This was my first time visiting Dallas as a tourist, staying at a hotel in the heart of downtown, and I expected to feel safe in such a central, well‑known area. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling uneasy and concerned for our safety. The situation felt chaotic, unsafe, and intimidating — especially for families with young children. My child was frightened, and I was genuinely concerned for our well‑being. While I understand homelessness is a complex social issue, it is the responsibility of the store management to ensure a safe and welcoming dining environment for all paying customers. I strongly urge McDonald’s management to take immediate steps to improve security and the overall customer experience at this location. This could include: • Increasing the presence of trained security personnel during evening hours. • Coordinating with local authorities to reduce unsafe loitering in and around the restaurant. • Implementing clear policies to ensure customer safety and comfort inside the dining area. McDonald’s is a globally recognized brand, and I believe most customers — especially families — expect a safe, clean, and friendly environment when they choose to dine here. I hope the management addresses this issue promptly so this location can become a place where customers feel comfortable bringing their children, even during later hours. I look forward to seeing improvements in the near future.

Order #323 placed and paid for 1006pm, received at 1025pm. 4 people ordered and paid for their food after me and received their order before me. The fish meal was okay, fries okay. The drink was much better than the food. The cashier thought he was a comedian, telling the security lady I told him I didn't want my mocha drink, this silliness only delayed my order further. It was nonsense.

Stopped by the drive-thru for desserts and ice cream. Order was correct and the treats were good. That said, the area around the parking lot had a lot of activity with unhoused individuals. I understand this isn’t the restaurant’s fault, but it did affect the overall experience, and we’ll likely choose a different location next time. I hope site management and local services can address the surroundings so the great drive-thru service can really shine.

Restaurant was dirty. Staff was not friendly or helpful. Waited an incredibly long time to simply get 2 iced coffees and an ice cream cone, despite people with food who ordered long after us getting served. Iced coffee was not made correctly and the ice cream cone was leaning and melted. Iced coffee was also full of grounds. Definitely wouldn't waste my time going back

Most of the staff is foreigners who claim they don't speak English when clearly they do. They have the bathrooms blocked off constantly. Even if you're dining in you're not allowed to use the bathroom. Some huge evet was going on and the door was blocked. I asked one of the workers who was a foreign male what was going on and he said IN ENGLISH that he doesn't speak English. I said you're clearly speaking English right now and asked him the same question then he tried flirting with me calling me baby IN FRONT OF MY HUSBAND!! I shot that down and asked one last time then he threatened me. I will never take my husband or recommend this place to anyone. The staff is awful and rude. They need to replace everyone in that place. They need to learn how to treat paying customers with respect.

It was quiet here on Black Friday. Nice to try the US breakfast menu. Pictures posted of the food. The McGriddle made with pancakes was pleasant. Plenty of seats here and service for the food was fast but they were slow to serve the orange juice

So these folks actually give me a pumpkin pie that looks like it been sitting under the warm all day , it was dried out and hard as a rock could even enjoy it, and they wasn't even business 😑 , it just shows that the night shift manager doesn't care about food safety for the customer...
