McD is the delicious destination for my kids always ready for a meal day or night doesn't matter. You can grab the fresh options when needed as some of them run pretty late. Try look for or ask for new items you will be surprise by the options available. We like this place mostly due to close proximity.

Ordered drive thru and had good experience - food was good and drinks was prepared right! The staff is nice and drive thru is fast.

Wanted chocolate Sundaes last night. Went through the drive-through. Friendly, helpful voice told us their ice cream machine was broken. Trader Joe's got our business instead, and it was better quality and better value, right across the street. Ice cream is about the only thing we go to McDonald's to eat, so we don't need to go here anymore.

Wanted to show some love to an individual. He's a young Hispanic who usually works the window. Believe his name was either Wilton or Wilson. Thank you for being an amazing employee and making it a simple but enjoyable experience at your restaurant every time I go. You are what a leader should be.

Rude as hell. The miserable lady at the window this morning was about as rude as you could get for absolutely no reason. All I asked was for some extra cream and sugar on the side for my coffee and wants to give me attitude. So completely uncalled for. Just made me wanna drive off without getting my food.

I always come here for my breakfast on Monday and Tuesday. Most times, I get a very nice person. I ordered the steak and cheese bagel, no egg. It always fills me up.

This is a great McDonald's. I've stopped by a few times because they have the new spicy breakfast McMuffin and that's not currently available at a lot of McDonald's. The spicy is okay. It still needs some Cholula hot sauce IMHO. The drive-thru's a little goofy, you basically have to make a lap around the building to get in. I only give Five Stars to Mom and Pop shops so my Four Star here- this is a top end Mickey D's 🤠

Most rudest employees that I’ve ever experienced including the management team at this location. I ordered food on the mobile app and because I wasn’t in a vehicle and instead was on bike with a trailer attached to it I was asked to leave the parking lot where I was trying to enjoy the beautiful day outside and my purchased meal before moving along. I will never ordered food from this location again.

I ain't gonna LIE, I've only stopped at this particular Mickey D's a few times since residing in the area. Every time I order, get my food it's ALWAYS FRESH, and prepared just as requested. The young lady that walked my order out to me at curbside was very nice, friendly, polite, and kind. She came out with my condiments in a tray. Great service.

Waited in line for drive through and they passed me over. Not sure if they pay attention to the order. Was in a rush and so went to a competitor. Doubt I will visit that location again.

If I could give zero stars I would, but I am completely baffled by this location in particular. I get the same burger every time I order from McDonald's yet this is the only location that can't seem to read basic instructions. I never get onions on my burger and I always make sure it's made clear and is on the receipt and yet every time this location adds onions, even double onions so I have to dissect my food to try and get out all the onions. Only this time as I take a bite the meat on said burger tastes old, like they've had it just sitting out for 2 days before actually cooking it. One burger should not be this inedible, it's absolutely disgusting and shows such poor management and work ethic on their part. Go here if you want to get the opposite of what you order every time. DON'T go here if you actually want some decent McDonald's. There's another location 5 min from this one and their workers can actually read the orders correctly.

Not answering call, amongst which hung up on me amongst their own mistake of not answering the simple question of the order they messed up. Some female answered and had the most terrible attitude! As a manager of another fast food restaurant I'd be highly disappointed.

Service is slow. Managers are incompetent. Employees are apathetic. The food is McDonald's, so. . . This location and the location on Midway and Trinity Mills are the worst in Dallas.

Am satisfied with the service provided, Yes it's fast food, the workers do try, No one is perfect, For those who complain about Poor service,I suggest that you work for a few days,I do complain but I realize they are trying, They have a Job unlike others.Give the workers some respect,it could be your sister, brother,.

Honestly the worst Mc Donald's I've been to. My order is never right I always have problems with whoever is working the speaker and taking orders. She never wants to take my code or just simply get my order wrong I correct her and she still proceeds to get it wrong. Forget about coming late night because they don't answer even though it's 24/7 and you can see people in it. They move extremely slow when they are working. When you get to the window they ask what did you order even though it's only one lane open so the car are in the order they ordered so I really don't understand the confusion and why I have to reorder when I get to the window. When you finally get your food it's barely warm. If I could give them a zero I would DONT EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME go somewhere else or a different location

This location is trash I have never had one order that was correct The location on Monfort Is superb I accidentally made a mobile order to Preston location and for the 8th time they got it wrong but that's what you get Highly Recommend Chick-fil-A it's such a better experience they get your order right and have amazing Customer Service Stop Going Here

We went through the dRive thru 3 times and no one answered .... so we had to pull up to the window andd it took 5 minutes for someone to even notice us We almost left. Then they didn't give us a receipt so I couldn't "rate my expErience" Hopefully they see this. Never coming back to this one. Horrible service.

Went around 9-10 PM on a Saturday night with the line being about a couple cars. Line moved pretty slow, already having to wait 10 minutes to get to the window itself, but as I pulled up to the window and paid (for my 10 McNuggets and coke), I then had to wait an additional 10-15 minutes for 10 MCNUGGETS. Service was completely slow, not worth it at all. I could've drove to a different one and had my order done before the lady had come back with my small order. Additionally, the lady at the window was very monotone, not even apologizing for the wait whatsoever, what a waste.

I've had nothing but great experiences at this McDonalds. Keep in mind, I order mostly through the app and my order has always been correct. I just wish they would remember to toss some napkins in the bag when going through drive thru. Food quality is consistent and service is quick.

Every single damn time I come here after placing my mobile order I'm waiting 15+ minutes. Something needs to change ASAP.

This location has slowly gone down hill. They have gotten slower and slower in the drive thru. Not just getting the food out but even answering at the box. When no one answers after a little bit and a hellow or two, I drive off. 've had orders be completely wrong and when I get them know, it's like they dont care.final straw was using the app to order. Told to drive to the first window, then the second and then to come inside to get my order. I was like what??? I spoke to the manager and she asked did you check in. I had twice!! All I got from her was "we dont have your order". She didnt seem interested in even helping or making the situation better so I told her to forget it and drove off. App is a waste of time if I have to wait longer than people getting to the restaurant after me and getting my good BEFORE me.

Rude people working here, it's like they hate doing their job. They always get my order wrong. Always double check your order when is handed to you.

I only come to this location when I'm off of my healthy bandwagon. LOL. Very rare. My order is typically the same. This is one of the fastest Mcdonald's ! You order and the next thing you know, you're driving off with your order. I love that! I don't have a lot of time on my hands, and that's a lifesaver for me. The food is always good and as fresh as a typical Mcdonald's. I mean , this is unhealthy food, don't expect miracles :) I especially enjoy the dollar menu including the hot apple pies, sausage biscuits, and $1 large sweet tea. :) The employees are always smiling and happy! Mcdonald's is big on happy , smiling faces, and i've never come across a grumpy employee there. Every single one of them is so kind! It makes me want to call in and give their manager a kudos! My only gripe is the location of the Mcdonald's. Preston Rd, is terrible with traffic ,no matter what end of Preston Rd you are on. Be prepared to wait to exit Mcdonald's lot, horrible traffic! But I won't take off points for that :)

I placed a phone order for 23 kids for 8:30am pick up. When I arrived they had not even started it. They said they didn't know it i would show up. UGGGGGGH

I ordered #4 meal it was horrible. It's only supposed to come with Mayo, green leaf lettuce and tomatoes. I got regular lettuce, Mayo, tomato and pickles. I did not modify my order or asked pickles to be added. My fries where over fried and instead of getting the sprite I asked for I got a cherry dink.

Wasn't expecting to receive an uncooked burger. I understand if I go to another restaurant and request it this way but not from this establishment. Both mine and my wife's burgers were undercooked.

Where do I begin?? The indoor play area smelled like feet, funk and disease. I ordered a large fry and it was cooked in a thousand year old grease and tasted like death! One of kiddos had a hair in his hotcakes umm we didn't order that nor do we want it! The workers were friendly though....but yea I won't be back!!

Terrible service and they can not get simple orders correct. I ordered a sausage McMuffin with egg and cheese and got eggs whites on a biscuit. Also I ordered a medium latte and had to argue to get that since they kept handing me a small. This isn't rocket science! Pay attention to the customers order and there shouldn't be any problems.

I ordered ubereats today for their special promo on McDonald's swag, but I had to order from a different location because it was the only store near me that had that option. Fast forward, didn't get any promotion prize. I drove to the same McDonalds and they didn't have it. So I ended up driving to this McDonald's off Preston and the manager was kind enough to give me the item that I was looking for. Real nice guy. Highly recommend this McDonald's!

I realize this is fast food And go through drive through food was. Cold and messy slapped together and i sat through drive through for long. Time and i was only car in line and thought great there freshly making . Nope cold snd awful through away sfter one bite . Will never go there again

It says on google maps that this location is open 24 hours. So I head out at like 2AM on a 10 minute drive over there. I get there and all the lights are off and there's no cars there. I'm like what??? I pull up to the drive thru, which was SUPPOSEDLY 24 hours, and read a sign that they have posted. Saying that they're only gonna be 24 hours on the weekends. So it's 2AM and I just drove 10 minutes for nothing when all I wanted was some fries. If you're not open 24 hours don't say you are. Obviously the owner doesn't care enough to put the correct hours on google. I just went to whataburger instead. And now y'all are getting this bad review.

We came here because the McRib is back! Gotta eat as much as I can until they take it away again. Honestly, it should be on the regular menu, but that's an entirely different topic. This location is very clean. When my buddies and I walked in around 10pm there was someone mopping the floors. All the tables were wiped down as well. It's always good when you get to choose where to sit rather than the cleanliness of the tables. We got our food within a minute of ordering. Can't beat that.

I consistently have positive experiences at this Mcdonalds. The staff is very kind, great customer service. My food is always out extremely fast and tastes great. I've never been able to say this for another location anywhere in DFW.

Used to work odd hours and needed food around 4:30...only place in the area thats open at that hour... Usually like to order in English, but hard to when the employees don't speak it...Permanently boycotting McDonald's...

We mainly go for all the clean restrooms that we have been going to McDonald's is known for. We loved the playground hear it is always clean. We can always count on hot fast Service. The lobby is always well kept.We enjoy doing birthday parties at this location for my children and they love playing on the toys and they are always clean and well kept.

I ordered a Mc chicken from this location and when I got home it was nothing but bread a lettuce smh

Just stop by this McDonald's and it appears to be closed but it clearly says it's 24 hours we wait a few minutes to see if anyone answers and nothing, ridiculous we decide to pull up to the window and see that there are people still "working" or clocked in but no one is able to take any orders this is the second time this has happened

I wanted to take a minute to recognize excellence here. Most mornings I come through the drive thru here for a light breakfast. The morning crew in this restaurant is always so friendly. That goes a long way with me! I really appreciate the smiles and friendly service each morning. Really starts my day out great! This is clearly a direct reflection on the franchisee and management. Well done! Keep up the good work!

Got a large sweet tea with no Monopoly pieces. What gives?!

I've been to a lot of McDonald's in my life. This was one of the rudest. The man taking the order was difficult to understand and rather than try to communicate in a more effective way, he simply yells the same obviously non-effective sounds louder. Sooo frustrating, but the rudeness was horrible customer service. I will never come back to this Mcdonalds. Ever.

This location is going down the tubes. Went in the other day, took 25 minutes to get my order. Today, my husband went by to get a late breakfast--they did not have hash browns, even though the website says this is available on the all day menu. Sausage mcmuffin was $1.19, and the sausage mcmuffin with egg was $3.49. Really? $2.30 for an egg?

One of my favorite McDonald's! The play area is great for toddlers, something that alot of McDonald's don't preform well on, they have a little section for toddlers/babies and a side for the bigger kids. Very spacious and clean!

Service is always beyond slow, especially in the drive thru.Not to mention the cheese on my burger wasn't even melted.Bummed about this location, won't be back.

this place's ice cream machine is always(!) broken. fries are very good. bathrooms are cold. very very cold. i wish there was warmth. my cold soul can't take this anymore. mcdonald's why'd you do me like this.
