So the woman who's in the nightly management right now at this time sucks. You should teach her about basic customer service. I am an Uber driver. The order was stolen by a previous driver. I asked if it could be remade. They did, which was fine but the woman had an attitude. 1. I asked if she wanted my phone to look at the order so she wouldn't miss anything since it was a big order, she ignored my request and put the order in. 2. Upon me getting the order, I saw on the ticket that the 10 piece nugget I told her was on there was not mentioned on the ticket. I walked back to the counter and I saw how visibly annoyed she was. 3. Another employee, Ashley (great employee btw), assisted me and took the order to add the 10 piece in the bag. When I was RIGHT THERE, I heard the manager say "Please make sure everything is in there so she doesn't come back" in the rudest way possible. Not only is not my fault that the female dog manager didn't listen, but I told her several times to just take my phone so she can make sure she put everything in the bag. That was very rude and uncalled for. It's not my fault that she chose to manage at a McDonald's of all places. She shouldn't be in that role if she is that frustrated by something so simple...
